Would 100% recommend.Bre is always really great to work with. She is a kind and caring individual and the company she runs is top notch. There is no judgment only the drive and need to help. (when it comes to the house of a mother of two going through depression and other medical issues, the lack of judgment is so meaningful). Her girls are so polite and on time EVERY time. They are very thorough and extremely considerate of what I had asked for. They don’t drag their feet and are sure to be quick but attentive to every detail. It really is a great company!

The only reason I am leaving a review is because I have been emailed 5 times requesting one. Overall the service from cleanings a breeze was underwhelming and not worth the cost. Bri did our walk through and quoted us for about 1.5 hours of cleaning 2x a month. We never discussed how to provide payment at that time, and I had assumed she would invoice us after the first cleaning. I got an immediate phone call after the initial clean stating we needed to leave a cash or check at the time of service, when I apologized and said she had never been clear on payment she became defensive and said she always tells clients payment is due at the time of service. I again, apologized and sent a check that day with a large tip. Subsequent cleanings were less thorough each time and different cleaners were there each week, despite Bri stating it was the same ones. We have outdoor security cameras and can confirm it was different cleaners on several occasions. We requested the guest room floors be mopped on one occasion and since it was not part of the original quote they would not do this. Our household consists of two adults and one dog, we hired cleaners to help us out a couple of times a month, so it’s unfortunate there was no flexibility with services, even though we obviously would pay for any additional time. All this to say we tried to give them all the benefit of the doubt for several months, when Bri decided she would be requiring we put a “credit card on file” and pay up front each month we decided to part ways. We have since found more affordable and reliable cleaners.
