Much better than the possible nerve wracking trek to your office.Sara was cheerful, very personable and handled the technical glitches that occurred with aplomb. She encouraged me to try the Drive Safe and Save feature as well as adding a Personal Liability Umbrella policy.

I know I can call the State Farm customer service line but choose to work with this group because they are so pleasant. I spoke with Sarah over the phone who was very kind and patient with me on a Friday afternoon. Every experience I have with them with renters, and car insurance are always great! Highly recommend

My fiance and I went here to get signed up for renters insurance and to add his car onto mine. We were pleasantly greeted by Sarah at the front desk and were offered tea or coffee. The decorations at the office are so cute and the waiting room is welcoming and tidy. After entering the conference room, we got to see our profiles on a TV screen and Sarah even illustrated our options on a whiteboard to make sure we understood the different options. Anthony came in and chatted with us and he helped assist Sara through the updating process since we had to make several changes. Overall, the entire experience was super simple, thorough, and professional yet there was plenty of lighthearted joking and laughs.

They are fraud, i brought policy from them for just 6 months, i agreed with them each premium of $59, and i paid $59 month of november, they charged me months of december $71, and also now they schedule me bill of janaury $81, i have driving almost ten year i have clean driving no any ticket nothing, befor they mailed and offered me many time thats why i worked with them but now i am really really upset with them. Guy never go this place, they are really cheater !
