As a new customer, April Schaad and her office staff have been very professional and accommodating. April compiled all of our insurance policies from our previous Insurance provider for review and comparison. She showed us where we could make some cost saving changes while also pointing out some deficiencies. As we went thru the policies we found that we were severely under insured. She not only compared our policies but also took the time to explain each policy in detail. I am also pleased that her staff will be checking in on us regularly for yearly reviews and updates.
