I have to first say how impressed I was with them reassuring me that they will take great care of my car. they were extremely nice and went above and beyond to accommodate me from the very beginning.Charlie then called me by the next morning to give me an update on my car. He explained everything in great detail regarding what he found was the problem with my car. He asked me permission if it was ok for him to go further and fix the issue. So he didnt just do all this work without calling me first. He not only explained the issue but asked me if I would give him permission to do the work. I said yes and Charlie not only went ahead and did fantastic job fixing my car but he continued to call me throughout the duration he had the car to give me updates.Charlie is an absolute magician as far as I am concerned. This auto repair facility is top notch. From the initial phone call through the final repair, the service was excellent. They drove me home after dropping off the car for service. I received a call about an hour later detailing the problem and a repair estimate. Two hours later the car was fixed and delivered to my residence. They even called back a couple of days later to make sure the repair was fixed and that I was completely satisfied. The repair was true to the estimate and very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend United Auto and they are now the only facility I trust to service my vehicle. Five stars across the board for United Auto!

United mechanics are thorough and knowledgeable. They are proactive in that they evaluate and advise on systems BEFORE there is a failure. Yesterday they recommended and carried out after informing me, replacement of my battery. Turns out is was six years old, and and low performing. I may have become stranded.

My husband has been taking our cars to be serviced for years to United Auto . Recently we found ourselves in need of a new car when we were told that fixing our car would be costly. Charlie helped us with getting us into a new reliable car within days , and spent a lot of time with us to make sure we felt comfortable with our purchase . I brought my car here as a last-ditch effort. It was old- a 2006 Jetta that had been run into the ground by mother and I. So, I am not upset with the actual diagnosis given to my car. I needed WAY too much work done, so we all decided it was best if I just scrapped it and bought a new one. What I am upset about is the attitude and disrespect that came with this final decision. I was called several times while they were working. I brought my car in at 10am and it was not seen until 2pm. They asked ME what was wrong with it... when I stated I wasnt sure, and that a mechanic I used to bring it to mentioned the sensors would randomly go off, the man on the other line openly laughed at me. Do you know how many sensors are in a car? That doesnt help me at all. I began to explain to him which ones normally fired off at random times, only to be interrupted literally once every 5-10 seconds as he listed off random sensors. He did not trust that I knew what I was talking about at all, yet asked me to diagnose my own car. I received another call at 4:30pm, only for them to say they still had not gone through with any work on my car, as it was unethical since it was such a nightmare and a mess (their words). As I mentioned before, my car wasnt the best, but I just felt that my voice was not heard by this man. Being a woman, its really hard to find a good mechanic who is willing to respect and listen to me, so Im really upset that they didnt live up to the standard of hearing me out. In the end, they charged me $120, despite not doing any work, since they had to take it apart two or three times, to which I wondered... why did they take it apart and put it back together on three separate occasions? When everything was said and done, the man who worked on my car suggested I just buy a new one... and then tried to get me to buy one there, despite the unpleasant experience I had just gone through.

Excellent care & service! Had to get an entire new clutch on my car - took 4 days, but this team is personable and informative and kept me updated the whole way through. The mechanic, Lou, showed me what they repaired and explained the clutch failure to me and also showed me the new parts under the hood. I spent a lot of money but they made it worth it because of how they treated me.Thank you, United!

Clearly United Auto Sales was one of the places I called for an inspection. They were booked out a week so I knew they were good. They gave me a recommendation of another place to call which was also booked out the same length of time. So I called them back and they squeezed me in a week later and I am glad they did. They found what the dealer did not even know about, so I am told, and they found the things that were not pictured. I passed on the vehicle due to the information and I am glad that I did.
