Would leave a negative review if possible. so i made a manicure appointment for my mom and i at 12. i go in and say i’m here for my appointment for a manicure and i saw that regular was $15, gel was $35 WHICH IS CRAZY. It used to be $10 extra for gel, now $20?? wasteful. they continued to push for gel at the counter. i said no regular manicure, gel is too high of a price. they said gel manicure again, i said no REGULAR. they said ok pick a color- my mom and i walk over to the polish and not even A MINUTE after they approached us and asked if we were ready and we’re just so rude and pushy as if we were wasting their time. ended up walking out. very unprofessional.

If your coming here to get a pedicure you need to ask for Ellen she is absolutely awesome and will do anything on your toes that you want. She is extremely friendly And takes her time and she gives the best massages!! I highly recommend her she is my go to girl for my toes.

If I could give a negative score I would. I came in for a gel manicure, was given gel dip with gel polish. The woman doing my nails kept saying rude remarks about my nails the entire time. She dropped some of her tools on the floor, blew on them and continued to use them. My nails looked like there were bubbles. I paid $60 for something I didn’t want, after only wanting gel polish. After a week and a half of continuously trying to take them off I finally got most of the gel dip off. Hoping the rest comes off soon. DON’T GO HERE!

First time there and everything was a RUSH, very rough doing pedicure cut my side of my toe and manicure. They Spent no time perfecting shape. I hate to put everyone in the same category although I have a feeling this is how they all operate. They don’t seem to care to make customer happy because they just want to get you in and out. Never again. Service was bad.

I love 90s Nails the staff is very friendly and professional they offer a wide range of services, and they do nails beautifully they pay attention to details. And after just one visit I was just impressed... Thats my go to place now.

I have been going to Lisa who is extremely talented at what she does and a true professional not to mention...a complete doll! I am never, ever, disappointed when I get my nails done by her and I do not have to check her work. I just sit back and relax because I know she is always very careful not to cause any pain with the drill and is paying close attention to her work. The prices are more than reasonable. Ken is the owner and should be very proud of his staff and his salon. It is the best of the best! If you can, tip them well. They work very hard at what they do.

Clean salon. Service was good. Staff is polite. Gel pedicure chipped is several places within a few days. That is usually not the case at my usual go to....maybe a product quality issue?

Tech cut my cuticle- blood!! The male at the front desk was so into his phone he took his browsing out the the hall upon my informing him that I had been cut. I guess I was interrupting his screen time.

My experiences are always 100% satisfactory AND delightful. Tell the technicians if you are unhappy with the results and they will be eager to make you happy you. Dont be angry and snippy because you would not like it in return. I love the girls here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They are very clean they do your nails the exact way you want them they do your eyebrows perfect and there designs for your nails are over the chart they are so clean and sanitized I’ll keep going to them a million times, the staff are so friendly and there neat.

Receptionist girl was so cute but she doesnt work there often. Place is very clean and awesome, highly recommend for your nails and stuff

AVOID THIS SALON!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!THIS PLACE IS A JOKE and only exists because of its location. I highly doubt they have many return customers.This salon was dirty and unsanitary, cramped, and my technician was extremely rude. Not to mention, I was SKIPPED while I waited in line.I asked for an acrylic full-set upfront but was asked to go gel ONLY about 6 times. The technician rushed through my manicure, didnt shape my tips like Id asked and applied way too little acrylic to the nail tip. They started breaking two days later.This experience was a NIGHTMARE and I will never return to 90s Nails. You couldnt pay me to go there. I suggest you do the same and take your business elsewhere.

Ive been to every nail place in my area. I need to have designs and color and I was looking for someone who I can steadily go to. The first time I went to 90s nails I got my nail design exactly like the picture! I kept going back with more pictures and with the affordable price you cant beat it! Ive been going a year plus and I hope they are there forever because there is no one else Id go to.

Do not waste your money!! Nails dont even be lasting a week before they chip and break!! When I came in to get it fixed they want to say its my fault and tried charging me $10 to fix it!! Nooo i just spent $80 less than a week ago!! They use cheap products and do a sloppy job! If you want quality nails and people that get it right go to Stone Nail Bar!!

