Very unprofessional. Book an appointment for mothers day weekend way in advance and my wife gets a text with less then 24 hrs from her appointment saying her appointment was canceled. I was reading other reviews where this happened and didnt think it would happen. Apparently nothing they could do. Knowing it mothers day weekend makes it that much worst. Please look at reviews this chain seems to be famous for pulling this

Great place! Even better staff! Always so welcoming when I come in. The management is incredible, especially Rebecca. Helps me book all my appointments and is so so so sweet. Had the best massage the other day with, lead therapist LINDA! She is great I was sore from starting the gym and she made me feel so much better. 10/10 highly recommend this place :)!

Service is always professional and great. They have masseuse for every style and pressure. My only gripe is that you have to book weeks ahead to guarantee getting an appointment.

I have been a member for several years now. I have never had a bad experience. I love my therapist Andrea, she always asks what I want and areas that need extra attention. I have also started to use the stretch for some of my sessions. I have a bad back and knees and the combination of stretch and massage therapy makes a big difference.

I had the worst experience at Massage Envy Wayne store with the massage therapist and the manager. They obviously don’t care about serving their customers. I will spread the word how bad they are.

I was seen by Aytul for a facial. She fixed my skin condition permanently! Talk about a well versed and knowledgeable aesthetician. She knew exactly what was wrong with my red, irritated, dry and acne prone skin. She gave me a great facial and hand massage. i walked out relaxed and she recommended the products for dry skin I cannot live without. Ive had 2 facials so far, and will be going monthly. Her recommendations on treatments have been accurate to help me with my skin problems. Massage Envy in Wayne will be my go to for facials and massages from now going forward and at very affordable prices! I highly recommend Aytul!
