Had a loved one stay a few days here for depression and anxiety. The info I was given From the referring entity about what would happen for this person didn’t happen. I was told there was a dr on site at all times and that’s not true. The psychiatrist visit was virtual. Also lack of understanding about depression from the administration. Not a place I would send a loved one and feel safe leaving them there.

Ths place was amazing. I can proudly say I am 95 days sober and counting because of this facility. I had never been to rehab before, but straight from the jump I knew this place was special. The staff treat you with respect and dignity. The food is amazing. And the counselors are truly special. Especially Ms Martinez and Mr Corcoran. They helped me not only understand my addiction issues but helped me find a path to keep me off of them. I can thank this place enough. Love everybody there.

If I could do less than 1 star I would. I’d describe this facility as a toxic environment, where both the staff and their “medical” practices are completely de-humanizing to their patients. There is not even a doctor present in the facility to handle medications. I would advise anyone seeking a facility for mental health crisis and/or detox to find another company. Your loved one will thank you.

Communication skills need to be more effective. They need to train their staff to have compassion not just for the patient but for the patients family as well. The patient is not the only one going through troubled times, the family unit is also going through it. I know that this is a newer facility, hopefully it will gain better reviews in the future.

So Im just calling so I can get information since the website has zero information except for the address. the first woman I spoke to was very snippy with me and all I am trying to do is see if she can give me information in the mail. the second young man was very nice but then when he tried to transfer me so I could possibly get said information the line was busy twice. So far Im extremely unimpressed.

I personally have a really hard time asking for help; I try to fix everything all by myself, the last time that I felt that I needed help was in 1982. I was vulnerable and lost, and a little afraid to be honest, and every single person at Parkside made me feel safe and taken care of. There were professionals and people there to talk to, 24/7. Since I’ve been home, that’s what I miss the most! I’m not planning on losing it any time soon because I got a lot of help, but if I do, I know that there’s a place I can go to get better.Thank you to all of the staff at Parkside!!

This facility is a joke. They don’t have licensed professionals on hand to help those in crisis, and the nursing staff is bottom of the barrel with little to no coping skills themselves. Highly upset with the care my loved one received. I will be in contact with the main offices, and I will be report this facility to state.Mental health should be taken seriously, and the employees working here don’t.

I called in crisis and the front desk person only cared what my insurance was. The receptionist asked me for me insurance and then informed me that I wouldnt be able to receive help here because they didnt except my insurance which I found out later to be wrong. I was already sure she was wrong but she was so uncaring and cold! If the person who answered the phone represents this company the should be thoroughly knowledgeable about insurance and procedures. If they arent competent the rest of this business probably is not either.

This place is disgusting. Half the employees don’t have the proper certifications and all are quite abusive. THEY ALSO HAVE BLACK MOLD, which is a HAZARD to everyone’s health in the facility. The “clients” being the most vulnerable to it. The Wenatchee location needs to be shut down ASAP. My loved one has been in and out of the hospital due to complications from black mold exposure. Not to mention the staff is VERY unprofessional. Shut. This. Place. Down.
