We hired Snowscapes to service our distribution warehouses and they would not show up for hours and hours.At one point me had 16 tractor trailers stuck in the middle of the lot and David Ross owner of Snowscapes was no where to be found.His office ignored our pleas while David sat at his home in Miami.Snowscapes offered us concessions of $15k unfortunately their horrendous service on every storm this season cost us $475,000 in lost trucking.Meanwhile his attorney, who is his family member drafted a contract from which we could not be released without penalty. Don’t get wrapped up with this company!Don’t make the same mistake we did 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Snowscapes and David Ross do not pay it subcontractors.David Ross will look for any excuse not to pay you and screw you out of tens of thousands of dollars.On every storm we worked for this company they found a reason to not pay us in full.Its sad that he does speeches at ASCA and SIMA events discussing how important it is to deice and how he can melt 4 of snow with deicer, but then when its time to pay his invoices he will stiff you.He claims 1 application of deicer is industry standard on ice storms that last over 36 hrs. Really Dave??? What industry standard are you referring to?It seems from the reviews below you are over charging customers and under paying sub contractors.

We hired a different company, some how Snowscapes ended up plowing our complex - what a complete failure that was.We tried to contact the owner David Ross only to be hung up on by their rude office staff.Needless to say David Ross will only contact you via email and hide behind his office staff.I have been on the board here for many years in Wayne NJ and I have never seen such poor snow removal services.As Donald Trump would say, YOURE FIRED!

Snowscapes serviced our commercial site. Absolutely horrendous service every storm this season.We will NOT be renewing their sneaky contract.I have no idea how they made the top 100 snow removal contractors, they should be top 100 worst.The only thing worse than the service was the fictitious invoices they sent.

This company services my townhouse community. They are the absolute worst I’ve ever seen. They use bobcats with blades instead of snow plows. No snow blowers no shoveling. Feb 2 was snowstorm and my front walk isn’t done yet and today is more snow. They are presently here again with bobcats and the salt truck didn’t dump any salt BUT was pulled over by the police and issued a ticket 🤬. Do not hire these idiots

My HOA just hired this firm to handle snow maintenance. Their first work was the recent storm last week. The experience was awful. On Thursday AM, walkways and driveways were not cleared. They ended up clearing the driveways partially with a plow, leaving a good 6 inches of snow in front of each garage door. No Calcium Chloride was applied. One woman in our community had a medical emergency and the ER teams could not get a gurney to her door do to the lack of clearing. It took 5 days to finally clean the snow from all of the walkways in the community, etc. Homeowners in my HOA were livid as our former vendor performed perfectly.
