The motherboard on my laptop went out and while there’s never a good time for this to happen, it happened as I’m going through daily hospital treatments preparing to start chemo. Mark is amazing! He is very professional and so proficient at what he does. He understands what you need and assists you in getting it accomplished in a timely manner. I needed a new keyboard and additional space on my hard drive and he made sure that everything was replaced and moved over. I was back up and running within 26 hours!
