The gave us a reasonable price to remove a very large Tree of Heaven Tree and 2 smaller ones. They did the work the same day as the quote! They are professional, courteous and cleaned up when they were done! We are pleased an would recommend them!

I have a few fruit trees, roses, and bushes in my backyard. I made an appointment with owner to give me a quote to trim the trees, and fertilize and prune the fruit trees, as well as a tree in the front for a few branches to be trimmed. He gave me a price $750 more than $150 last year from other company. I thought that he knew what he needed to do. So I gave him the job. The day he supposed do the job came but rained on and off for that day. I waited for him all day and he never called or texted me to let me know whether he would come or not. I called him and left a message on his cell phone. Finally, he called me up and he wasnt coming. After texting him for my attempt to set up another day for him to do the job, I didnt hear from him. After 2 Weeks later, I thought he wasnt interested in the job or he doesnt have the time to do my backyard. So I made an appointment with another company to come out for a quote. The same day almost the same time, his crew showed up at my house without any notification nor an appointment. I had to call the other company back and canceled the appointment. His crew didnt even have the right tool to do the job. I had to lend them my trimmer to do my own backyard. They werent sure on what we wanted for them to do. I asked them if your owner told you what you need to do and they were vague or unclear on what they needed to do and wanted to finish the job as soon as possible. My wife asked them to trim the bushes a little shorter and round them in shape. Even then, they didnt trimmed them all. When the owner showed up the next day to get paid, he wasnt even pay attention to his crews work. He said that his crew did a good job and he didnt ask if we were satisfied with the job! Fruit trees werent trimmed right and not deep fertilized, instead he sprayed them in less than 10 minutes. I just wanted to let others know that there are other companies who can do better job and pay attention to the quality of their own work, professional, and know what they are doing. It seems to me that this company DOES NOT care about anything, unprofessional, DOES NOT pay attention to details, DOESNT seem to know what they are doing. The crew had the same attitude as the owner. We will NOT use this company again and NOT recommend to others.

Ive had a really hard time with Master Arbor. I sent in an email request and never heard back until I called him a few more times and set up the appointment. On the website it says free consultation, I set up an appointment from 1-2 on a Thursday and waited around for him to come by. Finally I had to leave around 1:45 and still no one had showed up. I received a text with my tree diagnosis at 1:52 pm. This diagnosis was the exact same diagnosis he gave my friend a few days earlier. After asking if he could come by to take care of my trees I got no response. I then received a bill for $85. I called a few more times and left messages over the next week and heard nothing. I then received another bill for $85. I then placed a few more calls to him to figure out what was going on and have still heard nothing. Meanwhile he never came to fix my friends tree or my trees. He is very unresponsive and very unprofessional please save yourself the hassle and go with someone else. This whole experience seemed almost like a scam. Could have called someone else and my trees would have already been taken care of by now.

He pruned my 3 Mulberry trees that were touching the house, growing into the apartment complex next door and over on the street. Its so beautiful and my trees look happy with their new haircuts. Price is fair, work is professional and they leave your place clean. Definitely will call and refer this company.

This company did a great job in removing 2 old and huge trees in my backyard recently. The pricing is reasonable & they finished the job of removal in 4 hours and they cleaned up not leaving debris . I also had the stumps removed and their worker named Paul I believe his name is, made sure they had been grounded completely and then spread them to around the ground and put away rest of the sawdust so they do not stand in the way of people nor bliwn all over the place. The whole outfit works superbly from the owner Kevan to Richard I think his name is who did the tree cutting, Paul and a lady worker and the crane operator. Definitely a superb company to use for your tree services needs!!!

A single representative arrived earlier the day of the job to do reconnaissance, he took pictures of the trees in question and communicated with our HOA President.
