I was given a 8 am - 9 am window of install time. They showed up before 8am !! From start to finish they explained to me everything that was being done and why it was being done. The quality of work and the quality of product Necore provided was top notch A+.I would definitely order from them again and recommend them to anyone.

Door purchase and Installation at end of April- 2 exterior 1 interior with supposed lifetime warranty - hardware installed crooked - immediately fixed. Began calling shortly thereafter - front window/screen slot not square. Weather stripping constantly sliding out. Seams not sealed. Piston came off from frame with a gust of wind. Back door has sharped punched out edges. It has been MONTHS and no resolution. Are the doors worth the price - NO.

Signed Contract to replace windows in March. Installers who were very good came in July but could not install my large window which goes from the first to the second floor because it was measured incorrectly. Very poor communication from July on when the window would be installed. I was told in July that it would be a rush. Just received a message here in late September that it will be another 3 months. Terrible customer service. It is taking close to a year to get all my windows installed.

What ever your, 2nd choice is, go with that. Miss communication from day 1. They had zero idea about what the sales guys told us vs. what was actually done(or not done). Had to come back 4 times to install correctly. Brian in service literally said we are not going to keep comeing back to fix things..... Ummmm YES you will. I paid 8k for a project and it took 3 different people and 4 trips to my house to install. And it still isnt right. The trim around windows doesnt line up. Not even close. Took alot of wood filler to make it look right. How hard is it to cut a 45* mitre cut?The bathroom was basically like Eff,it and just cut it straight and put it up.Amateur hour

Had 8 windows and 1 door replaced in a sunroom. The quality was exceptional and the workmanship from the installers that came to finish the job was outstanding. They were here for two days and each day they worked very hard and were unobtrusive and left the area clean. Would have them back at my house anytime! Such a great experience!!

RUN AWAY! THEY LEFT MY HOUSEOPEN AND LEFT! AND THEN INSTALLED THE WRONG DOOR. First it took months to get the door in that I ordered. I had to call in to get updates. Finally when it came the installer came out late. The installer came by themselves and left my house open with out any door installed. Then they installed the incorrect door. The installer was there until 8:30 at night even after I fed my baby and ate dinner in front of him. Gave a poor review and the installer came back into my house and wanted a better review because he affected his bonus. Called to complain and then they sent out another installer with a colleague to put in the correct door. The general manager came out to talk to us and told us there was nothi that they could do to fix this issue with the door because it was already financed but he could get us a deal on our next project. I paid over 7000.00 and this is the service I get?! Then weeks later after they finally gave the the correct door they call and ask me to pay for the building permit. I will NEVER work with them again.

Started great, salesman sold us on the windows quality and service! Windows were just as he said or better!But the service sucked, windows were measured wrong, and from there the installers were mad because it made there job 3x harder, cutting tabs and beating and banging there in but instal quality is poor and the office was so polite up to the install, now they dont return my calls. Sadly my wife knows Bob (owner) more like bob (the builder) he is aware of the issue.We were referred to them by a neighbor that got a medal roof which is very expensive and it leaks now, nescor came out numerous times, for you construction guys listen to this nescor service department said there gonna do a roof pressure test to the leak, what is a pressure test you ask, its a guy standing on the roof with a GARNEN HOSE spraying the roof and then going in the attic looking for the water!Use them at your own risk, they use all kinds of company names, so be careful your warrant is useless.

Very fast, professionalI had nick come out to my house to replace an old (~7 year) asphalt roof with their stone coated-metal roof. after signing the contract within 3 days materials were at the house and work started shortly after. The attic is significantly cooler, house seems to be more at a stable temperature as well. They added a solar rooftop fan, new gutters with leaf/stick guard, and obviously the cleanup/removal of the old roof. The quote included 3 wood panels if there was water damage. They provided a porta-potty, dumpster, and tarps to avoid 99% of debris from getting into the yard. The roof crew started anywhere from 7-830am and finished by 1pm, gutters from 8-12 if i remember correctly. The roof sounds like a normal asphalt/tar roof while it is raining (even heavily) as well as they offer a lifetime warranty (for the original owner and 50 years to the next owner) The new roof is formed with the corners of the house and flows together seamlessly. it appears on the outside as a normal roof as well so it does not stand out as different but the color is much bolder so it stands out as in a hey look at me way. so far i have had this roof and gutters on for about a month and i have inspected the attic every so often, no leaks anywhere so i am very happy!

