I have been to this salon twice. The first time, I got a beautiful manicure for my wedding. The second time I got a pedicure. Both visits were extremely pleasant. The staff are very kind, professional and clean. The service is high quality.

New salon, not good. wish it had been more experienced. gel polish chipping after 1 day.

Went to the new Andy (not to be confused with the original Andy, who was also very nice). He was amazing. He came from Rochester in March with his sweet family, and he was very particular about doing a great job. Also, he was very friendly and quite funny. Will def go back!

Stopped here while having a weekend away with friends. They were super clean, got us right in, professional, courteous. The three of us walked in and we hardly had to wait although they were busy. This was during the COVID outbreak... we were seriously satisfied!

Kathy, Andy, Thomas (Stephanie and Sonny too) are THE best!! The Spa feel is relaxing, and the entire staff is friendly and their work is the BEST in town. Period. Very acommodating and with all of the new health regulations, they are doing a great job trying to get everyone in. Appointment only at this point...but its worth the wait.

The staff always does a great job. I typically get a spa pedicure and it’s very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, the technicians know what they are doing, and it is very hygienic. After two visits some of the technicians even remembered me which was a nice surprise.

I went for pedicures with my best friend. We waited over 2 hours to get in and it was uncomfortably quiet the whole time we were there. We finally go into the pedicure chairs and I thought all was grand. I was half right. Although the ladies who did our pedicures were nice, the one who did my friend’s clipped her skin while cutting cuticles. I thought mine was good until I came home. My feet weren’t smooth, and hours after I came home my gel polish started to bubble. After spending near $50 for a pedicure I’d expect the polish to at least stick. Very disappointed. :(

Been here a few times never disappointed. I’ve reeked a bunch of different nail salons in the area and this is by far the best I’ve been to. I even went in with a bad fill and they were able to fix them and make them even and straight. Staff is friendly.

My niece and I went to Nails Lovida for a mani pedi yesterday and we had a wonderful experience! Nails Lovida never disappoints me they are always clean, talented, and friendly. And are handling COVID regulations very well and keeping everyone safe. My niece got a very stylish ombré acrylic set beautiful done by Jimmy and her pedi was really great which was done by sue who flawlessly pained her toes white. Then I had my mani and pedi with Thomas, my pedi was so nice! The massage was super relaxing and my toes look flawless! for my mani I did yellow acrylic French tips that were carefully done and I love them! We Left fabulous and happy for sure!!

I went to get a manipedi and I got my pedi done by Su, she was amazinggg. Got the calluses right of my feet and made sure I knew what color I wanted. For my manicure I got jimmy to do my ombré nails. An absolute perfectionist! Made sure everything was even and perfect. This place was amazing I really recommend this place!

Professional, friendly, and does excellent work! I got a full set, French Manicure and it’s flawless. I was referred by a friend who uses their services for herself and her daughter-they raved about how consistently awesome this spa is. They are also very popular within the military community (Ft. Drum). The spa is immaculate...as there was someone there nonstop cleaning/disinfecting everything. To say the least, I was very impressed. My nails turned out “beautiful” and the price was just right. I’m sure they are all great, but I got Kathy, whom was recommended to me. She was wonderful.

I got my nails done at a different salon and I did not like how they turned out. I went to nails lovida and they did a fill and actually cut off loose spots in my nail to make sure they lasted longer and they stayed in for about 3 weeks. I work in a nursing home and am always using my hands so it was nice. Gorgeous work and friendly.

I love this place. Their meticulous ways are perfect for my OCD self. They made me feel like they took pride in my satisfaction of their quality of beauty care and techniques. Theyre always worth the wait. You cant rush perfection, right? 😉

I am traveling this summer and having more than a bit of trouble finding someone to do my (clear, liquid gel) nails. Nails Lovida made an appointment for me at my convenience and then got me in and seated in a timely manner. Andy did a wonderful job on my gel fill and did it very quickly asking several times if I was ok with what he was doing. Everyone seemed very professional and friendly. The facility is clean and welcoming. SO glad I found them and I highly recommend them and especially Andy!

I dont normally make posts like this but I think they deserve the recognition. Ive been going to get my nails done for the last 5 years and Ive never been treated like this at any other nail salon! Ive been having a really tough time with my husband deploying, so I decided to get out and treat myself. I called the nail salon I usually go to an hour before they closed and they said they didnt have time for me. So I decided to go to LaVida because they were the only other nail salon open. I called and showed up 30 MINUTES before they closed (which I hate doing) and they were so understanding! Andy waited on me and he was absolutelywonderful! They were so pleasant, even though they had to stay later because I came in late. They made genuine conversation with me, took their time, and joked around with me the whole time. Not to mention..MY NAILS ARE BEAUTIFUL! 😍 Ive never been so pleased with a business before to make a post like this so I hope I can get the word about them! So happy to have found my new nail salon. Safe to say I wont be going back to my old salon ever again! I already cant wait to come back! Be kind to everyone! You never know what someones going through. And they made my whole day just by being nice to me. Its exactly what I needed. Thank you so much Nails LoVida!

