Petty and rather unprofessionaljust go. visit once or twice and youll realize a few things about the members:1) petty - they arent there to promote a good service, they are their for #1 see how many referrals they can snatch from the group. If they think you or someone you know provides a service someone else in the group does, you arent welcome2) desperate - come on, you see hungry lawyers, masseuses, chiropractors, therapists, life coaches, dog walkers.... these are a dime a dozen trades. some are obviously BS services. Some im sure are successful (granted, the ones who attended for DECADES) but you can see desperation in most members faces3) unprofessional - forget the fact that you have to reintroduce yourself every time you go (like a child standing up to speak to the class). The team leaders just arent properly prepared to deal with conflicts; rather than train or coach their members to be more professional, they take the easy route and chase away whoever is newest. Lets not forget that their speeches contradict their actions about striving to provide quality service, not quantity referrals.