In 2007, NESCOR installed 19 windows in my house. The June 2011 tornado broke only two, which they quickly replaced. In later years I experienced a variety of odd problems with windows, each of which was responded to very quickly and efficiently. Everyone who has come here has been pleasant, competent, and neat. The staff at the office are particularly friendly and accommodating!

We started our journey with Nescor a few months ago. We had 3 windows installed as well as solar fans and a radiant barrier for the attic. Weve been very happy with the work. Even after one of our windows got to their warehouse damaged Nescors customer service was second to none. Today the install was completed. The windows looks fantastic and I swear I see a difference when looking at my roof- which was once mossy due to a lot of shade. I would definitely recommend working with this company. We recently put on a new steel roof using NESCOR. I had not been a fan of steel roofs , but my husband was and he just wanted to see what they had to offer. I have to say I LOVE the look of my roof and my house is so much quieter. Nescor was very professional right from the start. Even though the sales pitch was long ( like every other sales) I am very glad we went with Nescor. They were very good at keeping everything cleaned and picked up. They supplied the dumpster and a port a potty for the workers. We did have a small leak around a pipe and they come out the same week we contacted them and fixed it immediately. I smile every day when I drive up to my house - the look of the roof is so rich looking and beautiful. We would definitely recommend them for a steel roof.

Poor customer service defective windows siding fades even though life time warranty is false … window wrong measured 2 times windows months then into years to replaced twice even though a lifetime warranty I had to pay for replacement windows because the company they say went out of business that they used so I pay for that damaged/ Defective windows replacing them and Charged me more to replace windows customer has not called me back since last yr Quite frankly fed up with this company and would not recommend them to anyone 20,000+ down the drain!!

When installation day finally arrived, the two installers that entered our home were courteous, polite, friendly and even took the time to say hello to our dog. My husband and I recently had gutters installed by Nescor The installers name was VADIM, and his father and I do not remember the fathers name. We were very pleased with how polite they were, they showed up on time they went above and beyond their work on the gutters for we had an issue underneath one of the gutters and they fixed it even though they didn’t have to. We would recommend using Nescor to all our family and friends. We wish they would’ve left a sign for us to advertise in our front lawn, for all our neighbors to see who did the work.That’s how professional and great we think the Nescor company is. 😃😃😃😃👍👍👍👍👍

We had a 4 light Bow window replaced with a 4 light Bay window by Nescor. Everyone we came in contact with by phone or in person were courteous, knowledgable and professional. They were always punctual also. We received a call from Andy every week while our window was being custom made to inform us of the progress. The weather was even taken into consideration at the time of installation.The window is beautiful and the wood sill matches perfectly and I was so pleased that it did not require any further finishing by me. The oak is beautifully finished.The installers even moved the curtain fixtures to accommodate the new window frame and also offered to help put the curtains up.We have had gutter shields and an attic blanket/barrier installed by Nescor and were very pleased.We would give Nescor #10 out of a 10 in all areas for service, workmanship, quality and that personal contact.

The owner has posted a reply in which the blame is placed on COVID19.It wasnt COVID that called to tell me that one of the windows arrived damaged but dont worry we will have it replaced by next week. Even though the next week was Thanksgiving I was assured either Wednesday or Friday well have the window. Well the next phone call stated that the factory closed for Thanksgiving from Wednesday until Monday. The phone call after that came and I was told that there was no shipment Thanksgiving week because they needed a bigger truck because they were getting so many windows! My window would arrive by weeks end. This is now the week after Thanksgiving. I finally got the call stating that my window had arrived but unfortunately only one of the two windows came. You see they forgot the original story about the one window being damaged. I reminded them of what they told me and they stated I guess were all set then see you on 12/11. On 12/10 I was told the whole installation department was being tested for Corona. I can only guess they were practicing proper protocols. So you see my skepticism as it has been one story after another and they cant even remember the story they told you in the past. Oh, and BTW, that April person in the office really needs to work on her people skills.

