I called Leo and within hours his crew arrived ready to remove our tree. Everyone was polite, professional, and prompt. Leo and his crew went above and beyond to help us during an extremely busy time after a storm. Their flexibility, professionalism, and willingness to help was simply amazing!

Excellent Work! We had a tricky tree on our half acer that needed to be removed. I cant tell you how many sleepless nights I had in the winter praying these trees wouldnt fall on the house. Leo took down a huge Blue Spruce for us and then energetically and efficiently made his way through the rest of our property removing dead limbs and limbs on buildings and power lines as well as trimming apples and crabapples and cedars. Arbor Technologies did a great job on a rather extensive amount of work- taking down some trees, trimming, stump removal. Leo is very knowledgable and capable and can give advice if you are in doubt about what to do- take a tree down, is it sick?, keep it and just trim etc. Clean up was immaculate. Leo is personable and easy to work with. Would absolutely recommend!

We had Leo and his team remove a mix of ten tall (about 60 feet) white/red pines that were bordering our yard. A number of them had been shedding limbs and bark, appeared to be dead, and threatening both our property and our neighbors. Leo came to our house to recommend tree removal and pruning as a first step to combat the brown tail moth. As we walked around my home he gave me a price for the removal or pruning of each tree. I took notes, he didn’t. Before he left he asked me to write the work order and send it to him. I did and he replied that it looked good. He said he would begin work in 2-4 weeks. I waited 3 weeks before calling him again. He apparently didn’t remember me. I mentioned the work order that I had sent and he asked me to send it again. I waited a few days and called again. He said he would get to me within 8 days. I waited 5 and called again. He said he would come on the following Friday. He neither showed up nor called. Never heard from him again.

I had just bought a house and had some concern for 2 large Maple trees that were near and over my roof. They did not look healthy so I called the Arbor Technologies as a local business and the call was answered by the owner Leo St Peter. He said he could meet me at the house in 15 minutes. He was efficient and professional. His estimate was spot on with no surprises. His recommendations were easy to see and understand. The work was done quickly and the clean up was immaculate. It was if the trees were never there. His follow up was timely and the job was completed on time and on budget. Leos professionalism and humor was very much appreciated.

I called Leo when my mother’s cat was stuck 50’ up a tree. Leo was understanding and told me he’d do his best to fit us in to his already busy schedule. He provided constant updates throughout the day and arrived a few hours after my initial call. He had the cat safely down within 10 minutes of his arrival. His fee was miles beneath what I thought it would be.I cannot stress enough how great he was throughout the whole process. I hope to have him back out soon to clear the dead trees and snags on the back 40.

I see the one star reviews are about the timing of the job. Sheesh people, its Maine! The season where people want tree work done is a short season, and there are only so many tree guys. It can take a little time, but Arbor Technologies has done work for me at several properties, and I am always happy with their work. Id rather wait for someone I know is good at their job instead of hiring the guy who can show up tomorrow.

Last Thursday evening I contacted Leo at Arbor Technologies regarding an emergent situation involving one of my large trees that had partially fallen on my garage. Leo was extremely prompt and professional. The next morning Leo single handedly stopped further loss of my garage by removing an extremely heavy load off of the structure and the following day had his crew fine tune debris removal.
