Recently, while transferring to a new upgraded computer, our email was lost. We talked to several people, including the carrier, and were unsuccessful in retrieving the mail. Mail that contained precious memories and photos of someone we recently lost. Seth was very professional and worked quickly to restore the precious email. My computer suddenly malfunctioned while I was vacationing/working remotely in Maine, and I was worried that I wouldnt be able to get quick and capable help. I saw the great reviews here for Bradys Computers, and was able to reach Seth right away, even though it was about 6 p.m. on a Friday. He looked at my computer first thing on Monday and quickly diagnosed and solved the problem, all for a VERY reasonable price. Highly recommend!!!

I struggled with a server issue for several hours before bringing my laptop to Seth. He fixed the issue within 30 seconds! I then asked him other computer questions which he gladly answered. He is a true professional. I will continue to use him going forward. I give him my highest recommendation.

My mistake of not asking about cost upfront. $125 for 15 min. to load data from a hard drive to my new laptop was a big surprise. I paid another support group (out west) $50 for diagnosing & saving all my data to a hard drive which totaled ~2 hrs so I was expecting something along those line. I recommend asking Seth about cost upfront to avoid surprises!

I needed to bring a gaming PC back to life. It showed signs of having taken a power hit. The hard drives, power supply and graphics card were replaced, but it would only partially boot up before shutting itself down. Seth identified and fixed a poorly mounted heat sink on the CPU, replaced two dead data cables, reconnected the system fans and even took the time to reinstall Windows to confirm everything was operating correctly. I was very pleased with his expertise and willingness to work very late into the evening to help me out. His rates are reasonable and well worth the service. You cant go wrong here. Seth seems like a great person who enjoys helping others and genuinely loves what he does. The next time I need help with a computer, Ill definitely use Bradys Computer Services again. I originally chose Seth Brady because of his user friendly and professional website. Although I have had few subsequent computer problems, he is always available to help. For what he recently considered a small fix, he took care of for free. Ive now purchased his Carbonite service for $100 annually. This will backup my files, giving me extra peace of mind.Regardless of your expertise or amount of time spent on the computer, I would highly recommend Seth. His ability to troubleshoot and correct issues is exceeded only by his professionalism.