What a monumental waste of time.My spouse scheduled an appointment to get estimate to take care of our roof. He had entire list of questions to be answered by the NESCOR representative, basically the same list that is being posed to all vendors invited to quote.I was not present during the initial greeting as I was taking care of other household items elsewhere. After the representative did a review outside, he returned to the house. NESCORs representative asked that I, the spouse, participate in the conversation. I had no intention of sitting through a sales pitch where I truly had no other questions to ask. I paused my other activities to ask what questions he had for me and he said he had none but he wanted to educate me. I told him I would get what I needed from my spouse.The time concluded with the representative refusing to provide a quote because I did not remain to listen to him.

Have Gutters and a roof from Nescor, seems my roof is leaking again. Called 3 days ago, crickets.... Said they would call me back as soon as possible.... Crickets.... These people only respond, call you back when you leave a bad review. Maybe this will get their attention.

Just not a good fit! Seems I am not able to get a quote without the wife!I was contacted to schedule an appointment for a roofing quote. I received a follow up communication asking me to confirm availability and that my wife would also be at the meeting. I advised the representative my wife wants nothing to do with the meeting (or likely high pressure sign now presentation) the representative then insisted on times that would work for my wife. My wife insists she wont participate in a meeting no matter the time. So I cancelled the appointment on this requirement.A week later I was contacted again to setup an appointment. Again I set a time. Again I recieved a follow up text requesting I call to confirm. Again the insistence my wife participates again I stress she wants nothing to do with the process. Again I cancel the appointment.So I will stick with companies that may see me capable of making a purchase decision alone - amazing that I can buy a car, boat, and house without my wife being present - but a new roof is a decision she must be a part of!

Completely disappointed with them. They wouldnt give me a quote because my wife wouldnt be there. I assured them over and over that she has left the decision in my hands and I am the sole home owner. What is wrong with this company? I gave their door to door salesmen a one time use throwaway number. This annoying, hungry company has called me 25 times from their number and sent 5 texts since Feb 21 2020 and Im writing this on Mar 5. After the 22nd call, I told them to leave me alone and they still called 3 more times.Are you kidding me? NESCOR , we are not teenagers in a relationship. I need space. Its definitely you and not me. These people are insane stalkers.If NESCOR was the last company on earth to provide windows, I would use cinder blocks.

Eric Bushey has been polite, friendly and informative. He was straight forward about what I needed to improve the energy efficiency in of my new home! I highly recommend Nescor and specifically Eric.

All said and done I have a nice roof. Whether or not it was a good price who knows. There’s nothing to compare to. Had problems with the way they do business but I guess that’s not my business.

Within a few days of contacting Nescor, the Vice President came to our home and outlined exactly what they would do and how they would do it. In a few days the dumpster arrived along with a port-a-potti, shingles and other materials. Nescor had arranged to remove our solar panels with our solar company which saved us months of waiting. Eight people showed up the first day and went right to work. The men were very professional, very polite and great workers. The whole house was tented so none of our home would sustain any damage. The next day, four men came back and finished the job. We have a 1400 sq. ft. ranch with a breezeway and garage. To say we are happy would be an understatement. The shingles look great and there now is a special ice and water barrier under the shingles. Everyone who walks by tells us how great our house looks. And they even put our dish back up on the roof! They may be a little more expensive but the roof is guaranteed for life and the quality and professionalism are exceptional.

Had a meeting for new windows with Eric today. Treated us great and was very informative. We ended up buying windows from him and would recommend contacting him to anyone looking to do home improvements.

Nescor was very good and timely. The windows are very sound proof, and insulated just the way they said they would be. We are very happy with the windows we had put in on the second floor and will be having Nescor install new windows on the first floor.

We have a bedroom that is off our attic that is much colder than the rest of the upstairs. The very nice sales guy spent hours explaining how his product would work, we were hesitant but he guaranteed that it would keep that bedroom just as warm as the rest of the bedrooms upstairs. Only then did we agree. Of course, work was done and its still cold. They are coming to reevaluate, but weve already received a call from a higher up today trying to downplay what their guarantee meant, saying it was just guaranteeing our energy bill to decrease. This is absolutely NOT what we agreed to. The salesman was only was only with the company for less than 2 weeks, maybe he misspoke, but not our fault. I will keep everyone posted of the outcome so we all can see what type of company Nescor really is.Update: Nescor staff came back and fixed the issue at no cost to us. Highly impressed

I had windows installed a few months ago. The scheduling was a little challenging because the windows were not delivered to the warehouse on time so I had to take extra time off from work until the date of the installation which was inconvenient. The gentlemen who installed the windows were very polite and understanding with my situation with my dad health issue and were willing to work around it to get the work done in one day. I did appreciate it very much. I love my windows which made a dramatic change to the exterior of the house.

