The collection process was great, the staff was courteous and friendly. Getting the results back however has been a joke. I was told 3 to 5 days for the results to come back and I would be emailed with them. Over a wee has passed still no results have called several times IF I have been able to speak with someone I get told they will call me back in about 20 minutes. I’ve NEVER received a call back. Have left 4 voicemails with my information never a call back. Went in person to find out just what is going on and I was told there was an issue with them being able to log in and she would call me in 15 to 20 minutes and still no call back and no answer when I try to call them. They got their money promptly for payment for services rendered yet they can’t get me the results in Anything close to a timely fashion. Very disappointed.
