Matt is terrific! On our property we have a variety of large trees that had not been pruned in years. Matt climbed the trees and made fairly quick work of getting them into beautiful shape without large-scale equipment destroying the lawn. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Matt—judging by the work he did for us, no job is too large!

When my husband first emailed Matt he responded in less than 24 hours. We scheduled a time for him to come and provide us with an estimate and asked him to call 10 minutes in advance and he did. He was always very professional with ball forms of communication. We provided us with an estimate to take down one oak tree, remove three stumps and clean up. He was around 700.00 less than an estimate we received from another company for the same work. Matt have us an estimated week in September that he would be able to complete the project. He emailed with a last minute cancellation and was able to complete the work this week. He was very professional, hard working and did the job in a timely manner too. Would call him again for any future tree needs.

I am super happy with the work Matt did trimming and thinning my shrubs and cutting high limbs of several trees. He has an eye for balance and the skill and experience to know which limbs need to be removed even from high up in the midst of the tree. The tall tree work was done by climbing the tree with ropes. The safety and care taken to drop the limbs strategically was impressive. It was a pleasure to have Matt work on my property because it is evident that he loves and cares about what he does and takes the time needed.

I met Matt at The Arbor Day of service 2019. We were both working on a nearby “work zone” set up by the Massachusetts Arborists Association. Like most of the networking there, it was short and sweet with not a lot of time to get to know one another. Thankfully, we somehow got re-connected on social media and continued the networking. After much back and forth of the normal tree guy talk, I learned that Matt had a business that helped arborists with their skills, tactics, and development. I was excited to create the opportunity to have Matt come down and help our company with his expertise.After two days of having Matt with us on an actual job from start to finish, I was blown away at how much he really had to offer. Matt brought organization, implemented safety protocol and displayed incredible competence in every aspect he taught our team. In Arboriculture, there is an innate sense of everyone having to simply “know it all” which can sometimes create tension among crew and more often than not, a dangerous scenario in the tree. Matt has an incredibly keen sense on this issue and can somehow be heard both on the application side, but can seriously back up his talk in the field as well.
