Lowe’s has been my go to hardware store for years. The prices are decent and there’s a good selection. The store is better organized than I’ve found Home Depot to be, and generally staff are more helpful and knowledgeable.They’ve been decent with curbside orders, but lost a star because they are incredibly difficult to deal with if you have to call about an order or just general question. The automated phone system sucks, and combined with the phone-tag game trying to reach a department makes it easier to spend 20 minutes driving there to track someone down in person.

Old fashioned fuses that are $3 at Fred Meyers are $10 at Lowes. Not the cheapest in town but generally they have two items of anything you need on the shelf I can get the additional duplicate items within weeks of your request. I need 2-in pipe clamps and this year they had really good ones. The ones I got last year which was the only choice were really underperformers. Popular items have already been sold out, but I was able to find one of exactly what I wanted. Now its sold out. Few masks worn as the hospitals are overflowing. I was so surprised how easy it is to break the steel pipe with my bare hands, or the wind. Whats not to love.

I have always Loved Lowes! As a teacher (now retired), I benefitted greatly from their Educators Toolbox grant program, so I have great loyalty to Lowes stores everywhere. They also offer a veterans discount, although, sadly, this offer is not extended to State Defense Forces, which are often the first boots-on-the-ground force after a state disaster. The store is well-organized, very clean, and all of the employees are well-trained, courteous, and very helpful. Lowes is an extensive general hardware store which also has a great variety of home necessities such as a wide assortment of cleaning agents. Sometimes I stop there just to look around, walk through the store, and smell the lumber!

Thank you Lowe’s for allowing us to bring the puppy by for service dog training. Lowe’s locations across the country welcome puppies looking for places to visit for educational outings. It was also great to soak in some rays in the Garden Center, -15 outside but all tropics inside! Speaking of cold, the forecast has us getting snow tomorrow and going even lower next week Alaska. Lowe’s has competitive prices on snowblowers and heaters and helpful staff if you need assistance making a choice.

HAVE YOU INSPECTED YOUR MASK TODAY?I’ve always felt home here at Lowe’s. As many places as I’ve visited, and people I’ve met, most if not all the workers here are kind and helpful. The flowers are beautiful, the lumber is strong, the tools are by far the best to choose from, with the exception of overpriced brand names like Dewalt that smaller brands like Milwaukee can handle far better than the latter. For anyone that’s unfamiliar with tools, the best YouTube channel that puts them to the test is called “Project Farm”. This particular YouTuber pushes t he tools to their limit for people like you and I that may or may not know anything about tools. Best of all, he’s a fellow American.

Worst credit card services EVER. Just use Home Depot as there credit card services are great. Lowes doesnt even answer ANY of there phone calls on ANY line when calling store, just for giggles I called and left my phone on counter to see how long it would take for somebody to answer the call, it rang for over 30minutes before I hung up.

They need a better bolt selection, but they do have a Military discount, and I appreciate their Military support !

This place had great workers who didnt walk the other way when seeing you!

I really like this place. Staff is always ready to help. I hit both box stores but overall i prefer this one. Most of the time they have what you need in stock.

We showed up at the last minute to get a generator. The generator was on the top shelf and a lady came to our assistance but the piece of equipment she had wasnt working. She checked everywhere for another piece of equipment and couldnt find one. We were finally able to get the generator down (not saying how, bc we dont want anyone getting in trouble) and checked out just as the store was closing up. Then a gentleman helped carr the thing all the way out to the vehicle and helped load it up. Very nice people in Wasilla, Alaska!

Laziest lowes employees I have ever come across. Loading 50 large pieces of lumber... BY MYSELF. The dozen 6 or 7 employees that walk by dont acknowledge me, or even offer to help. What a bunch of a$$holes.

The worst costumer service Ive ever experienced. Dont bother calling, they ship you around from department to department and cant answer simple questions about what they have on there shelves. Wish I could have picked a negative star.

Ordered boards and brackes for shelves. Website showed everything in stock for curb side pickup. Order was canceled. Reason given, out of stock. Went to their store the next day and everything was on the shelf, at a higher price. They canceled my order so they could charge a higher price. Not at all happy with Lowes.

I can get lost in any hardware store for hours. So I have to try only going when my wife come along 😅 other then that its a pretty nice store overall. Also, it come with some almost always friendly staff. But everyone has their days right?

Laura in cabinetry was awesome to work with. We had an exact plan of what we wanted and just needed to choose between two woods. She spent extra time with us and made sure that the kitchen I wanted was the one I got.

