On Sunday April 4th 2021 my wife put a brand new welcome sign planter with lamp on the corner of our driveway for spring use. We filled it with dirt and my son put the trash out as normal. On Monday April 5th the trash was collected and so was the planter. Spoke to several people at customer service who advised me that Republic is not who collects our trash had my son take a picture if the truck the following Monday just so I would have proof that they do and have for the 10 years we have lived here. No one has reached out to us concerning this issue even though I was told they would. My wife is still not happy with the responsive time frame we have gotten which is none, and thinking of call call for action for assistance with this issue of getting our money back for a 100.00 planter that never should have been taken form the driveway in the first place.

We have been trying to have our leaves picked up for 2 weeks. Every time we call we are promised they will be picked up the next day, it never happens. The second week they failed to empty both cans as well, no note left to explain why. The customer service of this company is the worst Ive ever experienced

I would be embarrassed to work for Republic Services. Did not pick up my trash for 3 months as it stock pilled in my garage until i put it all to the curb and refused to move it until they finally came. Took another few weeks until they refunded $88. Going through the same thing again accept this time when they did not pick up, they said i did not pay my bill even though i am on auto pay. Time for another company to compete for their business in Superior Twp because this one is a joke.

Avoid this company at all cost if you can. They are my only option for trash pickup via my township contract. Emptied trash bins are left in the ditch on a regular basis as well as recycle papers spread all over the road after they have left. Now they accidentally dumped my whole trash bin into their truck and have promised to deliver me a new one. The promised dates have slid there time now and still no trash bin. All while my trash has been piling up in my garage for 10 days. My next step is to approach the people at my township responsible for the tras pickup contract.

Ive waited a week for them to come and pick up a couch. I called a week before. They said theyd pick it up. I called the day after and they said there would be a delay. Her we are closing in on another week and they havent picked it up.Not to mention delays in picking up normal trash.Update: Pam said that all queries in my area are under one account, and she didnt feel like going through all of them to find my request (I dont blame her). Heres the kicker, now the pickup is set for this week Friday.

They always pick the trash up when I make the appointment. It is a bit irritating to call and set it up though. They ask a lot of redundant questions and usually the customer service rep sounds miserable. I spoke with someone named DeNika today (idk how to spell her name). She was so helpful and upbeat! She answered on the first ring!

I have been trying to get my bulk trash picked up for over A MONTH!!! The CSRs on the phone are great. They are doing their jobs but the collectors and supervisors are not providing ANY SERVICE. Ive lived in Canton and Detroit and didnt have these problems. Why do you have to call for a special pick up in the City of Inkster??? This is a horrible system with even worse service.

The trucks that come to inkster the guys are very rude and nasty towards the people in the morning they will leave trash all over the floor walk up to your door way leave their truck and come to your door to yell at you and throw up their midddle finger at you I experince all of this while filmimg on camera multiple times also witness a driver this morning walk up to my neighbor door and yelled at them for trash on the floor only because this company missed yesterday pick up day Monday which is not our fault one of the driver didnt pass on the streets so the hispanic driver came oht and yelled at neigbor which is a group home for the elderly with disabilities and he disnt care he was on video he left all the extra trash on our floor by the road and drove off swearing at us it was on the floor because no one came Monday to pick up the trash off the entire street. They need to get friendly positive truck drivers who actually love their job not those who yelled at elderly and disable people
