My HR representative is capable and professional, Mike Kupchik, He has done my taxes for many years , without him I would go elsewhere.

Every year my family and I go to Mr. Kupchik to do our taxes and it is easy and seamless every time. Very easy and very professional experience. The taxes were done within days after I submitted all my documents. Thank you Mr. Kupchik!

The service I received was excellent. However, the office practices leave something to be desired. I have been a customer with Block for seven years. Every appointment since 2014 has been made one year in advance. When I arrived on Saturday, February 20 for my appointment, I was told there was no record of the appointment and in addition to that the Tax Professional I worked with every year since the beginning, Mr. Michael Kupchick, no longer does in person appointments. I was never notified of this change. I found out when I walked in the office. The receptionist also told me there were no appointments available for that day. The H&R Block website told a different story. That said there were five appointments available for Saturday. She booked me an appointment with another professional the following Monday. That appointment went very well, but what happened was unprofessional as well as inexcusable.

We have been working with Michael for years now and feel very comfortable working with him.

My experience with H&R Block was atrocious. It started with a scheduling error and then a last minute location change. The woman I met with took my documents and said she would email me when it was ready. I never heard from her and after two weeks of emailing and calling a woman who answered the phone at the office said the original woman had been furloughed. What would have happened to my taxes if I did not pursue this? The new woman found my file and tried to help. She was not able to complete the filing that day and I had to keep calling and emailing her to get it done. We were finally able to complete the tax filing via phone and online -- or so I thought. My credit card had been charged the fee. Today I went to pick up the papers and was told the return had never been filed. I asked to speak to a manager and yet another woman she said she could only give me the 800 number. She did - apparently - complete the filing and said she put in for a refund. My original documents were lost

I had an appointment scheduled on a Sunday afternoon. Showed up early and the office was already closed even though they were supposed to be open. No communication about rescheduling. Extremely disappointed and very unprofessional.

Claudia williams was amazing!!! claudia was patient kind and efficient. she went above and beyond to prepare my taxes for me in a timely manner. she kept in contact, explained all breakdowns of charges and forms that were filled out.

You read high fees but no one says how much. As a NJ homeowner filing in 2 states (NY and NJ) with a stock transaction that I lost money on... I was charged $447. Four hundred forty seven dollars to process my taxes. And thats simply too much.There. Now you know. While the service I received was adequate, I will never return on account of the pricing. They nickel and dime you for everything and almost $500 to do my taxes is frankly outrageous.

I thought I would be receiving more of a refund then I am to receive, people I work with in similar situations and making the same salary are receiving almost all of their withheld income tax back, a couple of people I know did their own income tax return and are receiving more of a refund than me I feel as though something wasnt taken into consideration but I am not sure what that is..

Not helpful at all. Refused to do taxed because I didnt have my husbands license and childrens social security card (even though we have gone to H&R Block the past 5 years and everything is also in the system).He wouldnt even agree to tell me what other paperwork I needed. The only thing he asked me was if I filed unemployment or was out for disability?? My husband and I both work. It was obvious this guy didnt want to do any taxes. Then refused to do anymore without the proper identifications.
