The store has been renovated, there needs to be more major tweaking involved, its not a bad store, it just needs to be labeled/organized a little more where the aisles are, cause some customer may have a hard time looking for some items, and they need to have the store more inviting, its a boring grey environment when you enter, make it colorful...

I was fortunate enough to find what I needed, however the customer service is very slow. I waited on line to make the purchase almost 15 minutes before someone came to the front register to accept payment. From being the only one on the line to a line of 9 people waiting behind indicates a lace of urgency on the part of the employees to perform their tasks.

The worker was nice and really helped us out with everything. She was knowledgeable about everything and helped us out with what we needed. Everything else was good. Good selection

Came in 8:10am for a few balloons they were busy with priors orders(not my problem) for balloons so when A walking person comes in they get so annoyed (I don’t know how busy you are that’s is not my fault) So when people come to the store and give you business have a better system next time that walking who wants freaking balloons feel comfortable to buy can’t stand employees that make you feel horrible for buying at their store 🤬🤬🤬 and they had six people working at the stupid balloons area.

The store was renovated about a year ago and it is so much nicer. It is easier to find your way around. The employees were very helpful.

Completely redone since the pandemic. Organized differently so I had to search to find what I wanted. In the long run, this will be better.

I visited the store after a long time and I noticed it to be much more spacious now but the choices are reduced. I expected party city being an exclusive store of choice for celebrations would carry unique and interesting products compared to online stores but i have to say I was bit disappointed.

I had placed an order for a balloon to pick up in the evening a few days prior that I needed, not realizing that they had closed earlier than expected. When I googled to see what time they had closed because I lost track of timing it said they were already closed! In a panic I called the store and spoke with nick he said he would stay and wait for me to pick up the balloon! Now who stays after hours ???? For a customer to pick up ONE balloon! Let alone after working all day. I arrived and was helped by a different nick. as I walked in the nick I spoke to on the phone was there as well .. needless to say I was and still am SO SO grateful that they were able to accommodate me and they both did it with a smile on their face! Thank you both nick x 2 !!!! You made my now 4 year old daughter super happy that morning !!!!

I found more than what I wanted for retirement and birthday 🎂 for kid this time.. adding to my dad 60th birthday last year ... which I brought 2 years ago.. zThis time had a bit of time to go around and choose some decos too,,,I liked the Guinness, St Patrick day stuff.. that reminds me I’m from That country... with many Easter 🐣 stuff and Chinese New Year... many more characters for boys like Spider-Man Superman Avengers toy story... and girls like — peppa 🐷 pig, frozen , baby shark, and many many.. might edit soonThe helium balloons 🎈..I’ll add the stuff I brought for retirement ..I’ve written this review for you and the consumer. If I could give it zero stars, I would. An employee told me to leave because he was “really busy” and I look younger than I am. I am absolutely enraged. This blatant disrespect for their customers is why this store has almost gone bankrupt in the past. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I feel like they never have anything new. I throw a Halloween party every year for the past five years and the selection is so-so. Cant throw a party this year because social gatherings are still looked down on but I still wanted some decorations to get myself in the holiday spirit, and not much caught my eye. Wish they would put out more new stuff every year

It did curbside pickup and clicked the link to acknowledge that I was there but when they were still not out 10 min later (could see the store was empty though the windows) so I called and they brought it right out. Recommend calling over clicking the link

Just had the best experience here. We had trouble with something we bought here and the man was so incredibly kind to us, he gave us a refund and acknowledged my son on his birthday, he even gave him a balloon. The rest of the staff worked hard to get to every customer so the wait was short even with a big balloon order. Truly thrilled with their costumer service. Its a breath of fresh air especially in this pandemic!

If your going for curbside pick up be advised there are no signs or directions on where to pull up by the store. Their phones also only take ONE call at a time so when you call the store upon arrival you get a busy signal. I thought I finally got through but got a message saying they were currently closed! I waited a half hour for my order and People who pulled up after me got their orders before I did. I know the employees are doing their best but a better system should be put in place.

