I have more than a week trying to get in touch with you guys. And the only I heard it we have calls high than usually. I feel that after they charge my account they don’t want to answer the phone.. but when you call to get the service they answer right away…

I just recently purchased a four unit home. My first floor tenants moved out, while cleaning out the apartment we realized they had cockroaches. We called Terminix, to treat the apartment. The technician explained nothing and said I can leave. Two days after treating, we noticed the same activity in the apartment, and started to believe he did nothing but set sticky mouse traps down.I called back to have a different technician come back out. We set the appointment for Friday between 3-5 pm. I dismissed my kids from school and missed their physical appt to make this appointment, since I had a new tenant waiting to move in. After 5pm I still had no technician so I called them, and they told me their manager canceled the appointment, without notifying me. This is after sitting for over two hours in the car with my 5 and 4 year old!!! We then scheduled a new appointment and did a second treatment. And it’s still the same thing, so much activity in the apartment! I now am scheduling an appointment with a different company to come out and treat.

I get billed for a service that Im not getting. We never see the guy doing the spraying and my yard is full of mosquitoes. Weve tried calling numerous times but they are always experiencing higher then usual call volumes. I called three times today. Three times I was called back,three times I was told I was being placed on a brief hold and three times I was hung up on. Not a very professional company

Liars and dirty cheats! Liars section: Salesmen shows up at my house and explains all these amazing things they are going to do and how they will inspect my house. Statements such as, powders down the pipe chases, chemicals in the walls, inspection of entry areas, treatment inside the basement. I was hoping the service would have been different then Orkin, but it wasnt. The tech showed up threw some ant bait down, sprayed the houses outside perimeter and then dropped some mouse bait. Never went inside. Now, I didnt really believe all those amazing things were going to happen for $150 quarterly, but I gave the salemen the benefit of the doubt (who showed up to my homes backyard uninvited on a scooter). In my opinion $150 dollars for what was done is pricey, and it didnt work. Insects continued to come in the house. And no, I didnt call for a second treatment because after seeing what was done in 20 minutes, I was all set.Dirty cheats section: Because Im capable of spraying and dropping bait (low skill type tasks), I called and canceled my service last week. Of course that isnt a straight forward process and they sent you to the retention department. I politely told the the guy no thank you after he asked if I would keep my service if he lowered the price. (I wouldnt keep it for free). Needless to say, I wake up this morning 9/17/2021 with an email and pending charge for $79 from Terminix. I have a call back waiting from customer service and fraud charges pending with Chase.Go to home depot and use the Ortho mixable product. I am getting better results with that, and the bottle wont charge your credit card without your permission.

Terminix deducted almost $900 from my account when they were not supposed to. This was unauthorized and prior to this deduction customer service confirmed it would not be charged. However, it was and now all of a sudden nobody works at terminix. I have called countless times, customer service reps claim they leave the local branch, branch manager Greg and regional manager Eric a voicemail to contact us and we have yet to hear from anyone. I physically went to the terminix site in warwick off post road and there was absolutely nobody there. This is beyond unacceptable. If I don’t hear back I will be required to take legal action against them. Now whenever I try speaking to customer service all there is, is white noise in the background. It is almost like they made a note about my number to avoid giving us a refund. That is a huge amount of money to play with. I am extremely frustrated and I am starting to believe this company is a scam.

You pay flat fee and get 4 treatments per year. Anything comes up, like a bees nest near your front door, u go online and schedule it. No extra charge.They come quickly. Reqested on Saturday, thr scheduled foor Tuesday. On Monday, technician texted to ask if it was ok if he came a day early. Done.

Corrected several issues with wildlife entering attic, guaranteed serve for 12 months when I called they were punctual and fixed the isseu

The young girl that knocked on our door was pleasant and informative. Obvious her first job. We let her go through her presentation, which was very good. So we decide to take a chance because this girl was awesome.Terminix came the following week and “treated” around the house. Two weeks later we saw ants all around the foundation and also in the house, for the first day ever!Definitely would not recommend!

Fantastic service. Their mosquito service really works. Tried other companies, never worked or even came close to Terminix. All other devices are equally good. Our representative is polite, efficient , pleasant and very thorough. A gem!