My mom and i booked an appointment at Nails Lovida and were greated immediately. They were so professional and clean with the services. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Service was very wonderful, they did exactly what I wanted and it was pain and stress free. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Their prices are also very reasonable

I had my nails done by the lady who sits on the right side closest to the front of the nail salon. She was not very friendly. I tried to be sweet to her and make conversation but she was not interested. I tried to even ask her which colour she liked best and couldn’t be bothered to just try and be friendly. She only put two coats of polish on my nails which was for a light colour. My nail polish started to chip the next day and now I am less than 8 days in and my nails look horrible because the polish keeps chipping. I still tipped her even though I felt awkward and uncomfortable the entire time and really regret it now. I’ve never left a bad review for any business before and I hate to do it now but I feel sad that this was my experience. Watertown is 45 minutes away and I just wasted 30$ on a simple gel polish that is chipping away and it is not cost effective for me to drive back to ask if they will fix them. Looking at other reviews I am unsure if they would. It is unfortunate.

Got a fill in today to fix a crappy set I got at another salon and they did a fantastic job! My nail tech even made a suggestion for my accent nail that looked way better than what I had picked. The staff was nice and I was in and out within an hour.

Believe me when I tell you this is not a friendly place. So much so that is borderline uncomfortable. I took 3 kids and their mom for a girls day out. We had appointments which of course in a factory like this means nothing. When the mom was called the 9 and 7 year old, one on each side of her chair, eagerly awaited to watch in facination the manicure process. They were abruptly told by the male technician to go sit down up at the front. You can also believe me when I tell you these are really well behaved kids. When it was the 7 year olds turn the young girl that did her nails not only never said a word to her but didnt even look up at her. Having formerly been in this business myself I can attest that the work we received was very rushed and mediocre. Maybe its just a cultural thing but when youre in business friendliness goes a long way. We wont be using this place again.

Got my nails done here for prom last year and they turned out great.

I give them 5 stars because they have everything thats important from a nail salon. They are very sweet and friendly, they paid a lot of attention to detail, and take their time to make it right. She inspected my toes very closely and touched them up before finishing. They help each other when they can.

My first time there and loved it!! Very pleasant people and they are nothing like other places Ive been to that try to push other stuff on you! And they did amazing on my nails!! Have definalty found my only go to nail place 😄😄

I went here after having a horrible experience at the salon in the mall. I might have had to wait a while (they only had two people working) but it was well worth the wait. I love my nails! And they really took their time with it!

I basically paid $25 for someone to rub oil on my legs and clip and pain my nails. They are supposed to massage you and I asked for extra attention to my heals and he said Id have to pay $40 for that, but that is part of the service they are supposed to massage your feet and he said Id have to pay more for that as well. Im super dissappointed.

This is the BEST place for nails serviced! I have been a regular customer for many years and will continue for many more!

My family was vacationing in the area and decided to all get pedicures! We looked for the best ratings, and this is what came up! My entire family had the worst service any of us had ever received! And we come from 3 different states! The quality of service we received was terrible! My 8 yr Old niece could have polished our nails better!The pricing was unbelievably outrageous too, you certainly do not get what you pay for! I got a spa pedicure and also had 1 broken nail that needed repair! I had just gotten a fill done 5 days prior, but by the time he was done removing my polish with the dremel, I needed another fill because he had filed so much off! He had also cut my fore arm with the dremel while not paying attention and tried to turn my hand over to dremel underneath my nail... which #1, all you had to do was ask me and I would have flipped my hand around for him & #2, pay attention to where the tip of it is! I didnt realize until after we left that he DID BREAK THE SKIN! When it happened he just kept rubbing my arm saying Im sorry, Im so sorry!! I was so angry! I was charged $110 for the absolute WORST SERVICE I have ever received! Live & learn! Nails Lovida you are a ripoff & you suck!

Worst Nail salon ever. The Staff were extremely rude and barked orders at me. I was quoted one price and when I went to pay the price had double. The manager would not honor the price I was quoted. The male nail technician basically called me a liar. I will never, eve go back. Im extremely disappointed, I was looking for a place I could be a regular.