Always very helpful and well trained staff who know where everything is with backup suggestions and alternative ideas for any question. I always feel like everyone there is invested in making sure I walk away satisfied no matter what.

I had to take care of my little cousin for a day last week so we came to this Party City because he wanted a balloon. The staff were so friendly to him and extremely patient (I could not be, bless them) when he finally chose a Pikachu balloon. He left the store with all smiles. Be kind to retail workers especially during times like these. This location is also very clean which is the only type of store I will entire during Covid-19.

So many different costumes to choose from the best part is you dont have to go through the costumes you pick the number off the wall and tell the employee and they get the costume for you.

This place is furiating. A big reason why a lot of people come to this store on weekend mornings is for balloons for a party. However they have not figured that out and if you go in and ask for a handful of balloons they will rudely inform you it will take 45 mins !!!!!!I have an amazing idea...lets put 2 people making balloons and 2 people on registers. Instead of having 1 person making balloons and 1 person behind him just telling people its 45 min wait. Myself and 2 other customers walked right out and went 2 doors down to the dollar store. We all bought 15-20 balloons and were acted upon in seconds. Thats the way business should be done!

We ordered custom invitations for our wedding with the sales associate Fillipe, he was BEYOND knowledgeable and helpful. He followed up with questions, emails and calls to get our invitations just right. We also shipped around the store for other accessories and they were always clean and well stocked and the staff was always asking if we needed help.

Largest one that I have visited. They are in transition lots of Halloween stuff. Surprised to find out the Beauty and the Beast theme balloons are not being made any longer. Otherwise you can get lost within the store. Very helpful staff.

Got to the doors of the store at 8:30 and the person standing at the door said, We close at 8:30 today. This is the second time this has happened. If it is listed on google and also on the Party City Website that you close at 9:00, then you should be closing at 9:00 and not a minute before. I think corporate should know that its employees at this Rt. 23 store are shutting their doors early. Its honestly sad that you are going to miss out on the late business, and especially when Halloween is just weeks around the corner...I will be buying my costume somewhere else this year and will be advising others to do so as well...

Don’t let your order balloons over the phone. Only in store or online. Online only lets you order latex balloons in counts of 15.

Placed an order for Easter balloons.. When my hubby went to pick them up, they couldnt find our order. They did pull out new balloons but when we ordered we had the balloons we wanted set aside for when we were to pick them up. Even called before we picked them up and said they would be ready but no one seemed to have any idea about or where our order was.

They had what my wife was looking for....Happy wife Happy life...

Went in asked for a costume she said perfect go to the costume pick up was their for 20 minutes went back to ask her you like I been waiting she’s like oh is not in stock!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Made me buy a single balloon just to see what color the red was because I needed maroon. They are having a “shortage” on helium which is why they couldn’t lend me the .1 oz of air. After I bought the 2$ SINGLE balloon she than offered to blow it up for me....blew it up myself right there, wasn’t the color I needed, thanks! To top it off the girl didn’t have a personality, at least be kind!

Purposely went here to pick up 2 tablecloth clip sets and couldn’t find it anywhere. The associate Tre was very patient with me searching for these items and eventually found it for me. The items were stored very high up where I could not reach or even see. Thank you Tre for your help and persistence in finding my items!

Very Disappointed , been going here since I was a kid. My sister had a bad experience over a order of Balloons for a Bridal shower. Very RUDE STAFF! LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS FIRST OFF, THEY EXPECT RESPECT BUT DONT GIVE ANY! Not a place with good customer service .

I went in today to get Santa gloves for a Santa outfit for where I work. I was looking and christene came over and asked me if I needed help. I explained that I worked at oasis a haven for women and children. She told me she has donated clothing there and asked me if iwas the chef she saw me on our Facebook page.. she found a pair of gloves they were too small for Jim our Santa. She helped me order a pair. Christene was so helpful she is a great asset to party city. Thank you