Manicures don’t last !! Especially gel. Which, they say they last longer but definitely do NOT !!! I will say, they pedicure wasn’t horrible .. but I do feel certain people rush through it. Your customers want to relax not be rushed. Like I said before, the gel manicure lasted me a week. They give you such a hard time to fix your nails, making you feel like it’s your fault. Your paying with your money, if it doesn’t last ... give the customer what they want! They don’t understand the concept of hospitality or “the customers always right” they are honestly just greedy for their money at the end of the day. This place just went downhill

It was very unprofessional and dirty. It was clear they reuse their tools and the over all place had seen better years. They would use a nail tool and then throw it in some dirty old bucket, so unsanitary. Not to mention the hot towel she used on me was disgusting and clearly very old with even stains on it. They were also very unprofessional. In the middle of doing my friend’s nails the lady gets a FaceTime from her son ringer on and very loud and she answers it right away and just starts talking with her son on FaceTime. She continues to try and prop her phone up and talk to her son well doing my friends nails. They also put nail art on my sisters toes without her asking for it. They also didn’t do the right color for my friend she picked out grey and got horribly painted green nails. All of this and the job was horrible none of them know how to paint nails, be professional, or provide a nice service for people with them getting infections from there unwashed tools.

Only giving 4 stars because I feel like my lady is never there but when she is I have the best mani pedi ever! I feel so refreshed after and surprisingly the times I have gone it’s not busy they get me right in. I’m not complaining lol

Ive been a loyal customer to them for a couple years now but now the way they treat their customers has gone down the drain. Many of women that have done my nails have given me tons of attitude and when I would make a complaint they would say Ill fix the mistake but you have to pay extra, I find that to be terrible where I have to pay extra for you to fix your mistake. I will not be returning here to get my nails done and I think nobody should until they fix their problem.

The first nail salon Ive ever been too. In a matter of days my gel separated for the tip or the gel popped off leaving the tip still in place. So confused this has never happened to me before. I will never just throw my money away felt like I threw 60$ in the trash.. DONT WASTE TIME OR MONEY!

Made an appointment was told there was a mistake and someone else would take me. So I waited an additional 15 mins. I showed the woman what I wanted and she flat out said no , that’s fine if you can’t do it I respect that but not sure that was the case. I asked if I could have a polish change on my toes she said someone else could do it and that’s fine, a few minutes later she asked if I could come back later becuase it was getting busy . Are you serious? No! I come to spend my money at your place and you say no. I’m confused but it’s ok I now know I will never go back to 90s nails at the brass mill center. I left with nail polish on my fingers, my toes on painted and my pockets $30 lighter for what.. very disappointed you are getting paid for a service and getting my nails done always makes me feel better today that was not the case.

Took my daughter there to get her nails done for her graduation the asked me what she wants & I said acrylic with gel nail polish i did mine las week & it was $35, so i want kaylees nails to be done the same way, & i told her 3 times acrylic nails & gell nail polish so i sat out side the stote when she was done i went pay for them & she said $55 & i asked why so high she said you wanted gel & i said no i did not i wanted acrylic nail with gel nail polish, so i told her i would not be coming anymore & F*ck off

This place is literally disgusting. I watched them do my sister and my pedicure clean the tools in the tub water and repackage them. They also suck at doing nails, if I ask you for long coffin shape nails it’s not that hard I would love to post a picture of my short, crooked, nails that have white polish all over the place. The only reason I went here today is because my nail lady was booked solid. I am disgusted, then she took the nail tool kit and shared everything she just used on me with the tech next to her and she used them on her client. Completely turned off and I will never go back it was the worst $ 100.00 spent.

Ive only ever gone to them for eyebrows but Ive NEVER been disappointed. My eyebrows always look PERFECT after I leave there and I get lots of compliments.

