Staff is friendly. But bad service. Manicure was ONLY cutting your nails and then polish. That is definitely not manicure. Never going back. And do not recommend this place. Pedicure was no better. Just rip off.

Not only do they do a great job but they are so kind and accommodating. Extremely helpful to my sick mother.

The staff is very nice but not the best at designs!! the design i got was very bad, the lines weren’t filled in, and the nail polish was clumpy and chipping off. it looked like i did it myself. but i called them and they did redo my nails for free. they also charge $5 per finger if you get a design which i think is outrageous.Update: it’s been a week and the polish on my nails is just chipping off it looks ridiculous.

I love this place. The employees are so friendly and the owner is the sweetest person ever. You can tell great care is taken with products they use here. They want to help the customers get healthy beautiful nails. Highly recommend this place. They also are not expensive. $19 for a regular pedicure and $35 for a color gel manicure (that is what I usually get). I have been here a bunch and its my favorite nail salon.

I dont go often for mani/pedis but when I do I ALWAYS come here and I always walk out happy because of the fantastic job they do! The owner is super friendly and helpful.

I came in for an appointment for a regular manicure. It started getting busy with some walk in customers, and my service was rushed and sloppy. It hasn’t even been a full 24 hours and my nails are already chipped, and they were done messy. Never coming back here.

We went there for dip refills and the process took forever. During the process, one of us noticed the nails were crooked and uneven and she did even follow the steps to fixing it. Another time, to take off my acrylics she was pushing on my nail and inflicting pain upon my finger. Even being there, there was a women sitting next to us who kept explicitly saying that they were pushing too hard on her nail beds. I left the salon with excess polish on my fingers and around my cuticles where it should not be. Overall, would not recommend.

The service is very professional. Barbara oversees a well-attended staff. Karen does superior manicures and pedicures. I highly recommend her.

Barbara the owner is very nice n caring n welcoming Ive been goin here several years n never disappointed. I take my mom here also n if mom approves then you know they gotta be good! All the girls are great also.

I called for a nail appointment for my 11 year old daughter. they told me 30 dollars over the phone. The nail technician seemed pretty nice, but then the woman in charge came over and told my daughter that she had weak nails so the 30 dollar polish would not work, she needed 50 dollar polish. She did not even approach me, she just kept pressuring an eleven year old that she needed the extra good, 50 dollar nail polish, because there was something wrong with her nails. This was disgraceful. My daughter goes for mani pedis with her mom all the time, and we can both assure you, there is nothing wrong with her nails.

Wonderful spa experience. I like the place is super clean. The staff goes out of their way to make me feel special . I enjoy having art done on my nails!

I have going here since I moved to Wayne 6 years ago. The owner, Barbara and staff, Clara and Karen always do a super job on my nails and toes! Never had a problem! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming!

My daughter got tips for the prom, need I say the price I was told they are much better than the other salons around here. After 2 days, 2 came off and hey did fix them. After 2 days, they all came off! I’m sure they will not refund me which I feel is what they should do! Never again! Beware the price!!!!! Could be better to go to a high end salon!!

So this is my first review ever, but I felt I had to go out of my way to share my experience at Wayne Nails. I have been going here for a while and they do decent work but are constantly asking/bothering you to get designs, the upgraded pedicure, the more expensive this or that. I usually just ignore it but today I had an appointment for a fill-in manicure which is always $45. When I sat down the owner told me that it was going to be $55 today because I haven’t come in 4 weeks... when I asked for her reasoning she had nothing to say. For the record I always wait 4 weeks to get a fill-in. That’s the beauty of it, you don’t have to go often! I’m extremely disappointed with this place and will not be coming back.

Such a great experience, Lisa did an amazing job on my gel manicure and pedicure. Good designs, and good customer service. Ill be returning!

Wayne nails gave me the best manicure that Ive ever had it lasted for two full weeks a French manicure I might say I went there with my daughter havent been there in a while Ive been other places and I just wont go back, for a mani pedi until I go back to Wayne

Just went here to get my eyebrows waxed. I told her just to clean them up. The lady waxed almost all my eyebrows off. This place should be closed!
