I wont use them again. Great front staff, very nice lady. As for other staff...... my vihicle came back to me with a broken fender and in a polite way they called me a lier. The issue i came in with was fixed, but i came out with a broken part that will cost more to fix then the original issue i saw them for.

Acme Auto Glass was able to schedule me an appointment, contact and bill my insurance company and replace my windshield in under 24 hours. I am very impressed by their customer service and speedy work. Thanks again guys.

Had the windshield on my 2016 F250 replaced today. They did a good job. Fast service. They billed my insurance directly after I opened the claim. No problems.

Have used them for the past 4 years, very reasonable, consistent rates. Extended family also go here, they do it right the first time. No BS, offer a drop off service, so you can drop it the night before and pick it up after work or school the next day.

Great service, on or off phone and best prices in the Valley.

If you drive in the winter here, then you need to replace your windshield each year... I have used Acme for the past two years and I am very happy with their service. I will continue to use them in the future.

We definitely not recommend this company for windshield replacement! They didnt do a good job with ours, we have to go back and ask them to fix the windshield wiper because it wasnt working after they replaced the windshield then our car came back with dent by the hood and broken cable for our hood opener!

Ridiculously overpriced. Went to get a quote for a couple chips in my windshield and avoid fell over! About $150, no way.. I ended up buying a do it yourself kit for about $12 and you can’t even tell where the damage was. They clearly take advantage of Alaska being so notorious for having windshield damage.

Great and friendly service. I didnt even have to pay a deductible! Need a windshield? Call them!