There really isnt much you can say about a box store that would help someone choose or not choose to go there. The only reason I made my purchase there was because I had a gift card. When I went through the self check out, I thought I looked pretty good. Then I rung up my purchase at the machines that dont have cashiers.My gift card errored out.Twice.The attendant came over and used the expert method of rubbing the card on his jeans and then putting it in the reader.Nope.The thing that pleased me as a customer was that the attendant remained undeterred and even brought the purchase over to another machine, and when that didnt work, he entered the serial number manually and then used some magic Manger override when that didnt work.I bought batteries. He put in a lot of effort for that puny purchase.

Lowes customer service sure has gone down hill. Many in there working dont want to be there and when you call on the phone for help it is even more disappointing. Everyones in a huge rush and they just push you through with no information, and thats after being bounced around on the phone.

Great prices if you look for them. Everything you need for your house and lawn. Most seasonal items can be out of stock.

Its lowes what more can you say. Most people use the u scan so no issue with service. The lady watching over the u scan was cleaning the stations between customers.

Always has what we need and plants are better than most the other box stores.

In the usual fashion, male employees (like most men) dont listen to female customers. If youre not up to playing the helpless female game, find another woman to help you.

Couldn’t find ANY associates to assist me in the paint department- I ended up having to figure things out on my own. I also had difficulty reaching an associate from the paint department when I called on the phone earlier that day. They may need to hire a few more PAINT DEPT ASSOCIATES soon!

No cashiers , long lines , very little help with questions.

This visit was quick, just looking for a shovel, they were at 25% discount! Also they were centrally located so as to make it a quick visit.

Was very angry about a purchase, Peter ( assistant store manager) made everything right. Personally handled the matter and resolved it better than I expected. Lowes has great customer service especially when something goes wrong with an item.

Lowe’s is my second home, not quite as cozy and not as relaxing as home but when home #1 ain’t got what I need, Lowe’s generally does! There are a few staff member there that really stand out in their assist ability, always willing to help and most of the employees do but only a handful really go the extra mile! Thanks Lowe’s!

Great home improvement store! With a side of home decor,gift cards and snacks .Holiday and seasonal decor sold there too.Very good costumer service, associates always friendly and helpful.

There’s isn’t a lot of choices when it comes to your home improvement needs but Lowe’s is a good option. There is △⃒⃘lways someone knowledgeable and around to help your and honestly, the bathrooms are located at the front middle of the store so that’s a huge plus for me!

Needed many different items to Frankenstein my project. The gents in hardware picked up on my concept and within minutes had amassed all the parts I needed, and upon final assembly, they fit perfectly. Job well done guys!

The store was well laid out clean and tidy and the inventory was robust. Obviously if you need building supplies or your everyday Hardware needs you can come here and get anything from a gallon of paint to gallon of soap. Thanks again Lowes for the great experience. We will see you guys again.

I was disappointed yesterday when shopping for a washing machine. The appliance assistant, Chris, was reluctant to do his job. He told us he didnt want to check every machine with no agitator to see which one they might have in stock! There were only 5 of them. When I asked him what he had to do that was more important than helping a customer, he said he didnt understand my question. So thank you very much, but Home Depot got my business. I found the washer that I needed.

This store has excellent associates. Products well in stock considering how many manufacturers are affected.

Countless times I have been let down by this store... There inventory is never updated and this confuses customers. If your app or website inventory does not reflect your actual on-hand inventory, then do inventories more often.

We ordered a AC. The delivery day was missed. Customer service hung up on us while we where trying to find out what happened to the product that we purchased. Trying to figure out where it was and what was happening to it was a very poor experience. I do not recommend using this store.

Cheaper than home depot

Bought a lawnmower. Found out a better model was cheaper over the weekend. I already built the one I wanted to exchange and they were super happy to take it back. Lowes has always been good to us. We received excellent service and a good deal when we bought our fridge and washer/dryer. Forget Home Depot.

I talked at length with the paint department and was given a product to remove paint from my wood moulding and door trim . I was told the product wouldn’t damage my finish on my moulding. Unfortunately, that was not the case. 3 people working together to get this house done and ready for realitor and now we have a huge problem. The color has been removed from the wood moulding and in most spots the paint is still there. Assistant store manager says nothing they can do. I will have to spend more money to fix it. He wouldn’t let me make appointments to talk to store manager. Not happy.

Edward in flooring is a great sales associate! Thankful for him in a stressful situation.

What a great experience we had with the delivery of our new refrigerator. Denise was so nice setting up our appointment to have it delivered and went out of her way to get it to us at the earliest date. Then the two delivery men were awesome and so quickly and happily put in the old and took away the old. Thank you Lowes!!!!!
