I am not one to write reviews, but I felt the need to let everyone know how AMAZING Queen Nails is. Simply the best nail salon I have ever been to. Their work is beautiful and flawless! True artists! Betty and Long both do the most stunning ombre nails. Try them out, you will not be disappointed!

I have been twice. Once for a fill, once for fill and pedicure. Long does great work for nails but I have to talk about the real MVP here. Young did my pedicure, and it was hands down the best pedicure I have ever received. His attention to detail was superb, and he didnt rush through it, how most of the places around here do. I will definitely be back!

The service was good the guy that did my pedicure took his time very polite but he cut me 3 times I didn’t even know you can cut someone in a pedicure he cut me not on my toes but in my skin far from my toe nails & the older man that did my nails was very nice and friendly I loved his free hand art work he was awesome 😇

Nails have not lasted like gentleman said it would. Lady that did my feet was great and look awesome still. Disappointed in nails on hands. Gentleman told me gel polish lasts longer. It has lasted a week.

I don’t usually do reviews, which shows just how great this service was! I got an ombré acrylic nail install and it was WAY better than I could have expected! Betty ended up doing my manicure and she took some creative liberty with it, which make the whole look PERFECT!!!! She added some glitter and some flower designs and all in all, this was the BEST manicure I’ve ever received in my life! Will definitely be back for the rest of my time here at Drum!

Young gives the BEST pedicures, hands down! He took his time, was thorough with each step and gave an AMAZING massage! I’ve never had a pedicure anywhere as well as his! The salon is also an overall great place. Very clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Everyone here is very talented!

I was visiting the area and decided to get a mani/pedi. I felt like the young guy was kind of rude. He cut me four times during my mani and then told me it was my fault bc I wasn’t relaxed. You would h to ink he offered a discount but he didn’t and then he rushed me to pay. It also took too long.

I have been to every nail salon in Watertown, this is by far the best one. Betty was amazing! She was so gentle and kind! The guy that did my pedicure was also amazing! Will definitely be going back!!!

I have been to Queen Nails twice (once for an acrylic full set and once for a fill). I have another appointment this afternoon. I have Betty every time and she is amazing!!! She is extremely nice and does a great job. She is always down to go by my photos I get from Pinterest and “nails it”

I was a walk in and they got me in after like 25 minutes! This was my first time ever getting my nails done and they made it a great experience. They were so nice and professional. Very clean. My nails look ✨amazing✨

Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. I got a pedicure and fill in. By far the best pedicure I have ever gotten. Attention to detail for both services was exceptional ! They definitely are a 5 star salon !

Although the employees were very nice, I’m so upset about the quality I received. I made an appointment for 4:30 for a pedi and nails, I didn’t leave the salon till 7:30 ish. My pedicure alone took 2 hours, for a basic spa package and after 2 hours I left with my toe nail polish looking awful. ( I wore old navy reg. Flip flops and sat atleast another 45-60 mins while getting my nails done. I have photos ) and not even 24 hours after getting my nails done one snapped in half. The employees were very kind but I wasted $80 and I will not be returning.

Long really killed it, i got the best manicure i’ve had out of a salon in NY and they also had the best price. he had incredible attention to detail and was super polite as well, even though i came fairly late.

I’ve been to every place in Watertown and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. The people are friendly, the place is clean and relaxing! A lot of places do not provide a relaxing environment but this place did. Amazing services for what you pay!

Betty was very detailed and her design is awesome. I deducted a star because I burnt my skin(my foot) from extreme hot water other than that, very pleasant experience.
