Routine oils change and Lithia Chevrolet wouldnt return our calls. Service here has been great, kids have waters and cookies while we wait and the coffee is fresh for us. The only complaint the kids have is that with COVID, there is no longer the kids play area. Ready for that bit of normal to return to life.

Brought my vehicle in to have two items repaired (4 wheel drive and rear wiper don’t turn off as soon as I turn ‘em off) and to check on three items (“check engine” light is on, check fluid levels, and make sure my differential is cleared from debris because I accidentally ran into something that had gotten stuck up in it). They told me they would fix and check out all they could in three hours and the charge would be $580. I agreed to it. They had my jeep for nine days (even though I had a scheduled appointment) and they didn’t fix anything, but still charged me the full $580+taxes. They told me I need a new engine which would cost $8,300 which is more than the vehicle is worth. My Jeep’s engine has always run great with no hiccups. I told them I don’t want a new engine. I asked why they didn’t fix the items I brought in to fix and they just said because they used the full three hours on determining why the check engine light was on. I talked to my out-of-town mechanic friend who proceeded to call them shady crooks. I asked the service writer to work with me because I was under the impression they were going to fix the items I had asked them to fix within the estimated three hours. He refused, so I ended up spending a lot of money, time, and frustration to go from thinking my jeep is “ol’ reliable” to fearing it could die on me any day (even though there’s absolutely no indication of that while driving it) and I still have a couple of small items needing to be fixed. As a side note, the reason I brought my vehicle in was because my husband (who does my vehicle maintenance and repairs) is in the hospital for a liver transplant, so this was an additional stressor which I certainly didn’t appreciate.UPDATE: And they left me with NO oil!!!!!I’ve only driven my jeep 6 short drives since picking it up from Lithia and this morning as I rushed to bring my kids to school, my oil light came on. I checked my oil and there is absolutely NOTHING on the dipstick! With my husband still in the hospital in Seattle, I had to call a friend to bring me oil. Needless to say, I AM SO MAD right now!

Parts person knew exactly what I wanted after describing it. Looked it up. Discontinued part. After I suggested a dealership search, he found the harness and switch at a dealership in Wisconsin, and did a stock order for them before I paid. He also took some money off the overall price due to the age of our Jeep and the cost of the parts (over $500!). Overall, Im happy with the service provided.

Took a vehicle in for a pre purchase inspection. They missed quite a few things that were wrong with the vehicle. Waste of $300
