My review was deleted as it was not a good one I got a bounce house for my kids birthday that’s was absolutely dirty and junk was told I would get a refund and have been ignored.... my kids birthday was ruined due to this and he obviously deletes all the bad reviews as I’m sure there have been many more he even deleted my daughters review also!! Guess I will take this to court!!!

Will definitely be using this company for all of my parties from now on. Great price and the owner was nice enough to let us keep the bounce house an extra day which was amazing being the start of April vacation week. Highly recommend!

I rented with this company in Webster, MA for a party on July 14 and the company didnt come to pick up the bouncy house until August 1. The grass under it was completely dead because it was too heavy to move. Emailed once and Pedro apologized and said he would come to pick it up but he never showed. When I called two weeks later I learned that he had sold the company to someone else and didnt tell the new owner that we still had one of the bouncy houses. She had no idea where it was! Even after we called the new owner, it still took four days before someone came to get it. I will NEVER rent from this company again.

Pedro Villegas is a great man, who made my childs birthday party better than I dreamed! all of the kids loved the bouncy castle and the bounce house. He is very grounded and hasnt let the fast-paced lifestyle of the party rental business get to him. Truly a gem of a human being.He is also in great shape and very jacked, around 240 lbs but carries it like it is only 220 lbs.

So we have used this company at school several times in the past when it was a different owner. This year we called months in advance to order a bounce obstacle course and a dunk tank for our field day. I called to confirm and to work out a rain plan just in case we had to move field day inside. This was on Wednesday. I confirmed times and everything. I got to school for 7:30 because I was told they would be there between 7:30-8:00 to set up the obstacle and dunk tank. I lined up the fire Dept to come fill the dunk tank for us. After several angry un-answers phone calls to the business the obstacle course finally arrives at 9:15. Still no dunk tank. The poor guys whos delivered took an ear full from me our first class was scheduled to use the obstacle course in 5 minutes. I was told the trailer had a flat tire and it was going to be at least another 40 minutes before they could get it there maybe. Again still no call from the owner. The guy setting up left and brought us bounce house. Fine. Well the bounce house was muddy and smelled so we couldnt use it. At 3:00 we call the store and tell them to come get the stuff. They refunded our deposit but that doesnt make up for the lack of contact from the owner. We as a school system will not use this company again.

I bought balloons for my granddaughters birthday. Within 2hrs of them being in my bedroom, waiting to put them out. One totally deflated another was the size of a baseball. The big expensive one along with the other 4 were all on the floor by 7pm! I called this morning to let them know, at 10:30. Was told manger would call me right back. Its now 1:56pm and still no call back. Dont think Ill be using them for the balloons that are suppose to be so great! Smh....

Worked for and done business with them, exceptional service every time. Cant wait for the season to pick up again.
