I love coming to this Labcorp always. They are good and fast. Never have a complain until today! Don’t want to get no one fired but would love for someone to talk to the person who drew my blood. Today 8/19/2021 around 2:30-3 pm. She needs to keep her comments to herself! She shouldn’t be assuming and stop being so sarcastic. Not funny at all! Sometimes saying less is best.

I had to bring my 15 month old for lab work and was very nervous. The whole process went smoothly, all providers were professional and did wonderful with him. It was quick and they did such an excellent job. Andrea checked us in quickly. Yasmen and Karel did his lab work together. They were so kind to him and us made the whole experience very pleasant I am so thankful!

One of the best labs I ever been too. Took my 3 years old. The lady was so sweet. Found her vein easily and took the blood as fast as she can. Not like the labcorp we went to in Clifton. They tortured my baby. They never were able to find a vein in both arms and never get the draw blood. My poor daughter left with two swollen and bruised arms. So def recommend the Wayne location. All the ladies there are sweet

I had a great experience here at the Wayne location. This was actually the first time I didn’t faint giving blood and it’s all thanks to their kind staff. Yasmin did my blood draw, she was so kind and considerate of my nerves - I will definitely go back to her again!

Wow, I was really impressed by the fast and friendly service I received. They even took me earlier than my appt was scheduled for since I was fasting. Highly recommend

I have been going to Labcorp for years and the Wayne location is beyond exceptional . There is never a wait and no appointment necessary. Every person I have dealt with from the people taking my info to the technicians drawing the blood is great. These technicians really know what they are doing and there is never any pain. Continue the great work !!

The Wayne location was a great experience. Getting blood drawn can be nerve-wrecking for some, but everyone here is so friendly that they lift any fears. They got me in very quickly after my appointment, were very covid-friendly, and so gentle with the needle. Every establishment should have the customer service of this facility!

I am giving 0 star for posting lab result . I am not able to see my results for more then week, also dr not received on time .

Lab Corp did not send in my blood. I was waiting for results and after one month and multiple phone calls was told I had “ no service”! This is what happened: Hmmmm..... I went there and the woman technician with blue eyes was taking my blood (poorly). She had the needle in my arm and was moving it up and down left and right kept telling me to make a fist and unfist. I have NEVER had blood taken like this. I told her 3x she was hurting me. Who moves the needle around in your arm???? I finally told her to take the needle out and use the blood that was in the vial. Soooo I guess she just threw it out? And told the main desk I just left? She should be fired. ThAnk God it was just routine blood work.

Ive been going to blood work so many places, but no where is like Labcorp in Wayne location. They are fast, nearly no wait time even thou they are sometimes 2 or 3 technicians. they are professional, painless with high quality of skills. they deserve to have some more help as they try to kill themselves to provide the best care and service, such a big office needs more hands. Thanks for your service ladies and for all you did before, during, and after the Pandemic. God bless you and your soft hands.

Easy experience, no appointment necessary and not a long wait to get in, My only negative comment is that my doctor faxed over a prescription for a blood draw beforehand and they couldnt find it so he did it two more times while I waited before they were able to see me. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Nice staff, fairly clean. Overall pretty good if you don’t mind two-hour-plus waits for a urine test.

Hoenetly, I have avoided any LabCorp like the plague! After going to my normal Quest, I was kindly told that they were unable to assist me since they do no do this specific test. I took my chance and walked into this LabCorp. I was the only one there, the Express check in was a breeze, and Andrea was outstanding and so friendly! I will continue to use this location from now on

Brought our six year old son for blood work for first time. Walked in around 2:06 for our 2:15 appointment, Andrea checked us in, brought us into lab area, we were in our car to leave 11 minutes later! My son cried for 1 minute before needle went in. Once needle was in, he stopped crying and said this isn’t so bad! Andrea was great; he didn’t feel a thing! Great experience, thank you!

I always have a great and easy experience when I go to this labcorp. The staff is seasoned and they work well and efficiently together. They do everything they can to make you comfortable in their care, and to get you back to your day. I have to get blood work done at least 3-5 times a year and the experience is great at this location and the one in woodland park. Everytime. The ability to book an appointment on the app, and check in digitally makes the experience exceptional. More importantly the staff is great.

Girl with hijab was amazingly sweet and fast to be honest it looked like there was only two staff but the other one was sitting around doing nothing while the one with the hijab took like 8 or 10 patients in 15 mins very busy but she managed to do the blood work fast and quick amazing female .... and her blood work was fast and painless very good girl

Been going there for years never a problem. Polite staff and check in is digital and quick. Very clean also.

The nurses in this lab are rude and dont seem to love what they are doing.I called to make an appointment and ask what I need to bring with me to get my lab work done. The nurse on the phone only told me that I can walk in anytime, no need for appointment, and I dont need to bring anything with me.I walked in on Saturday, I was in the waiting room for an hour and a half. When I was called to the desk, I was asked for paperwork !!!Yes, I of course did not have it as I was under the impression I do not need one. I asked her why they dont say that on the phone. The nurse said that they expect me to know! Well, the public does not have the nurse knowledge! duh!Time is very valuable to many people. My time was simply wasted while waiting in messy noisy dirty wait room on a Saturday.Do your self a favor and find a lab elsewhere where nurses take pride of their career.

I’m leaving this review after notifying a customer service rep from Labcorp that I would be doing so.Today I went in to the branch in Wayne located at 307 Hamburgh Turnpike. I was met by a friendly rep at the front desk and asked to enter and leave my specimen in the clear bin at the end of the hall. Once at the bin I noticed that the other specimens had the same clear medical type of SEALED nylon bag.I asked the employee/nurse in the rear (older short female with salt and pepper hair with an Arabic accent) if I can have a similar bag since I only have a regular grey bag and didn’t want my specimen to get mixed up. She stated that if the bottle was marked with my name to just leave it in the bin. I began to tie the top of MY bag as a precaution so I would not get mixed up. She grew agitated at that and aggressively said “JUST LEAVE IT IN THE BIN” . So I did, she proceeded to direct an explicit curse word in Arabic in my presence toward me.It took a couple seconds to register, I walked back and informed her in Arabic that I also speak Arabic and am filing a complaint. Folks, this is a laboratory handling your health concerns. I asked the supervisor if there are cameras on the premises and she said no, I have no faith in nurse at this location. She could have done something to the sample out of spite since I confronted her. STAY AWAY !!!

Super nice staff. They are very paitent and do not rush when someone is having a difficult time. Not a long wait time and the facility is very clean.

They still use the old big needle to draw blood!! Now you find those butterfly needle everywhere! Never again in this place!

The service was straight out of a third world country. You wait in the lobby for an hour and then you wait even more inside.
