Loved this spot! Its a gem for sure and the owner is sweet as can be! Highly recommend.

Giving this place a two for customer service. I really loved the idea and had a good time overall. However, our hot tub did not work the entire time. The temperature worked, but the blowers did not. We let them know and the lady told us to “give them a little while” to start working because it’s “finicky.” Why are you booking rooms with equipment you know does not work? They never came on the whole two hours. To make up for it she gave us a coupon for another visit... she already knew I had the Norhtern Lights coupon book with a half off coupon and she even made sure to tell me that I cannot use the coupon she gave me at the same time as the other? We live an hour from Wasilla and move to VA in two months (military) so the coupon we received doesn’t hold much value to us. Hopefully they get it fixed. Just in case though I recommend if you go to ask for a room besides the one by itself on the left. Or ask if they ever got the blowers repaired since it seems like a problem they have been aware of.I feel as though she should have applied the coupon she gave us to our current stay in the form of a partial refund. This place was nice, but we didn’t get what we paid for. Had that been done, I would have rated this place a 5.

Our first time here. The hot tub was huge! The sauna was a nice touch. There was some “grit” in the tub, but I am sure it was tracked in. The owner lady is a great gal!! She is totally real! We will be returning this winter!

I believe there should be an option for negative stars. This place is very dirty. The old creepy lady receptionist is very rude. She is more concerned with arguing with customers because she has to be right than to to take care of her customers. I would recommend any other tanning service before this one

I love this salon! So clean and cozy!! Not knowing much about Wasilla since I just moved here from Seattle, Mary (the owner) made me feel so welcome and at home. She is extremely knowledgeable and also teaches classes. I highly recommend The Tub House & Tanning!

Perfect oasis in the valley to sit in warmth and seclusion. Clean and peaceful.

My husband brought me there 4 my bday & I really loved evrythn about bein there! The owner is super nice & she loves frogs!

It was nice, but the only down side was we found a hair ball in the hot tube.

I was referred to this place by a friend so I went in with a good opinion of the facility. Unfortunately, while I was speaking with the front desk gal, the owner said hello and asked to see my indoor tanning lotion that I had purchased from a tanning salon I had previously worked out in another town.I am educated with tanning and I know what lotions do and do not work for my skin. The owner took one glance at my bottle and proceeded to tell me how “sh*tty” (she really said that) it was. I was not impressed with that encounter and decided to think it over the rest of the night. I was thrown off by the lack of knowledge from the front desk workers with the beds and how unprofessional the owner was right off the bat. I thought it was over and decided that maybe it was an “off day” and that her intentions were good and not to completely rude.Like I said prior, I know my skin and am very knowledgeable with tanning beds. I knew I could start higher than half the time in the bed based on my skin and the type of bed it was. So I purchased the unlimited and the staff insisted I start half the time at most. This irritated me even more. I understood their intentions if I wasn’t an experienced tanner, but I am. I realized I’d be wasting time, and a session starting off that low. We finally came to an agreement on time and, just as I predicted, it was much too low. I didn’t even get warm in the bed.The next day I asked to bump it up a few minutes. I was then informed that they only go up by one minute and no more per session. I asked wherein the policy’s I signed or information I was given that stated that. The front desk gal didn’t have an answer. She was nice enough to allow two minute increase, which was nice of her, but I still thought it was bogus. A week went by and I noticed the facial lamps were out in the bed, so I informed the front desk in case she didn’t know. She confirmed she had already known. I expected the lamp to be fixed (or at least offered another bed) but the lamps were never fixed, even as my month was ending.I proceeded going there from the end of December through January. I had called multiple days/times to make an appointment for a specific bed I perferred, and when I got there, they had given the bed away. I was not late, and I called ahead of time on purpose so I wouldn’t be wasting my time waiting (hence why people make appointments). The end of my month was nearing so I called to asked when my last day was. I was informed it was that same day, so I asked if they had bed number 4 open. The front desk gal confirmed it was, and set me down for my time and told me to have my card ready for when I got there. I arrived no later than five minutes after calling for my appointment, and the gal had just put someone in the bed that I called for!! This was the last straw.I am not a complainer. I totally get that accidents/mistakes happen, but the entire time I had gone to this facility it was nothing but a pain in the neck and I will not ever go there again nor refer anyone there.

They have awesome service! Their hot tub rooms are clean and spacious, supplied with everything that you need! The rooms include a bathroom, shower, sauna and of course your hot tub! Oh, and a tv too.

We have been going to the Tubhouse for years and always love it. Mary and her staff are wonderful and polite. I would recommend to all my family and friends for a nice relaxing event.

Need that extra light in Winter? Starter tan for vacation? Or just to relax in a great atmosphere, this is the place to try. Great hours of operation. Always a friendly greeting.

Allways clean. The staff are friendly and do not get huffy if you are a minute late to leave!The hot soak is a game changer in winter.
