I really like these guys and I have always been happy with the service. They have excellent equipment (plow envy) and although Im not on the auto-response list, theyve always responded the same day as the request. They even come when you least expect them - like 11pm when I had to get up to move vehicles for a complete snow clearing. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars.

I emailed saying I need a plow at 9 in the morning and never got an email or call back so I had someone else do it. They emailed me back at 6 at night 9 hours after I emailed them and said I owed them 35 for showing up. They never called me or emailed me til 9 hours after emailing them. Now theyre sending me an email saying I owe them 50 dollars cause of late fees. This is absolutely ridiculous and maybe they do a good job plowing but this is very unprofessional. How many people think I owe them the money for showing up even though it took them 9 hours to get back to me? They had my phone number as well.it takes 1 minute for a courtesy call.

Im giving the company a 2 overall because of the lack of professional integrity.While plowing the driveway the driver hit my deck and broke my bottom 2 steps.I told him accidents happened and that I will do the repair myself. I thought i would have got a discount for the time it would take for me to repair the stairs material/wood and matching paint. I even sent an email to the company and never got a response.I would have more then likely used this company time and time again but due to the fact that they sent me a full invoice of $150 and never responded back to my inquiry about a discount for wrecking into my deck and damaging it I will not be using them again. They do not care about customer relations, or repeat customers.

These guys are awesome. First time in my yard and they did it almost as good as me. Prices can’t be beat , service was outstanding. The driver wasn’t sure about something and he had the courtesy of calling instead of winging it. I am so impressed !!

My husband and I were moving to our new house and could not get the uhaul (26ft packed) up our 75 foot sloped driveway; there was just enough ice. So we resigned to hauling our boxes and furniture up the whole thing to the house, but on top of that the next day it snowed and made it much more dangerous to do so.We called Clay and he came out immediately and sanded our whole driveway at an amazing price, and stayed to make sure we got up okay! He is an absolute lifesaver and we will reccommend him to everyone! Thank you so much again!

Fast and friendly service! The owner himself was willing to come out late at night to plow my driveway so my little 4 cylinder car could make it out of my garage. Their work was excellent and their website made it easy to request service. I love that no one has to be home to receive service. They also have multiple ways of paying for their service (I received my bill via email, which I was able to pay the morning after they plowed). Their prices can’t be beat! All in all I would definitely recommend Wasilla Snowplowing and will be using them again.

At first they were on the job. It snowed right after they plowed and did t come to plow. Waited a day. Called twice. No response. Terrible communication system.

Great Job fast Servive. However i didnt know the sanding was extra. If i would have known it was the same price as plowing i would have only choose plowing. Maybe show how much it is for sanding as i couldnt find itthx