I love working here. Were like a big family... very motivational environment.

When I called to request an estimate the first thing they asked me was if I wanted to get preapproved for financing which I declined because I am pretty sure that would involve running a credit check and me providing my Social Security number. Sketchy to say the least. I requested an estimate for some options for replacing sliding glass doors so I could do some comparison shopping but what I got was a long-winded, 2 1/2 hour long eighth grade science fair presentation about mylar (I have an 8 foot window that doesn’t get any direct sunlight, by the way.) The appointment ended in bullying tactics to try to get me to sign a contract on the spot after I clearly stated that I was only interested in receiving an estimate and was not comfortable signing anything that day. The rep seemed like he was never going to leave unless I signed something. I finally got him to leave after he had been there for three hours and he basically said have a nice life and good luck in your search. Called me 11 hours later at 8am on a Saturday after leaving my home at 9pm the previous night. I didn’t answer. I don’t like the way this company does business and therefore would not do business with them or recommend them to anyone.

I was happy with the options for metal roofing & also the final price that was offered to us. However, the installation process was not entirely as described - there were difficulties that required my attention, and made me frustrated. Not sure I would go this route again if I knew those details ahead of time.

All of the people with whom I have had contact have been very professional, highly competent and pleasant in all dealings. I love the new windows. What a difference it has made in my home. Even with the continuing strong winds I no longer have billowing curtains. Highly recommend this company and the quality of the windows.

I just had a Mass Saves energy audit and was told NESCOR swindled us. We just recently bought a radiant shield blanket looking thing which was installed on our attic ceiling. This was supposedly done to block outside temperatures from impacting the internal environment of the house, and to retain temperatures that were trying to achieve. Nescor told us that putting regular insulation up in our attic is a waste of time and money because it doesnt do much. Mass Saves said the radiant shield was a waste of money because it doesnt work better than insulation, costs more, covered up some vents, and would need to be taken down when we get around to finishing our attic to create another bedroom space. We were charged thousands for this installation with Nescor. Im not happy.

I was hired on to be a brand ambassador at the Big E. Learned their script and on the day of training after learning script and making 2 trips to their main office, I was told they have to many people. And it was rude and very inconsiderate. If there quality of work is the same as the way they treat new hire employees, Id steer clear of this company. At least interlock roofing treated me like a king last year. Call them.

I will never ask for help from this company ever again. Guy from their company came out to free estimate and never received. In fact when I told him it was an insurance claim - he shot back saying we wont deal with that because its too much time . So no free estimate, tries to sell me a metal roof that insurance is not going to pay and overall wasted my time. I need a roof replacement not a run around to be let down AGAIN by a different contractor.

Nescor recently put up gutter shields on our house. What a great investment. The staff was great from the office staff to the friendly hard working guys that put up the gutter shields.

This company did an improvement in my house and Im satisfied with the work that has been done. Im recommend this company for any remodeling work of your windows and trimming projects.

We hired Nescor to replace our roof. They arrived on time and completed the job as scheduled. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. They returned for a follow up visit and fixed up a few items. Extremely professional staff who regularly followed up to make sure that we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Nescor.

Signed up for this companies so called energy audit that they offered from one of their door to door sales people. We were told we would be given a $25.00 gift card to Dunkin’ Donuts for allowing them some of our time. The representative named Sandy from Nescor arrived at our house at 5pm and did not leave until almost 7:30pm. He walked around the house and looked at a few areas and proceeded to talk about everything except our energy issues and our options. Around 7:30pm when he finally stopped talking about his personal life, we asked about the gift card and he fumbled through his paperwork and said he did not have one on him. We were told that we would have to endure another appointment with him in order to receive it. I could not believe this guy came to our house and wasted our time like this! To think we were genuinely interested in their services. The following Monday I called and spoke to a manager and they pretty much just reiterated the fact that we need to complete the energy audit to receive a gift card and or hear about what they offer. They definitely never said anything about multiple appointments. So if your interested in a real energy audit do yourself a favor and don’t use NESCOR!!!