FILTHY salon, product caked on brushes, lamps caked with gel or acrylic, filthy looking gel polish bottles. My nails came out crooked from being haphazardly done. The only semi clean thing I was here was the sinks. Used files being used on people, my tech instructed me to place during acrylic in the UV lamp and my nails got HOT, and she used the e-file on my natural nail so now my nails are sore. Dont waste your money

I went for a nail repair and polish change. My nail cracked right in the middle of my nail bed and the nail tech tried to pry off what was left of the acrylic, causing me pain. She then painted over my old polish. When I said something, she said the previous color was light so it doesnt matter. I now have a paint job less than 24 hours old that is already chipping because the polish is so thick.

I will never go here again! Im sick and tired of being rushed thru my service im paying for. When a person pays for a pedicure you are supposed to soak your feet not for 2 minutes more like 10 these people are in such a hurry to get the next customer in its one two three and youre out. Then they put you in front of the dryer come over ask you for your payment you gave your payment they rush to the cashier leave your credit card with that person while they take care of someone else this is total b*******! I will never go back there again and for any other place that I ever do step into Im not paying for my service until Im ready to leave I dont want anyone in my face asking me do you want to pay now to do my eyebrow Im fed up these people are just money hungry and the place is filthy dirty !

I used to go here all the time. Have you seen the place recently? This place is filthy. The seats are dirty and falling apart. The nail stations, are a complete wreck. They also left my new set of nails chipped and lifted when they were done. This place used to be clean and looks like it hasnt been cleaned since the renovation over a decade ago. Its sad, they had a good thing going

Worst place ever got a pedicure and they did not do their job still had dead skin around the toe the back of my foot was still rough like really and they did not do anything . They still charged 25.00 which I feel I should have had to pay worst place to get ur feet down . I will not recommend anyone to come here . Worst worst I cant even express how upset 😡 I am . The manager did nothing . Do not come to this place . They do not know how to treat people or do their job .

Majority of the employees at this location are extremely unprofessional. I went for a pedicure and after requesting what I wanted a handful of employees started to laugh hysterically directly at me. I did not say anything funny so I found it disrespectful to be laughed at for no reason. It is incredibly rude to talk in your native lainguage about your customers and then laugh at them. This wasnt the first time I have experienced this, but this experince definitely takes the cake,

Ive been going to this place 10+ years and todays straw broke the camels back. I went there today to have my nails done and my girl wasnt there. I decided to go with the next best person I know and she was too busy for me. Even tho she told me to come at 4. They wanted some guy to do my nails and when I said absolutely not they started to give me an attitude and the guy said well if she doesnt want me than she can wait and shook his head. Well sir, if u could do nails straight and even.. and didnt rush me off last time and have a kid paint my nails and screw my nails up last time then maybe I would have given u a chance. This place is a joke. Its filthy now, it used to be clean. They dont wash or sterilize their equipment, they run it under hot water for 2 seconds and wave it dry and put it in a sterile bag to make u think youre getting freshly sterilized tools when in fact they just dug corns and fungus out of The lady b4 you toes.. The girls are b****es and flat out rude. I will no longer give this place my money. Lil tip.. if u wanna keep ur customers try being a lil nicer! Oh, and speak English, cuz I knew u guys were talking bad and so help u if I could u understand what yall were sayin. Needless to say, I turned around and left. Zero stars honestly i have been with them for since they opened i loved it then they changed badly started getting people out the door and not caring if the job was done right they just want your money i have just sat down nothing even done and they wanted me to pay for my nails like i just got here can you do your job and then ill pay you they even cut my fingers so many times and didnt put anything on it and continued like they didnt just cut me they have no good customer service they dont even give you what you want its their way or the highway it sucks now so if you thinking to go to this salon think again i have gotten eye rolls because they had to stop playing on their to do my nails and the nails only stay for 2 or 3 days

Horrible, never come here. The employees are extremely rude. I came in for acrylics, and every time I went there they always spoke to eachother in their language. I had my dad come with me one day because he spoke Korean, and this is what they saidOh here comes the little white princess to get her nails done I was extremely offended and I refused to ever go there again.

Looks like a 5 year old did my nails, sorry that’s not fair maybe I should of said someone with their eyes closed did them won’t be going there ever again 👎🏻

The person who fixes my feet ignored me, I asked him to cut my square nails and I cut them round, I dont clean my nails well and on top of that I paint them like crazy, really terrible service
