Great place to work. The NEW management has done an excellent job keeping everyone informed of changes and upcoming events. I strongly recommend not only the wonderful service they provide but also employment here.

Horrible people refuse to pay. Had a background check done on the owner has over 2 million dollars to his name. I am owed thousands of dollars and would like to get in contact with others in the same regard and form a strong lawsuit against the company. Please message me on here and Ill get back to everyone. Still owes our company over 10 thousand dollars of deliveries and work. Filed for collections hopefully the owner matt whose net worth Is in the millions will eventually pay up. They have no regard for their employees or reputation. Pay your dues stover no way to run a buisness youre operating illegally.

Wow this place just called and woke me up at 6:54 am wanting to come the same day at 8 am to draw blood for my dad. She said she called the day before and didn’t get an answer. She didn’t leave a message or call back during normal business hours but thought that it was ok to call at 6:50 in the freaking morning with a bunch of excuses! Their office doesn’t even open until nine am why the hell would anyone think it was ok to call someone that early in the morning for a same day appointment??? Other than that they are fast and efficient but obviously have no respect for customers! How horrible to expect someone to wake up that early and rearrange their schedule on a couple of hours notice! Very distasteful for a Buisiness to operate like that in my opinion.

Refused to pay Courier would love to form a lawsuit with anyone else in the same predicament. Horrible communication takes weeks to respond.

Patrick Bechman was the point of contact for couriers and payroll issues. He knew the company was insolvent for weeks and let his crew continue to work day after day, earning money for Matt Stover and staff will likely never be paid. While Patrick is young, he proved here that he has no understanding that respect is a two way. Shame on him

Never, never, never have I everr had such horrible customer service. Absolutely bad communication. Gave 3 years to serving as medical courier...several checks bounced ...then told it was OVER.....have written tons of emails, LVMs and called....last check showed ACH payment to bank but none was made and no one will take responsibility for it. No values at all and feel totally used for their purposes.Stay FAR, FAR AWAY

They cheated A LOT of couriers and employees out of hard earned money! Personally had to go through the Labor Board to get MOST of what was owed to me, so did several other co-workers. They constantly lie, telling you what you want to hear but NEVER pay up.

Company policy states that they do not have to release medical records as requested by myself via email. Which HIPAA allows. But the manager at Stover refused to release information as I requested. Not a good place to do business with if you want medical records in a timely fashion. Patient was in dire need of her CBC BLOOD results which dictates whether or not she could receive a blood transfusion.

Be careful if youre considering working for this company-Ive now had FOUR bounced checks returned NSF. Im tired of waiting for the company to do direct deposit into my account when their check wont clear-why cant I get paid for a job when I do a job when they tell me Im going to get paid?? Never again...

I was a courier through this company for over a year and now they are currently refusing to pay me for wages owed over the past 3 weeks. I am not the only employee having this issue and legal action will soon be taken. NEVER WORK HERE!!
