I am so glad I found this nail salon. They do an amazing job every single time and my nails last SO long. No matter how long I go in between fills, my nails never lift and I am forever grateful for that lol. My most recent set for Halloween is my favorite so far! 😍😍

My nail tech was good and very nice. I liked how my nails turned out, but the gel polish didnt even last a week. My manicure just started peeling off. I paid a lot of money and have never had the polish just peel off like that. Like a sticker! Definitely not worth the price and I wont be returning.

So we just went to this place today to get our nails done because it was my cousins birthday. They were very nice in the nail salon and hospitable, to the point where they assured us to relax. I just got these acrylic nails and the lady who did them did a fabulous job, to the point where she did extra filing to make sure the nails were good. I will say if they are reading this I apologize for being tense when getting my acrylics done. Highly recommend they are super nice here

They did an amazing job on my nails, I had been coming here for many years until I had to move, When I first came into the store without an appointment, and they accepted me quite fast. The staff was quite friendly, and it was a peaceful stay. I highly recommend it. There were so many colors, and they did the design I asked for. I will come back for my next mani.

I went in for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure since I heard about their “$15 gel manicure special on top of either a manicure or pedicure.” Either this sign posted on their wall above the manicure stations was grammatically incorrect (high school English teacher here) or I’m missing something. Their basic pedicure is $26, I asked for callus removal which was an additional $5. So, how does this add up to $68 dollars with only plain white nail polish on both hands and feet? Only my manicure was gel, it should’ve come out to $46, no? Confusing and misleading.Needless to say, I won’t be returning. Thanks for the math homework — I don’t even teach math.UPDATE: I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau over three months ago and even the representatives there cannot get ahold of the manager/owner; when someone did pick up the phone one of those times, the representative was hung up on. My case was closed due to “inability to make contact”. I will never go back to this place. Lovely Nails or even Galaxy Nails on state street in Murray have been awesome, though.Nails 4 U, you are not the place for me.

Upon walking in, we were greeted- and when I was showing photos of what my daughter wanted for her nail art and fill, the tech, a smaller lady, told my daughter to wash her hands and sit down. My daughter washed her hands and sat at the nail tech station, when I proceeded to show more details of the photos that she wanted done the nail tech interrupted me by saying it would cost a lot more I said I am aware and we’re comfortable with that, she rolled her eyes and said it’s expensive like 85$ for a gel fill, with a simple ombré- not a full set or repair, just a fill and new color. I shook my head and excepted the cost and said we had budgeted for it. The tech took my daughters hand and interjected “as long as you’re going to pay for it” and rolled her eyes again. I was baffled. Never have I ever been treated that way- we are on vacation from out of town, and this place had pretty good reviews and was in our hotel parking lot, so I chose here. BIG MISTAKE. So rude and demeaning. The fill AT MOST should have been more like 50, but after everything was done it ended up $101. I will NOT got there ever again. Not worth the $$ especially for the attitude that they were doing me a favor rather than a service that was being paid for.Way overpriced, not friendly and the job was “ok.”I hope it works better for others.

Ive been searching for a good nail salon since I moved to West Jordan and I think I finally found it. I love my nails!! I got the sns dipping powder and they look so natural.I will definitely be back! I also got a really good pedicure by a different employee. Their massage chairs are awesome Enjoy!