We had a tech named James come out to handle yellowjackets. They found the biggest nest theyve ever encountered. He checked with his boss and got right to work. We havent seen a bee since so I think he did a great job. He was also the funniest and friendliest rep weve ever met..lol

Scheduling was easy, and Stephen was fantastic! I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He explained everything and showed concern for our pets (two cats). He also gave us some advice about a couple of things we could do to help with prevention moving forward in addition to the remaining treatments. I would absolutely have him back and am already hoping we can request him for our next treatment.

Rene is so great! Always so friendly and asks what we need since the last time hes been here. So helpful and very efficient with his visits. Whenever I have a follow up question, I know I can call/text and get an answer immediately. Great service, great value.

I would recommend Terminix as a 10 for several reasons. The 2 men who performed rodent exclusion did an excellent job, no further rodents in my kitchen. Also, the quarterly tech Jeff Acciaoli is knowledgeable and informative, his professional service is also a 10. Great company!

The rep arrived during the first hour of the four-hour promised time frame. He knew each type of insect by its signs. Applied odorless chemical(s) inside and out. Gave helpful advice on use of ant trap and ways to avoid recurrence of meal moths.Roofline and attic were treated for carpenter bees (these can cause major damage). Explained their hovering behavior. Clearly possesses knowledge of all kinds of pests and how they behave. Was in and out in about 45 mins. Never made any noise. Was friendly and (you really wont believe this) good looking just like the actor from the commercial. I wonder if they have to pass the pretty test in order to get the job!Very satisfied with Terminix of Warwick!

Charged me to remove a bees nest that they could not do. I got a total run around when asking for a refund. They even fought the credit card company dispute. I lost $250. Stay away. Call someone else.

Horrible experience. Don’t ever use terminix as a company. The technician came to my house and didn’t know what he was even spraying for. Rushed the entire service and didn’t even complete it. Told me that he had other appts. To be at. As if what I needed done wasn’t important. He was very rude and made rude comments. Also he told me I would need to reschedule and would be charged again to complete the service. I chose to call and cancel my service immediately and a few days later was charged $249 for a service that was never completed. I have spoken with many representatives and all have given me the same answer. That they sent a request to the branch manager and they will call me. Still have not received a call.

Route Manager Tyler Cook came to my house. Extremely unprofessionalReferred to me as babe twice. As on my camera walked thru my neighbors bushes to enter my yard. Lied about there being no cancellation fee if my husband and I chose not to go with the appt. And had no business cards.

The Terminix guy called to tell me that my gas grill had blown off the porch to the yard several feet below. He picked it up and its very bulky. He wanted to let me know that I should check the connections for safety before I used it again. Thats great service. Thank you.

I am an existing customer with a contract and called for treatment in my rental unit and it took over 20 minutes to schedule appt as customer service smacked away on food or gum. I told her a few times it was taking way too long to just schedule appt. Finally I was told appt would be today and tech showed up and he was here to give me an estimate as a possibly new customer contract. Now my tenent has to deal with ants until Tuesday. Very disappointed, would not recommend. When they come qtrly you have to chose what you want treated, they dont do entire area like they did 1st visit.

Last Terminix appointment was made for yesterday afternoon. The actual inspection was done the day before in the morning. I was not home, therefore the e-mails from the technician were meaningless.

I have a carpenter ant issue, they were quick to come out , but within two weeks the ants came back and i could not get an appointment for for almost three weeks. Virtually impossible to speak to a human being.Once your a customer the service sucks. I will cancel my contract and go with another company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terminix scheduled an annual inspection 4 months early. Their only communication was a message left on our answering machine when we were out of town.

I only had one treatment so far. But to be honest Im thinking about a refund. Considering they said all the adults would be gone. I think they did a lazy job. Ive got more bit then ever. After the first treatment my son got bit by an adult 10 minutes after arriving home on our bed! I called to speak to a supervisor and they held me on the phone for 25 minutes telling me I could speak to someone and got sent straight to voicemail after that long wait! Theyve admitted to giving poor information and misled information. Also they were not professional looking at all when arriving. I feel like they rushed the first treatment. And to top it off I found crowded adult bed bugs in the corner of my door! They barely did anything. Very disappointed so far. 😡