We purchased a stone coated metal roof from Nescor, and they were amazing. from start to finish, they explained the process and answered all of our questions and on the day of the install, the crew was great. It was certainly painless, and the roof is working out Great.-Bryan and Alicia Clark

Dont use these guys for anything. While Nick the salesman and Keith the guy who came out to do final measurements were professional and pleasant their boss Mickey not so much.We agreed to terms then the terms didnt work out with what we initially figured and changed. We wanted to cancel the order because of this and had to speak to Mickey who was unprofessional and trying to force us into buying their windows. He even threw out the oh we can start the project while you look into your own financing aka we will get you stuck into paying for it the moment we hammer that first nail. After going back and further numerous times explaining for the same reason why we didnt want to go through them anymore he finally gave up.We signed our cancellation notice right then and there with Keith which on the notice states youll be refunded in full any money etc you put down. I called later that day to make sure my credit card was refunded and the woman I spoke to said I would have to speak to Mickey for the refund. I stated my displeasure of my previous dealings with Mickey and that I signed the cancellation form and to please just refund my money which she said okay.I waited a few days and no refund was posted so I called again and what would you know? My refund hadnt been issued yet and I guess what had to speak to Mickey. Rather irritated I threatened legal action and that I would be calling my lawyer and was told I would need to leave a voicemail for Mickey which I did again reiterating legal action. It wasnt until I did this that I got a call back from them stating I would need to sign a release form which I said no I would not I signed the cancellation form which stated you would refund me. I was told they would rush process my refund, we shall see but avoid these guys like the plague theyre very shady and I would not recommend them whatsoever.Thanks for your response allie and I do know what the cancellation letter stated but each time I called to check my refund I kept being told Id have to speak to Mickey before they processed my refund perhaps reeducating your staff on your cancellation policy is required.

I purchased windows from Nescor, and Id have to say that the quality, alone, of the windows - their design, construction and materials - sold me on the product. I found the entire staff of Nescor, from the sales people, to the measuring specialist, to the installers, to the office personnel to be both professional and personable. I read through some of the other reviews on this site and was both surprised and puzzled by some of the negative experiences people had. I cant account for those, but my experience could not have been better. And, so far, I find the windows to be top notch and well installed.

Nescor was outstanding customer service contractor installer I give them a 5-star review installed 11 windows three sliders in one day very polite and easy to talk to had two windows in wrong spot fixed next day would recommend and use them again for future projects🤗😁😄

Eric was a pleasure, to have working on this project. He knows what hes talking about and is easy to get along with. He walked me through the whole process, explaining what he and the company could do for us to make it affordable as he went. Definetly a steller job!

NESCOR was amazing! they did their job fast and very professionally. I highly recommend them to any homeowner!

Their sales tactics are quite pushy, but the quality of work is great. We were supposed to be a display house but we never received a lawn sign so Im convinced it was just a gimmick. Im not entirely convinced that I didnt pay too much, but the work was hassle free and they did do a great job.

Update:Thank you for th he wonderful roof. However we wanted a roof for solar panels.Your guy that came out stated you could definitely place solar panels on.So we placed the most expensive roof on.Only for every solar groups telling us we cant.Dont lie to people! Damn rude!This evening we had Eric over to show us their products.Extremely helpful and made everything so easy. I cannot wait to get this roof on our home!Thanks for making this so easy for us~~♡♡♡Highly Reccomend This Company. !

Nescor replaced our roof, and did an amazing job. They got done in just over a day. I figured at least 2-3 days considering the side of my roof. I went with a Metal coated roof, which cost more.. but I am firm in that you get what you pay for. 100 year coverage is good too! Competitively priced. Great from start to done.

Nescor is based in W Springfield, MA but they came to my house in Fairfield County, CT to install my heatshield windows a few years ago. I recently contacted them to install more windows in my house. The representative came out on a Sunday morning - an hour and a half drive - to meet with me! He was very polite, friendly and informative and worked with me to get a great deal! I love the windows that I had installed by Nescor a few years ago and we just made a plan to finish the rest of my house with the same windows! I am so excited to get this done!

I highly reccomend Nescor. We had our windows done. All the people who came in were professional and informative. The windows are top quality. We will be working with Nescor for our next home improvement.
