Completely ruined our service. We discussed with them over the phone, and confirmed in email, that they were supposed to contact an individual and schedule to meet with them to complete the service. They decided on their own it was in our better interest not to do this. This has created so many complications.

To: Jessica Reinecker - Capital was right!!! New York Law CPLR 2103 precisely describes legal service. While I am NOT an attorney, the scenario you describe does NOT appear to be legal service in NY. You may have been duped. Capital did the right thing.
