I went here on a Monday afternoon. I walked in and there was no one there not even the workers, they were all in the back. Until one lady came out to see me. I showed her multiple photos of the types of designs I would like on my nails and she said that she couldn’t do any of them. I was already unimpressed. The nail stations also looked dirty and unprofessional. My nails came out crooked with a shape I did not want, she did them incorrectly, and my nails came out chunky and not nice at all. The lady also seemed sick and didn’t smell pleasant either. They came out so horrible that I literally decided to go to a different nail salon after she was done to get them fixed. $40 out of my pocket for extremely poor work, disappointing.This place needs more motivated workers who actually know how to do nails correctly. Will not be coming back ever.

This nail salon has hours open past most other nail salons which was convenient for me as I was traveling for business. Their prices were not unreasonable, especially for their service quality. The woman did a full set for me an hour before they closed on Saturday, was very quick and thorough and then also did a pedicure for me the next day and it was amazing ! I have went to numerous Salons back at home in Virginia looking for one salon to be better than the last and this salon provided such good care and service I wont be searching else where while I am here. They are smart with what they do and are very kind.

An amazing place to get your nails done! Speedy service, the staff is exceptionally nice. While youre there, they offer massages for your neck, arm waxing services, etc. Very nice people. The chairs are comfortable, it feels very homey in the salon, you feel like a truly valued customer.

Environment. People. Overall service. These things go above and beyond. It is very relaxing and nice quality for my nails. They were very nice about taking care of my nails when I needed them to be shorter and did not charge for it. Great service! Love coming here.

Amazing service, nails are beautiful, did exactly what I wanted, the service is amazing, the people are great!

The worst salon ever. The girl walked up to me and instead of greeting me she burped in my face. Then when I called her on it she laughed and half apologized. The pedicure was awful and my feet looked just as bad as before I went in. The staff could barely spoke English and when I asked for nail tips they gave me this new age nail technology but neglected to tell me I cannot get a refill. But that I must take the nails completely and put them back on every visit for $46, after the nails were on. The nail ends were wide and uneven, and the nail Polish was clumpy. Crazy place. Buyer beware. I got my money back after a fight. Never ever going back to these scammers. Dont do it to yourself!

Great service. Clean and pleasant.

There pedicures are great but nails, and acrylics inparticular not so great. I got mine done by Dorry and it took 2 1/2 hours for a full set and they were extremely thick. Wasn’t happy, and I was definitely over charged for the results I received. I recommend the pedis but full sets? No.

Worse experience. Ever I showed the nail tech what shape and design I wanted and it was far from it.. She said she could do it and it ended up bumpy and uneven. For the price ill take the extra 20 minutes to go to Park Ave nails.

Nice place and good service

Walked in for Regular manicure. Polish was diluted with no gloss. They said topcoat would compensate for it. Overall dissatisfied with my service - polish application is uneven/bumpy, cuticle/skin trimming also incomplete.