I just moved to the West Jordan area and was looking for a new nail salon and my daughter and I decided to try this place. WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! I went in and sat down for my pedicure, I picked the basic pedicure that was still $26.00. The lady that as giving me the pedicure was very nice, but 5 min it’s the pedicure she asked me, do you want callus removal? That will be an extra $5.00. I was in shock, doesn’t that usually come with a pedicure? Second, my 15 year daughter who will be starting her first day of high school on Monday wanted a full set with a design, and the lady quoted her $90.00. We decided to go with the regular polish, not gel and was still quoted $65.00. After painting a few nails, my daughter decided she didn’t like the color so we politely asked if we could change the color, the lady was was so RUDE, she told my 15 year old “you are the reason I have to work so hard and these people have to wait”. She almost had my daughter in tears! And then charged us extra to change the polish on just a few nail! WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE??? 3rd- I needed a new set, so before we began, the man told me, it will be an extra $10.00 to remove my nails. What? As he was doing my nails, he told me if I wanted them longer, it would be extra. He was very rude and being condescending, saying stuff like what ever lady, it’s your nails. I felt very very uncomfortable the entire time we were there. After everything was said and done the total for a pedicure, two full sets, one gel, and one regular nail polish was $169.00! BEWARE, This place price gouges and the customers service is the worst! Don’t waste your time or money!!!

I’m 15 and going into my first year of high school and I got A color on my nails I didn’t really like so I asked the lady if I can change it she made me feel horrible for wanting to change the color of my nails and told me that I’m the reason that she has to work so much and people behind me have to wait you have to pay extra to get an old set of nails taken off and it’s extra if you want extra length this is the worst customer service ever and it made me want to cry i will not be going back there beware go somewhere else! i would give it 0 stars if i could VERY RUDE!!

“Stay very far away! Theyre extremely OVERPRICED, like to the point you shake your head and cant believe it. But dont shake your head in front of the male staffer, he is about the most RUDE person youll ever meet in a professional environment and will tell you maybe you should go to WalMart because its cheaper. Everytime I take my daughter here it gets more expensive and they always have some strange explanation. I raise my eyebrow, but pay without question figuring its a convenience charge Today I took her in and it was $75 for an acrylic fill because she chose some crazy expensive polish. She didnt understand how much money she was agreeing to and she didnt contact me to see if it was ok. This was my fault, however, the super special polish they charged $20 for, I have gotten for $5 at other salons. Beware of price gouging.

I came here 30 minutes before close needing to fix a botched set of nails I received from another salon, Stop 4 nails. Brian took me in and put in two hours of work in order to save my nails! He did an amazing job! He was able to file the nails down to half the thickness they were when I walked in and he was able to produce a beautiful, smooth , great shaped set! Thanks again Brian!!

Asked for white polish pedicure and got a very sloppy outcome. she didn’t bother to clean the skin and even got white polish on my sandals. had to come home and fix my manicure, when i asked her to fix it there she did an even worse job. there’s literally no one else there but she rushed the entire time. worst experience ever.

I went in with my sister for 2 full sets. The person I had was very rude and I felt uncomfortable the rest of my nail visit. They over charge. For 2 full sets I got charged 146 dollars. My set is not the shape I asked for. I asked for coffin shape and got half almond and half coffin. They wanted to charge me 20 dollars extra for the design I wanted so I decided to just have them do a feather on each ring finger and was charged $5 per finger. I was picking acrylic off around my fingers, and my fingers burned for the rest of the day. Very dissatisfied. Will not be returning.

Lisa did my nails she did an okay job, but she was in a rush to get another client in. She cut me and didn’t fully shave down the acrylic on a nail from the bottom. She also didn’t fully paint my nails andleft two of my nails thick. She did a good job on the nail shape though.My mom got her nails done from Brian and he did an amazing job⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went in for the first time to get my nails done, I asked for the acorn shape.At first I was impressed with the way he was doing my nails. but by the time he started to shape them they were crooked. I voiced my concern and told him that the point wasnt straight. and he told me he saw no issue.I compared the nails to show him the difference and he still denied the issue. He asked me how to fix it, given Im not a professional nail tech Im unaware how to fix it. So I kindly told him Im not sure how to. He then responded If you dont know what you want, I dont know how to give you what you want.The issue wasnt that I didnt know what I wanted. I wanted an acorn shape that was straight. not pointing aggressively to the side. He then continued to act like it was fine. I didnt want to make a scene and embarrass either of us. So I just asked him to finish.I tried for 3 days to just get used to the fact that my nails werent straight and that they were all different sizes and shapes. But couldnt deal with it. I decided to call. Asked for the manager and was told there is no manager.I explained to the person on the phone my issue (which Im 99% sure it was the same man that did my nails) On top of the misshaped and crooked nails, I have cuts in my cuticles and because one nail is so uneven I have a hang nail. and would like a refund.He told me there is no refund policy.As a hairstylist, I would give any customer a refund if they were truly unhappy with my service and the result. I told him such and he continued to tell me there was no refund.I told him that if there was to be no refund for the horrible service and terrible result then I will write a review to make sure no one else over pays for this service. He then told me Do what you want, but know karma is a B!tch and hung up on me.I am not one to write reviews. But do yourself a favor and stay away from this nail salon. I have NEVER had such a terrible and unprofessional experience, and I can assure you, I am not a picky person when it comes to my nails.

