Bad customer service Charmaine Barrett has a really bad attitude never wants to help making changes finds excuses to not help like the system is down, or you cannot remove a driver without there drivers license. Every time we have been in the office she has being the only one around & and has refuse to help my dad several times. Pretending that she is busy she has ignore him, and she is the same way over the phone. Luckily I have been able to speak with Kim and Nancy.

Worst experience! Agents assistants, are particularly rude! They don’t explain anything to you at all. Their customer service is awful. I don’t like the way they, don’t explain anything, or hardly answer any questions and give you time. Recommend not going with their AGENCY! They also don’t have many reviews neither on here or Facebook, makes sense as they aren’t very nice and hardly care about the customer! Specifically bad experience with Charmaine she doesn’t know how to communicate effectively and professionally in a way that helps us customers under stand anything basically dumbing things down for you. Awful awful, customer service.

Been with american family for my renters insurance for over 2 years. No one has yet to beat their price for their coverage. And the customer service in this office is great. Customer service from the corporate 1-800 number another story. But I have spoken to both Kim and his assistant many times and have never been disappointed.

Terrible, after 8 years or more I had to cancel my insurance with these guys and go to a better company which treats me right, long story short didnt cover my car after the small accident I was in, even though I has paying full cover insurance, their tone of voice changed when I called and said I was in this situation, couldnt believe these were the same people I was a customer to them for all these years, do your self a favor and go to a different company because even if they are all smiles and friendly now, after you call to file a claim that would be the end of it.(Pretty sure they will reply back to my comment here and say this and that, dont believe it, 8 years of my time is enough dealing with them, dont wast yours and take your business away)
