What a great place, especially for someone as computer illiterate as me. My computer froze and among the obvious problems, I had no access to personal or work related documents. Found these guys on line. I walked in off the street without calling. They stopped what they were doing and answered every stupid question I asked. They told me what to do, how to do it and what I needed to do it. They were patient and empathetic, taking as much time to explain as I needed. It worked. I can’t recommend these guys enough. If only I could find an auto mechanic as good as these guys.

Every time I call in, these guys are great. Quick, efficient, and most of all: patient. Remote login feature is awesome. They can quickly diagnose any problem without having me try to describe it.

I brought my computer to My Computer Guy and within 2 days was told that my mother board was bad. They told me of several different things they had tried to do and said that they would remove the hard drive so I could place it into another computer and despite their time and the ton of advice they gave me, THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME.