Do not go here. The lady that did my friends nails did a horrible job with ombré. We both got it done and mine was perfect and blended and hers was totally separated and rigged. She kept telling the lady how to fix her nails and she just kept saying, “if I do that, they are going to look bad” how could they look worse then they already were! She literally just globbed the acrylic on to the point it looked like a bubble on her nail and she didn’t want to file it down for her saying it was going to look bad. I almost thought that she had never done nails before. And then she charged her $70 for it when she had previously said $65. She was just changing the price constantly and my friend was so upset and crying and they threatened to call the police on us because she really didn’t want to pay and was talking to the lady to see if she could fix her nails or at least give her a discount or something.. it was ridiculous and they were swearing at us even in front of other customers.. Very frustrating I will never go there again and I hope if you think of going there you do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

I went in for a fill not a full set but a fill and was charged 51. I went in for a pedicure 2 days prior asked it to be fixed as the nail was long was told it would be 25. They clearly don’t stand behind their work

I spent TWO hours getting a pedicure done and they had to re do my nails twice to get it right and not only did it take that long but they cut my nails extremely short to the point they are red and sore. When I called to see if they could do anything to make it right by a customer they said they did the best they could and and offered me a 10 dollar giftcard when I paid 66 for the pedicure and when I told them I felt like that wasnt good enough they hung up on me. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

I went in for a gel manicure with a friend and waited forever, despite us having an appointment. My nail tech was very distracted and the service was rushed. I had to ask her to shape my nails after she had left them very uneven. The polish is uneven causing dark spots. Very disappointed.

In this Pandemia, business are struggling, so I went and try to support our local business bringing 3 people in, we spend a quite a amount ($$$), one of the guys was very rude telling me with other words that the TIP was not enough for three people and asking me how do I want to split it between them.First, one of the people I brought, her nails/polish didn’t got done right, I didn’t expected this poor quality of manicure. And second, they should be great full for having people like me moving our economy in this hard times, IM NOT COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE.

Lisa hooked me up with my 3 nieces as walk ins!! They were all amazing! Told us what we wanted and allowed us to choose and design for ourselves. I got the milky white coffin nails and she sure did slayyyyy!!! Definitely going to start coming here for good.

We brought 6 family members in and 4 out of 6 had bad experiences. The actual service was decent but the staff was really rude! It actually made my daughter uncomfortable because of the rude comments made. Also feel they were over charging for ridiculous things. My daughter asked for longer nails (just not cut the acrylic as short) and they charged almost 20 extra!! We will not return!

First time coming here & had an amazing time. Very beautiful, acrylic nail design with 3D diamond decoration. There is soothing music playing softly in the background, which makes it quite relaxing if you come alone..I will definitely be going back! I highly recommend!

Very nice people :) and they made my nails very cute. And the price is so affordable and worth it. My nails are damage due to acrylics and harsh filing from other salons. The one who did my nails had gentle hands and was very sweet. Definitely would come back here again when I have time and always call ahead of time to set up an appointment :)

Every nail tech here is incredible. I think the place is GREAT. They do a great job, are super friendly and reasonable in cost for a manicure that cant be beat. If you want the spa experience, then go to the spa and pay for it. You get what you pay for and I think its pretty darn good. Ill be back

I had a basic pedicure and polish. Kyle is my go to guy. He was very personable. I had on a skirt and he covered my legs with a towel. His deep calf massage felt wonderful. Thanks again to Kyle for his magic fingers.

