Had my first ever massage with Lisa and I’m hooked! I’ve seen her twice now and schedule monthly. Very sweet and down to earth- I’m a hairdresser and my shoulders/back get so tense- but it’s so so much better after seeing her each time! It’s been a game changer for my career for sure. I’d recommend her to anyone!

While in town, I wanted to treat myself and booked a facial with Morgan. It was wonderful!! Just the right pressure applied, so relaxing!! Morgan explained product usage that would be beneficial for my skin. She was very professional and friendly. I can’t wait to come back on my next visit and try a peel with Morgan.

Lisa gave me the best massage ever. Thewhole team is very polite And welcoming. I have had plenty of massages before But never won this good.

I had an experience like I have never had before when getting my eyebrows waxed!! The atmosphere was quiet, clean and so calm!! One of the best places to go! The atmosphere is relaxing, very clean, and the front desk is always smiling.I love the deals they offer and the option to get memberships for different services. I see Catrina and she is amazing. I usually leave feeling super beautiful! Whether its a lash lift/tint, lash extensions, waxings, or a peel. I feel refreshed and always excited for the next appointment! I definitely recommend this spa to anyone looking for the perfect spot for a self care day.

I received a mid-depth peel from Maclaren and I was so pleased with my service! She was able to give me a personalized treatment and was so kind. She told me each step as she went and was very descriptive.I also got a set of hybrid lash extensions done by Catrina. She is such an amazing lash artist! She is able to give me the perfect look I ask for and is so much fun to be around.

I love Revive! I just started getting my lashes done a couple months ago and am so happy with them. I have seen 2 artists so far (because my schedule is crazy and I have to switch providers occasionally) and they both have been so kind and professional and do amazing quality work. So I just got my brows done at Revive in Wasilla, not the first time. But today a young lady, Maclaren, did them. She is AMAZING. Im pretty picky but she is one of those who goes above and beyond. Not to mention, her customer service skills are off the charts. Super friendly, and she listened to all my requests with a huge smile on her face. Revive itself is an amazing place to go regardless, beautiful shops (they have a palmer location too) and the all the employees are worth great reviews. But today I just wanted to give a shout out to this amazing lady. Thank you Maclaren and Revive!If you havent checked them out yet, do it. Worth every penny, but their prices are great anyways.

Update: I’ve been seeing Maclaren monthly since myFirst facial six months ago. She set me up with a great home care routine, and I’ve seen so many great changes in my skin. I love coming in and hanging out with her for my hour because she’s so fun. I am sooo happy with how my skin is looking and feeling! Also... her face/neck /shoulder massages are THE BEST!!!!had an excellent facial with Maclaren. So relaxing and really enjoyed. clean, beautiful spa!

My lash check was not too welcoming and had no warmth about her. Not gentle at all when taking off the tape from the work area. Pointed out to the wall mirror to the right of me to see if everything was okay with my lashes...true amateur with her customer service skills. Girls can be heard gossiping in the next room, too. Hopefully its not about any of their clients.

I received an ultra peel a week ago to help my aging skin. A week later my skin is amazing!It is smooth, fine lines are less and it is clear, age spots are diminished. I can wait for my next one. Terrible, their lashes they charge 250 bucks for look like super fake childs play set lashes. Their lash tech didnt even know what normal lash terminology was when trying to explain what was wanted. When an attempt was made to have them make it right, they refused to refund any money, nor offer a free or discounted fix. Do not use this place if you want natural and nice looking lashes. Worst ever. Stay away unless you want to pay 250 bucks for fake looking lashes that almost look plastic.

Carlin is amazing at waxing!!! Yesterday, I had a bikini, leg and arm wax with Carlin at Revive. She was so fast and thorough which made the experience almost painless. She was also very friendly and professional and put me at ease for my first bikini wax. I will definitely be back! It is affordable and convenient with their waxing memberships!

I paid $275 for volume lashes when I was quoted on the phone $225. I guess i was supposed to then go to the web page to see that somewhere it states they can change the price.. My bad...The technician for my lashes seemed nice but no communication other than get up on the table and instruction to open or close my eyes. I have been getting lashes for well over 3 years and this is the most I have ever paid (I travel so I find places at my stops unless Im at my home town) and the SHORTEST lashes I have ever received! Hideous! They were supposed to be volume lashes thus the price. They dont even reach the crease of my eyelid!! When I questioned it, they said its because they match my natural eyelashes. Ummm...didnt I just pay for EXTENTIONS??? Then they proceeded to say that my master technician decided I needed the shorter ones to give my lashes a break?! I didnt pay you for that. If you dont want to do EXTENTIONS, talk to me and let me decide if I want to pay you?! Then the girls proceeded to make jokes behind the counter...Not professional at all. I asked to speak to a manager and there was not one available. Hopefully tomorrow I will get resolution... until then, be careful and have it spelled out what they will do. I wish I could post a picture of them. So very upset 😡 😞Update: spoke to someone that says they were the front manager. Offered nothing but excuses and a refund of the $50 overcharge. They offered nothing to fix my lashes and had the nerve to want me to come in again and PAY again!? 🤣🤣 Whats the saying? Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me! Yeah... NO THANKS! BUYER BEWARE!!

Best place ever! I love the girls here. They treat everyone so great and with so much respect. Theres one I particularly have taken a liking to though. Her names Krystlyn and I swear one day Ill have the courage to ask her out lol

First, Revive has superior customer service. I appreciated attentiveness and knowledge I received when first booking continuing through the appointment and the follow up after. I am 38 years old with combination oily skin. My skin has changed in the past few years. Fine lines and discoloration are coming on strong! I’m blessed to have no adult acne issues, although my face is sensitive to excess moisture. With all of this in mind, I chose the tighten and brighten facial with Alison. I am so happy I did! I loved how she progressed throughout the service explaining each step beforehand and the benefits. It was so relaxing and peaceful, the product is top notch rich and fragrance free. I could immediately feel the smoothness of my face and see the radiance and glow. I had researched the product lines and with Alison’s help decided to purchase the Le Mieux serums vitamin c & hyaluronic acid, eye and lip cream, and essence moisturizer. The day after my facial, my makeup went on like a dream. No primer needed here. I recommend the tighten and brighten facial to anyone 30 plus, especially if you want youthful bouncy skin. Enjoy!!

Jennifer is an AMAZING massage therapist! I mainly get massages to help with stressed and painful muscles more so than just for relaxation purposes. Jennifer really listens to what your trouble areas are and she goes straight to the core of what’s causing the discomfort. I’ve walked away with instant relief on numerous occasions and have had better mobility after her massages.

I go see Jennifer for Sports Massage every 2 weeks. It has helped tremendously for an injury I’ve had, increased flexibility and aided in lifting performance. I would highly recommend her to everyone, especially athletes!

I had a wax done at revive for the first time yesterday it was a good experience I’ll be back for sure

I don’t recommend for eyebrow waxing; Paid $20 for my eyebrows to look uneven and as if the top part of my eyebrows weren’t even touched UNHAPPY asked to get them retouched but was scared she would just mess them up even more and decided to leave.

Holly is amazing!! Love the high quality spa treatment!

No complaints here, and that says something because I get waxed. Lol
