Highly recommend. Helpful and honest, and I have taken my cars here for years. I took a vehicle in recently assuming I needed a oil change and asked for one as I pulled in. After checking the oil they said it wasnt needed yet. Then they kindly answered a few maintenance light questions I had about my vehicle, checked my fluids and tires and said have a good day. No charge! I have had a lot of awful experiences with cars and mechanics in the past, but I wouldnt hesitate to take your car here. Excellent customer service.

A good place to get your car washed. The attendants move people through quickly, which is important on a sunny winter day in Wisconsin when you want to get the road grit off your car. Easy to get to, being right off the freeway. Unlike some other car washes, easy to get into and out of without risking an accident. If you are looking for a quickie at a favorable price, this is your place.

Kevin was my technician, and hes very good at his job. I was in an out with an oil change and two filter changes within 15 minutes. He didnt try to upsell me on everything at once, and gave me a great explanation of what I needed for next time I come in. I feel like I get a good price for the service I received.

The oil change was quick. Our Best Wash was a great idea after the storm. I got the extended life oil and asked my technician if I could get the best way on the house and he said, of course, but didnt put it on the ticket. They made me pay full price for the wash and never even checked with the tech or the ticket.

They do a great job. The $2 upcharge for the bug remover totally works!!!

I was really impressed. I didnt need to get out of my car; just rolled my window down, stated which package, paid and let my car be rolled through. Its been 4 days since I got the wash and even with snow melt being kicked up by cars all around me, my car still looks great. I will definitely be going back.

I was quite surprised how smooth operations were going with the volume of both the oil change bay and car wash area. I knew things were going smoothly because I saw Rich 🤩, a longtime Manager who knows how I like my car.Though things are at a new normal my light check was done inside the oil changing bay. A new face to me was a young man named Logan😷. His service was very professional and to continue with my engine care I asked him questions. This Logan fella knows his stuff when discussing oil usage on my broken in Subaru. 💥While prior to my fresh oil change the 🚘 wash line was flying by. I had a young gal scoot out to offer me my up-sale options, I bumped my free wash for the top of the line!! Then I asked if she could ring up extra cash as a tip? Not an option, no tipping allowed. She was sweet about it and hurried to ring me up. Upon receiving my receipt I then had my chance to quickly speak with Rich!! Such a huge bright smile as he helps direct other customers. We both shouted that we’ve missed each other. 💙 We will catch up another time.John was my guide into the car wash and what can you say, simple job but still professional.I’m very pleased 😄 with my service. I paid for the best quality car wash and I was pushed through within 30-45 seconds. It said there was an underbody flush, I never felt/heard any underbody flush. As I was pushed through so quickly to the dryer, there was still a lot of soap left on my car. The car was barely dried off, and soap was still everywhere. It hardly cleaned my car, I could have sprayed it off with water and had the same result. Very disappointed in the quality for what I paid for.

The service is awesome here. I was really blown away today when I pulled up and the tech helping me, Armoni, let me know there was a mistake with the mileage they printed on the window sticker I received the last time I came in for an oil change. He said I had 2000 more miles before I needed to change my oil. He printed a new window sticker with amended mileage but then went above and beyond by checking my lights and oil level anyways. Then he topped off my washer fluid!

Used their car wash and asked what they would recommend to get the car exterior clean. When I got done with the wash, it was though I had never had it cleaned in the first place. So much so that my 4 year old asked why the car was so dirty still. I received a survey via text shortly after and filed my complaint, being told the store would be notified and someone would be in contact with me. Two weeks later, no contact. I will take my business elsewhere.

Good service, friendly staff, quick oil change. I didnt feel pressured into a bunch of extras (though I did opt for a transmission fluid replacement). I used to go to Valvoline, but I think this will be my go-to now.

Ive gotten an oil change there and these guys dont put a proper seal on buy the pug. I took my car for just a routine inspection at a car shop, n they told me the oil was seeping by the plug. On top of that there was yellow stuff dripping. Their seal is yellow liquid sealant. I feel they should put a proper on.

I like coming here because the service is always nice and quick. I usually get a little leery of going to get my car serviced because I never know what I will get talked into. The guys here are usually very nice, not pushy, and will get you in and out. Even the younger guys are pleasant and respectful.

I have been going to this business for many a year now. The service is always polite and professional. They do not try to nickel and dime you. They offer you the services they provide and let you choose what you would or would not like to do I appreciate the job they do.