JOHN was great. I was visiting West Jordan for business and decided to try them out based off the previous reviews they had. The salon was clean and neat. JOHN was very friendly and eager to please. My nails looked great and they had a ton of gel colors to chose from. Id definitely go again if I end up back in the area.

Not happy with my experience at all. Waited for over 30 minutes when I wasn’t told there would be any wait at all. Then it took over an hour for a full set to be done. Very slow service. My nail tech was nice & personable. After getting my full set done, I was charged $50. $50! For a regular set, nothing fancy, nothing special. I went to another place up the road & was charged $40 for the same thing. My sister was charged $41 for a FILL. They never discussed pricing, why something would cost more than others, etc. I overheard a nail tech before I got mine done discussing cost with someone else & said full sets start at $35. I feel so overcharged for what we got. Will definitely go to the cheaper place up the road who did the same quality of work.

After being seated I was informed numerous times the technician had 35 years of experience and I have to say I was not only disappointed by the additional $8.00 to remove my existing shellac nail color but my acrylic nails that I had shellac applied on started chipping 2 days later. I have never had this happen before at other nail salons. $70.00 later for a fill and a toe painting ( no pedicure) I will not be going back anytime soon. I guess the technician didn’t have 35 yrs experience in applying shellac.

I left Nails 4U just saying that! The shape is literal perfection and its so hard to come by a nail tech who actually makes your nails even and on point! She was also super sweet and funny which is always a plus because who wants a nail tech you cant chat and laugh with? Super happy my coworker recommended this place! Will be back forsure!

Got my first manicure ever here and it was a great experience. My nail technician she did a great job and the did really well with shaping and cutting my cuticles. I was worried since I havent had anyone handle my nails since I was little but I didnt feel a thing when she did them. I got the gel manicure which was . We made a reservation for 5 at 1pm and we waited about 10 minutes as they finished up, one person from our party had to wait a until one of the techs finished with us but that was expected for a group of our size. Overall it was a good first experience.***

First time I’ve got a full set in YEARS my nails are on week 3 and the acrylic is a o thick. I can’t even attempt to try and rip it off because of how thick the acrylic is. Also $75 for coffin shape nails that were NOT long with gel is WAYYYY over priced for the quality of work. Overpriced and poor poor quality. If you want them done right don’t go to a chop shop salon. Go to a real nail Salon where ur nail tech enjoys their job.

I don’t even want to give them 1 star!! They are the Spirit airlines of nail places. They charged me $5 to clean my chair, $7 to remove my gel, $15 to add gel, and $26 for the actual pedicure. Total attitude.

The price kept going up and up. $2 for Gel removal (my normal salon doesnt charge for that) and i read a sign that said the price you were quoted is for cash. Youll be charged $1 extra for each service if you pay with a card. Almost everywhere is cardless because of COVID and thats just annoying. $60 out the door for gel paint, no mani or pedi on my fingers or toes.Follow up 3 days later- my gel polish is lifting on 3 nails and 2 have chipped. :(

I’ve gone here twice for pedicures and both times right after I leave my gel nail falls off or peels off.

A girl has to maintain her nails (guys too) and I have been pleased with my two visits to this nail salon. Kyle was very personable and ensures that Im am happy with the length, shape, and color of my nails each time.

These guys will swindle you! Totally hussle you with prices. On top of that not very good costumer service. I will not come here again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I popped into NAils 4U yesterday to try a power dip manicure and I couldnt be happier with the results and with NAils 4U! Ive been to countless salons around the city, and can honestly say that Ive never been as impressed as I am with Nails 4U.Theyre a no frills, but clean salon with meticulous attention to detail, great customer service and super reasonable prices for the high quality of work.Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back myself!
