STAY AWAY!!! Bisson crew moved my 85 year old mother - destroyed several of her items - these were not small breaks but major damage - lets broken off tables, large cuts in upholstery, marble top broken into 4 pieces, etc. Brought the wrong truck- w/ no lift-gate; refused to honor our claim insisted we take them to court to resolve. The attached photos are of the actual damage - hopefully this never happens to you.

The crew arrived on time. They were professional, courteous, and FAST. I dont think they ever stopped moving. They clearly worked well together, supporting each other and coordinating their efforts efficiently. Their care of our possessions was obvious, and while moving quickly still packed everything with attention. After a week, with 80% unpacked, we have found nothing damaged or broken. I would hire them again immediately, and gladly recommend them to family and friends.

Wonderful company! They packed and stored a 5000 sq.ft. home for me. They were efficient, labeled each box, had a clear legible inventory, and were polite, professional and hard working. It was a big job and they reduced my stress level enormously, with their careful attention to detail. No damages!!Management was great to work with. Did a very professional job, arrived when they said they would, crew was helpful and knowledgeable about dismantling and reassembling beds and did a nice job packing. When we got to the new apt., they set up everything where we needed and even came on under estimate! Would recommend to anyone who needs help with a move, one less thing to stress over in a stressful event.

I was surprised at how many of those blankets they used to wrap and protect our furniture, and impressed with the care they exercised in carrying our goods and loading the truck. I had a great experience with Bisson! I worked with the Brunswick office. They really understood the importance of timing as I was moving from an island and the ferry was involved. From the office staff to the movers, everyone was very professional and courteous. My items were moved with care and expertise (and speed!) and they were very careful of my house and apartment as well. The total cost was within $125 of the original estimate, so no surprises there. I have had several lousy move experiences over the years so I had low expectations. Not only did this completely surprise me in how good an experience it was; but, it surprised me in two remarkable ways. First, the crew worked hard... literally non-stop from the moment they arrived until the moment they left for the two days they were onsite. Second, I was amazed at how incredibly polite and kind they were to each other. I would use them again in a heart beat. The price was fine and on target as well.

Bisson (with Atlas Van Lines) really made our move out of state as painless as it could have been. Preston and Michelle were fantastic - excellent communication, everything happened as expected. Our bill was lower than quoted, which was a nice surprise! Working with Atlas was great, the drivers communicated well and all the packing and unloading went without a hitch. Nothing lost, nothing broken, what more can you ask for? Overall excellent experience, would definitely recommend to others.

We have used Bisson Moving for 5 moves now and have never been let down by them. Their crews are professional, polite and well trained, and their estimates are pretty much on target. They have moved pianos, antiques and some large pieces of furniture for us without breakage or damage to our homes. Hopefully we will not be moving again, but if you are, think about hiring them. We wouldnt go elsewhere!

I swore I’d never write a review of any sort, but after the unbelievable service I received from Preston Hughes and Bisson Moving and Storage, I was compelled to do so.I had a relatively small move of several items that were heavy and bulky. I wasn’t even sure a professional mover would even be interested. I called Preston at Bisson’s Brunswick office. He immediately put me at ease, listened while I described what I needed moved, and confidently assured me Bisson’s could help.Preston was most patient as I try to nail down a delivery date and time. I didn’t feel any pressure from him at all. Once we finalized that, Preston told me what to expect in terms of the rest of the process. Michelle from their office immediately emailed me all the documents I needed to review and sign. Being able to sign electronically was a huge timesaver for me.What sets the entire Bisson team apart is their superior communication. Preston could not have been more accessible and accommodating. Their dispatcher called me the day before the move to confirm the time. The moving crew called me the first time to let me know they were at the pick up location. They then called me when they were at the drop location. By the time I had arrived there everything had been moved in, neatly placed. Shaq and Jamie, the moving crew, took pains to leave things neat and clean. Preston called me later in the day to make sure that everything had gone satisfactorily from my standpoint. Customer service was outstanding! Bisson was able to work around my schedule that was changing, and wasnt firm until a couple days before. The crew was courteous and took great care of our more delicate items. Hopefully, we will not be moving again too soon, but if we need do, I will call Bisson again.

Great moving experience! Very prompt and methodical. Dave said he liked his job because everyday is like a new puzzle to solve, fitting in all the pieces! Our move was not an easy one, with four different drop off points and lots of stairs. Thanks to the wonderful crew!

Waited all morning for a delivery. Never arrived. They said there was an accident this morning so things were delayed. Did not extend the normal curtesy of a phone call so I could get on with my day instead of wasting it. Terrible people. Dont trust Michelle or Drew to treat you properly.To follow up my comments. The mover NEVER called to apologize. The mover never made an attempt to deliver what they were supposed to. It required finding another moving service to get my furniture delivered.This is just a bad company. Stay away at all costs is my suggestion.

Doing a military move from Biddeford to Chesapeake, VA and Bisson was the local company hired to pack and pick up. These guys were fantastic - packing took only half the day, and loading the truck only took about 3 hours. The second day was a mess simply because they were a driver short, but they made it work and I really appreciated the professionalism the entire crew had when working with us. Would definitely recommend using these guys!

I needed to move from CT to Portland and could only do it on a Saturday. Bisson was the only mover willing to do that. The movers showed up on time, loaded the truck, went to a 2nd location to pick up a washer and dryer and got me unloaded (with washer/dryer hooked up) by 6pmThis is my 4th move with Bisson and you are the best!No issues ever.I dont recommend anyone else.

A total load of horse bologna. First off, they are rude and impatient. They hire local temps without a background check or drug test. So you never know who will be handling your items. Overpriced and shady. Since you wont have professional movers, you can expect missing and broken items. BEWARE!!!!!!!
