My business at Lenox Plaza in Woodland Park was flooded by the recent torrential rains on 8/11/18. I was there the next day with the shop vac, and my family was there with mops cleaning up the water and mud. Albert stopped by and was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost, what my options were. He said what he would do and did exactly what he said! The dryers were started on Sunday and Albert and his crew were there at 8 AM Monday as promised. They got right to work cleaning every inch of the place. They were on their hands and knees cleaning the floor, walls, carpet, chairs, pails, mats and everything else that was affected. They moved the washer/dryer, cabinets and desk to clean underneath. We were able to open for business by mid-day Monday and you wouldnt know that anything had happened! The carpet looked better than ever and there was no sign of any mud. I hope there is no next time, but if there is, I know who to call.
