NEVER USE THIS SERVICE, not worth your time or money!!!!! If I could rate this service with zero stars I would. I waited 3 1/2 hours for a tow, just for them to cancel my tow because I told them their service was unprofessional. No one called to inform you of the delay once the tow truck was running behind. They claimed that the tow truck was “in traffic” for 2 and 1/2 hours which was a lie because the tow truck driver told me they only had one truck

Went to pick up a vehicle that belonged to me and the service was A++..The receptionist Lisa was truly amazing and I would recommend everyone

Express Towing had been dispatched to my disabled vehicle through Nissan’s roadside assistance, after another tow company made me wait for an hour and a half, only to tell me that they would not change my tire due to the location of my vehicle and weather conditions. I had to contact Express Towing to correct an address discrepancy, and the woman that answered the phone was extremely courteous and helpful, and went out of her way to get my exact location to the driver. The driver not only showed up right around the ETA, but he also offered to change the tire (in the snow) if that were my preference, as opposed to towing it. He was also extremely polite and professional. After my vehicle was towed off, the woman from Express Towing actually followed up with me to be sure that the driver found me and that I was all set. I was very pleased with their service.

If I could give zero stars I would I have literally been locked out of my car for 5 hours due to two other companies not showing up then. I get this company and they been in west Warwick for over two hours and supposedly on their way to me thank god I’m in a safe location there should be absolutely no reason eta is 45 min and your over 2 hours late and haven’t even had the decency to call I’m livid this company is absolutely ridiculous and I will be making multiple calls

My heater hose assembly blew, called progressive and Verizon since I have roadside assistance with both, turns out they used the same company (I canceled one but it canceled the entire trip), thankfully I had an understanding tow driver guy, Dean, he was super helpful and my vehicle got home in one piece.

Its a rather long story as to why the vehicle was towed. However, Dean and Chris were such friendly, polite and understanding guys. I would highly recommend them To anyone that has towing needs.

Today I had a gentlemen named Brandon come and assist me with my car. Every other company had taken an hour or more to help assist me but they came within half an hour. He wasn’t in any rush and he checked the car throughly. Very grateful for the help Brandon and express towing. Definitely will recommend.

Waited 2 hours and 2’phone calls later woman was rude and canceled my tow. Would never recommend and told my insurance company. Would never recommend to anyone.

I had them towing my car through my insurance. They delayed to arrive by an hour. But the service they rendered was exceptional.

Having to get your car towed is never a good time and. Although im still not exactly sure whats wrong with my car my experience with express towing literally made my day. How long did i have to wait? Honestly not sure but less time than i thought i would have to. Why 5 stars? The way Brandon treated my car. I felt completely safe. Id trust him with my car any day. Of your like me and your car means everything to you call express towing and ask for Brandon!

After trying not 1 but 2 other local companies i came across Express . Not only did they beat the quotes they actually showed up within 1 hour. Wish i called them first. Make sure you do. Thanks

If I could give zero stars I would. I called in a tow at 7:30 this morning it was due to arrived to me at 8:20 in the morning. as I write this it is 240 in the afternoon and my vehicle still has not been towed. The Man I spoke with was very quick to pass off the phone to a supervisor who told me that the driver was 15 minutes away. I had called at 1:00 in the afternoon and was told to drive it with 5 minutes away from my insurance company. Im not really sure what happened but there was no good resolution for me there was no apology and they didnt ask if there was anything they could do to compensate me. If youre looking for a tow I beg you to try anywhere else other than Express towing because their services anything but express.

My insurance called them to come pick up my car 4 hours later and they finally show up! Ridiculous. Then it takes them over 40 minutes to arrive at a destination 15 minutes away. Never use this service. Horrible attitudes on the phone the ONE and only time they contacted me. Thankfully I wasn’t stuck on the highway or in a dangerous situation!!!

ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!!!I ordered a tow truck at 12:30pm this afternoon. It is now 8pm and my vehicle still hasnt arrived from the next town over (30 minutes max). My insurance company was then lied to about the status of my vehicle tow saying it was in transit which was the farthest thing from the truth.As of now 8:30pm (I gave them another 30 minutes) they completely ditched my case and never even came close to towing my vehicle. HOW CAN 8 HOURS GO BY WITH THEM MAKING ME THINK A TOW WAS ACTUALLY COMING?!?!?!?!?Never use their service!

Terrible experience. From the dispatcher to the actual driver that never showed up, I dealt with nothing but rude and unprofessional people. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone and would also give zero stars if possible.
