Great local guy for your tech help. I took my sons problem pc to Mike. He diagnosed the problem, sent pictures and info within 24 hours. Turns out the manufacturer left off hardware when pc was built. I had all the ammo I needed when I took it back to Best Buy to get an exchange, even though it was 5 months beyond the 45 day in store exchange policy. Mike was very nice and knowledgeable.
