Today I visited Same Day Process Service for the first time. For the documents which I had to submit on urgent basis. The service I was provided was excellent. As the name says they did not only process everything in Day, but they did it within few minutes. The co operation I recieved from the staff was very generous. Mr Brandon was very supportive and he met the requirements I had with the most efficient way. I Thank Same Day Process for the lively support.

I hired SDPS to serve a very difficult party that was clearly dodging service. SDPS was professional, persistent, responsive and reasonably priced. I recommend them to my clients and colleagues alike.

Reliable, efficient, and one-stop shopping. I used these guys to serve a defendant in DC. Their automatic notification system lets you know exactly when defendants / their reps have been served, takes time and date stamped picture of the location, and gives you info about the party receiving service at the address (physical description, age, name, etc.) In DC, they automatically submit proof of service to the superior court (DCs version of a what is called a district court, in most jurisdictions). They were cheaper than the other alternatives. I received a pdf of the affidavit of the summons and complaint, before being received by the superior court and after being received / stamped by the court. I highly recommend them to any attorney / law firm.

I had a nightmare of a case. Ex-Special Operations, trained in escape and evasion, who was actively dodging service of a civil claim. This individual moved 5 states in 1 year to avoid service. I needed a notary and they were available right away. They were friendly and helpful, especially as I needed to correct my form more than once. I’d definitely recommend their services.

First and last time I will ever be using this company. I had a paper that needed to be served the next business day to a governmental agency. I made it abundantly clear to them that this was the case. They told me that they were familiar with serves to this agency and that it would not be a problem getting the job done. I began checking up on the progress of the job at 9 AM on the morning the day the job was to be done. I checked three or four times during the day and each time I was told that the job had been dispatched to be served. The on duty employee told me there would be someone in their office until 6PM. I called to check on the job at 5:50 PM and no answer. I called at 8:30 the next morning and I was told that the job had not been served as of yet. Needless to say I was pretty upset. I told the on duty employee that I had made it clear in my email and in conversation that the job had to be completed the previous day. The employee seemed as if he was surprised that this was the case. He said he needed to contact his process server to see what had happened. He called me back a few minutes later and said that his server had tried to serve the paper at 3:30 PM but was told by a security guard that no one was available to accept the document. UNACCEPTABLE !!! They knew this serve needed to be completed the previous day and the first attempt was at 3:30 PM to a governmental agency? Are you joking ... seriously. Then, no phone call or other communication to let me, at the very least, know what happened? How professional is that? The serve was completed the next morning at about 9:30 AM after I gave them a through tongue lashing. This basically did me no good as this particular paper had to be served a specific amount of time before a court date and they failed to do so causing the court date to have to be reset which cost several thousand dollars in additional lawyers fees. I expressed my disappointment in their services and told them that I wanted a refund. I was told that I could send an email to their manager about it. I knew at that point that this was not going to happen and decided to cut my losses with this totally unprofessional company. My final opinion, dont bother using this company if you require one day service with professional communication ... you will be severely disappointed.

This team did a very good job! They were incredibly responsive to my needs and made recommendations in order to provide adequate and timely service.The fee structure is reasonable and the easy to access. The staff is extremely communicative, but there are only a few of them (so keep that in mind). Their numbers, however, do not impede their ability to provide excellent service. Although they may need to get a couple of women on the staff to tighten up the ship.;)

I was skeptical at first for honesty purposes as not everyone is honest once they have your money, but this company is very honest and very quick to get the job done. They provided a step by step itinerary of their day when pursuing the subject until mission was accomplished. They informed me on the individual who came to the door on the days that the subject was not available and their disposition. Also, they realized that it was going to be a challenge to reach the subject during the time that I had provided and they went the extra mile to go to the subjects house at 6:30 am which is when the subject was served, the third day. Overall, I was very pleased with the services and I definitely recommend this company.

Same Day Process runs an excellent process company. Ive used them in my law practice for several years and they almost always get the legal documents served. They are meticulous on meeting all the court requirements for service and even file the affidavit of service with the court for you.While you can use their rush service and pay more, Ive found that even with regular service they usually get the job done in just a few days at most.Oh, and they have a notary public on staff if you need your service documents notarized.

If you need something served or handled in DC, these are the guys to go to... I work at a firm in California and needed documents served in Washington. A Google search brought up several companies. After reading the reviews I contacted Same Day Process, fully planning to shop around before making a final decision. I spoke to Tyler, who was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I didnt even bother making any of those other calls. As soon as I got the go from my attorney I sent them the documents and received a response in less than 30 mins that they had all the documents and were preparing them for service the following day (per my request). The next morning it was done. During the process I received several email updates, and almost immediate responses to all my emails. Absolute pros and a true pleasure to work with. Brandon called me up later in the day to express his concern in making it right. What made me also want to do a follow up is our company could always choose another process server, but Same Day Process relies on reviews like ours to keep their business. I would not want my bad experience to make another company not choose them based solely on my experience. This company has been in business for a while. Mike has been processing subpoenas for 20 years. Previous reviews speak highly of this company. Let the record reflect that Same Day Process made every attempt to rectify my situation.If I could give this company 0 stars, I would!!!. I called Same Day process service on a Thursday for a turn around time of 24 hours to serve 4 subpoenas AT THE SAME ADDRESS. On Friday, around 3:00 p.m., I called to follow up and was told the driver was on his way. I asked the receptionist if I could I please get a return call to let me know the subpoenas were served. I did not get a return call from the receptionist. On Monday morning, I called to follow up on my subpoena (mind you I called THEM), and was told the process server DID NOT serve my subpoena on Friday, he had a medical emergency, and drove himself to the hospital. Why wasnt I notified of this ON FRIDAY????? AND WHY WASNT SOMEONE ON IT EARLY MONDAY MORNING, why did I have to call? AND WHY PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME WHY IS IT NOW 3:04 on MONDAY AFTERNOON AND MY SUBPOENAS ARE STILL NOT SERVED????? how are you called Same Day Process Service and are not living up to your own name??? We are a business and we have clients who expect us to fulfill certain obligations, we in turn expect a business we contract with to fulfill certain obligations as well. I am not discounting the employee who had a medical emergency, I am holding accountable the COMPANY PRESIDENT who does not, obviously, ensure that subpoena requests which require a rush are fulfilled, even in the case of an emergency, and especially when your business is called SAME DAY; courteous, professionalism would entail SOMEONE calling on Friday afternoon of the emergency, and definitely calling on Monday, both of which was not done. You cannot tell me that you only have one driver to service the entire DMV area, otherwise you would have numerous complaints. I will NEVER use Same Day Process again.

I recently used Same Day Process again for tenant related service and they have consistently done a great job or locating and serving them. I truly appreciate the hard work and communication and it certainly has made sometimes difficult to locate folks much more easier to find. Thank you!

I wish I could give 400 stars. Tyler helped me out and man Im so grateful. He was very understanding and told me all of the necessary steps I need to take. My case was a little complicated because the address that I had was a hit or miss. Well they were able to serve the person and get a picture. I couldnt be more satisfied with the service I received from Same Day Process. If you ever need anything served go here!!!!

Our firm has had excellent luck with Mike and the crew! Highly recommend them for those hard-to-serve cases. They were friendly and helpful dealing with our out-of-state cases.