Ryan did an amazing job making sure I knew exactly what he was doing with my car and made sure that I asked any questions that I had about the process. I did not feel as though I was being sold something I did not need while getting a routine oil change. To top it off I got a free car wash! I will definitely be returning soon!

I don’t work for Dub, i don’t know anybody who works for Dub... but itz the only place i ever & will ever go for oil changes ~ but itz between oil changes that knocks me out; they give you as much time & concern & professionalism & knowledge about cars & friendliness as they do when getting an oil change. “The engine’s ticking, can you check to see if i lost oil?”; “The tranny’s hesitating, can you check my level”... They get out all the tools & get to work. I won’t say anymore, to avoid any of them perhaps going beyond what they’re instructed to do =:) but they go beyond what i expect every time i pull in👍 Now go online & google coupons to $ave on top of all that! I’ve had bad ~ Dub’s the best.

Ive been coming to this location for years. Its too bad they cant retain the good techs. Trainee techs should be supervised until their skills are up to par. But to keep me from crawling under my car, Id much rather come here than a dealer or shop. Had good experiences for the most part. Had a recent issue and management rectified the situation immediately.

Quick and fast service but fast is not always good. A young man broke my oil stick and left it as if nothing never happened. Basically told me theres nothing they can do. The manager so unprofessional, called my house at odd times telling me Im responsible for my own damage but he can help if I let him. Texting a customer your address and asking to smoke is unprofessional. Ill never give my money to these inconsiderate people ever again. Not my 1st visit but definitely my last.

My sticker said to get changed at 3,000 mi, but they were honest with me and told me it didnt need to get changed for another 2,000 miles, which I really appreciate. Their honesty means a lot to me.

Just got a basic wash, but the water is so dirty that it left my car half as dirty as it was when I went in there.

Went here to get an oil change and coolant flush on my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix. They did not put Dex-Cool in the car as required, nor did they fill the overflow tank. They put less than the recommended amount of oil in the car, and didnt check any other fluids. Left with an empty washer tank and am now budgeting for the replacement of my intake gaskets. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again.UPDATE 3/26/2019.....I have to replace my intake gaskets, radiator, water pump, hoses and thermostat housing. They used green coolant which, when mixed with Dex-Cool, gelatanizes and clogs your cooling system. So, they didnt even perform the flush correctly. Unbelievable. I will be taking legal action. This is unacceptable.

I get my oil changed there every time its needed and the staff is always pleasant to work with. They always honor their coupons even though they are expired which I appreciate. They are super fast too. In and out in 10 minutes every time. They make recommendations, but do not use high pressure sales to sell it. I love the free car wash too. As long as I have a car that needs an oil change, I will go to this Scrub-A-Dub.

Purchased the $14 wash for my husbands truck, which is white and was very very dirty. Scrub-a-dub car wash did a great job at making it shine like new. We will be using this car wash from now on with all of our vehicles.

I have given up on them. i was a customer for over two decades.The workers are untrained and do not realize what scrub a dub offers. I asked to have a battery cable changed and the workers were unaware they offer the service. The only one who had the skill enough to complete the task was the manager. The next day when I checked the level of my oil, I found that they left the dipstick half removed from my engine. Searching for a new oil service/car wash center.

Every time I come here for a car wash, everyone is always SO nice! I got an oil change here for the first time today-it was great! Every technician was helpful and kind, plus getting a free car wash is an added bonus! Will definitely be coming back!

While the people seemed nice enough and were efficient, I felt they rushed me through paperwork and had extensive hidden fees. When I questioned them about the extremely high charges they quickly became defensive and aggressive. I would not recommend coming here for an oil change.

This is my first time getting an oil change and car wash there, or anywhere in WI, moved here in June 2017. I love it when I find a business where I dont feel like I need to search anymore. I have been to a lot of quicky oil change places, although I like to have a real mechanic give the vehicle a once over, including oil change once a year or so. At first I thought the price was a little high but this is the 1st one I have been to where the employees didnt make me feel like I was a bad owner because there was a dust particle on my air filter, or the transmission fluid was only light red, etc. From the time the door opened until oil changed, drove around the backside of the garage for a car wash and out of car was was 18 minutes. Pretty sweet. Everyone, EVERYONE there had a smile, was cheerful, seemed happy I showed up and happier that I was leaving...room for the next customer. I would drive 30 minutes to this location whenever my oil needs changed without hesitation. Im retired, I have the time. Thanks, Guys.
