Cassidy was so helpful this morning; helped me get my account updated in so many important ways. Saved me DAYS of frustration. Somebody higher up the Alaska Waste food-chain should know Cassidy is definitely a KEEPER!

I decided to use Alaska Waste for garbage pickup when I moved into my house in 2020. The customer service is polite and efficient, and the rates are competitive. I have no complaints one year later.

They are on time every time. I have not had a single issue. I used them when I lived in Anchorage and still using them after moving to the Valley.

I spoke with a Kassidy in the office numerous times today. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. She didnt even get frustrated with me when I had to call her back a few times. She got my issues fixed quickly and thoroughly. Would highly recommend.

They have the best looking staff working in the office. The drivers probably a 5 out of 10 at best as far as looks. Customer service is top notch and that’s why I will continue to be a customer of theirs for as long as I live in Alaska.I was a customer of Denali but after having them for six months it just didn’t work out they had a lot of opinions… But Alaska waste is the best and they take care of me immediately they know me by name! thank you Marcella for your help!

I ordered a trash cart more than 2 weeks ago, they promised to drop it off 5 days ago, they did not. I called them and the promised to deliver it in the same day, and guess what? they did not.

Such wonderful customer service! I’ve forgotten to put out our tipster a few times now, called and they offered to come back by every time. So helpful and nice about it!

I have had them for years. We had the best driver know to man. Well, he retired and we got the total opposite. This dude has 1 job and that is to lift the dumpster with his truck, empty it and set it back down. He has tilted it and a mirror shattered which he just left not saying anything or making any effort to pick any of it up, EVERY time he dumps out dumpster he pulls it out further and further into our driveway and we even built a pad so it would be out of the way. He has set it on a snow mound so it was leaning backwards. 🤦‍♀️ this dude just SUCKS at his job! I have called and talk to his boss more than once. I will be calling again Monday in hope of getting on a different route to have someone that can actually do there job properly! Alaska waste why hire incompetent people 🤷‍♀️

A Shout Out to the driver who got out of his truck and got the loose stuff that blew sideways in the wind while dumping the Wasilla IHOP dumpster this morning.

Service is consistent and reliable. Drivers and office personnel are friendly and professional.

Service was fine. Their prices arent as good as another company in the area, though.

Just found out these guys are only $4 more and will actually pick up my trash
