Albert and his team by far exceeded our expectations on the work they did for our new home. Patricia helped us to pick out the perfect colors for our kitchen and great room, and compliment the other rooms in the house. Albert and his workers were in the day after we moved and stayed all day to get our bedrooms complete so we can begin to unpack. Everyone showed up on time daily, worked tirelessly, and did an amazing job. Albert went above and beyond with little details no other company would do for their clients without them asking. We truly appreciated everyone that we worked with, and highly recommend Constructive for any of your home needs!

Had contacted to do work on my home. Did not show up the first time for the quote walkthrough with no notice. The second time Albert showed up and said he would provide a quote within a few days for one thing (water damage) and another for a bathroom renovation. After not hearing anything for a week, I asked again and finally received a quote for the water damage and no quote for the bathroom. I told him that I would like to go ahead with the work and he said he would check his schedule and get back with me. I emailed again and heard nothing back. Maybe it was because it was only water damage repair and a bathroom renovation that he felt like it wasnt worth his time, but it was like pulling teeth to try to get something started. Hopefully others have better luck!

Two weeks ago our condo had a large flood. Thankfully we were referred to Albert and his Constructive NJ Crew. This was the best thing that happened to us. Within 6 days we had a new ceiling, new floor, trim and every inch of our condo was repaired. Albert and his crew are dedicated, hardworking, reliable and trustworthy. We had water damage from a leaky roof. Called Albert and he was here within a day with Patricia to give estimate. A few days later started job with Rich doing the repairs. He was fast and very neat. Looks as though nothing ever happened. Will definitely call them again for any future work.

Did a beautiful job on my kitchen recommended them to a friend did a beautiful job for them recommended them for another friend didn’t show up and calling them to do my bathroom don’t hear back from them must’ve called at least a half a dozen times if you don’t want to do it just tell me and I’ll find somebody else that is poor business not to come to your appointments

I had a Cat 3 water leak- mold. No fun. Constructive Building & Remodeling arrived that day- removed all the mold and the affected sheet rock. After treating the mold, they put the sheet rock up, spackled, & painted. They would text/call me when they were on their way & their timing & punctuality were second to none. I could not have planned it any better. Considering I work from home, they were able to do their work without disturbing me. Fantastic company to work with.

They were there with me every step of the way when a neighbors accident unfortunately flooded my condo. They are professional and use their time wisely. They explain everything and are patient. Their prices are more than fair. They do a great job and are very personable. It has never been just fixing a home. We used Constructive Building & Remodeling to update our kitchen. They painted our cabinets givings them a fresh new look and replaced our countertops and backsplash. Kitchen looks great! Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Albert and his company!

We contacted Constructive Building & Remodeling when we discovered we had a mold issue in our office. Albert came out and conducted some tests. He immediately had his crew come out and take care of the situation which included opening up walls and treating the affected areas. His crew worked diligently through the whole process, they were here when they said they would be, there were no surprises or hidden costs; and they left our offices clear of all mold and looking better than ever. I would definitely recommend them for all mold or water damage as well as your construction needs.

My previous contractor left without completing the job, Albert and his team came in and completed the job. They got a 5 month old project 80% done; completed within a week, correcting the other contractors errors. Came when they said they would showing up on time, staying within a budget, friendly group and overall fantastic work. I would highly recommend.

Ive used Alberts company Constructive Building & Remodeling twice. The first time was to paint my daughters townhouse. They did a wonderful job, so when my husband and I wanted to remodel our living room and dining room, we called him. His bid was very competitive and since we knew his work, we decided to use his company again. We were not disappointed. His crew, headed by Brett, transformed my rooms from the 70s to a modern chic. They tore down all the paneling and plaster walls, replacing them with sheetrock. It was a messy job, but they carted away all the debris. They also moved and stored our furniture for us right in our driveway. All the ceilings came down too and he convinced me to put recessed lighting in the living room and we couldnt be happier. They converted my fireplace into the centerpiece of the room with ledger stone and a handmade mantle. Up came the worn rugs, replaced with beautiful hardwood floors. They installed new windows as well as doors and suggested widening the opening from the living room to the dining room. That made such a big difference and I am so happy that I took their advice. Alberts assistant Patricia helped me choose paint colors for the rooms as well as for the bedroom which also got a new ceiling. She also helped me choose wooden blinds which I love. The crew did an excellent job. They cleaned up each day and were careful. I had bought new ceiling fixtures which were installed as well as a new faucet in my bathroom. Brett, the foreman, does meticulous work and despite some difficulties that cropped up, he found creative fixes. Albert returned my calls in a timely fashion and answered all my questions. There is not one aspect with which I was disappointed. I wouldnt hesitate to use this company again in the future. I felt that his prices were fair and the work was exemplary. Everyone was a pleasure to work with.
