I went in to have two zippers replaced. she did one half of a zipper and charged me 35 dollars for that. I ended up taking the jackets to goodwill after all that. Because what good is a jacket if you cannot zip it up. I was a little disappointed with my experience.

We dropped off our item to have a zipper fixed, SIX MONTHES later and multiple phone calls (including being told she, Mila, had to go get our item out of her storage unit) I had had enough. I went to go get my item having been told the day before it would be done, and it is still not fixed or was the zipper replaced. while Mila and her staff were always nice, and her shop is full of beautiful gowams, I would not recommend her fixing anything that needs a new zipper. I will find another tailor who will fix my item, and I will never use milas again.
