They did a good job. There were a few spots on some of the windows. I called and they quickly came back and redid them. Would hire them again.

Very responsive. Called the office Thursday and got a message Friday afternoon that the crew was due between 3 and 5. They came went right to work and finished in about half hour at the most. Thank you to the A&A. team for good service.

The whole process is very simple and easy. I called and they were able to give me a time frame within the next two weeks where they would come by. I got a text an hour before they showed up, however I did not need to be here which is great for convenience! They were in and out within the hour and my gutters are all clean!

From the first contact with A & A, Meg was cheerful and helpful. After discussing the size, type & location of the windows I needed cleaned, she provided an approximate price for the work. Then Covid hit. We couldnt have them in the house to do the interior cleaning so we put the work off for a year. When I called back a year later, Meg still had the full description of the scope of work...right down to the type and quantities!! We booked a day and 2-hour arrival time for my windows to be cleaned. She called the day before that date to be sure everything was still a go for the next day. With confirmation that it was, I waited for A & A s workers to arrive. Zach & Leo arrived within the 2-hour timeframe promised. Zach explained what and how they were going to go bout their business and then they cleaned all the windows and triple track storm windows on our 1780 house. The original windows are a pain to open (a few were stuck) and many of the storm windows dont work, but Zach and Leo figured out how to get at every piece of glass. Amazing! Our windows havent been this clean in the 20 years weve lived here. Meg, Zach & Leo were a pleasure to work with so I will definitely hire A & A Window Cleaning again.

The two workers did an excellent job in challenging circumstances. This is a three story house so it required working high up on a ladder. The windows have an extra solid glass outer pane that must be removed to get to the traditional sash. They handled this well, and were relatively fast given the circumstances. They cleaned over 30 windows.

They arrived on time but they left the siding dirty and wet leaves and other material in the driveway and thrown on top of my compressors. I asked if they needed a garden hose and the men said they were all set. I was disappointed they left the gitters and siding dirty and streaked with the sludge they removed from the gutters. I called the company right away to let them know but the office was closed.

My experience with A & A for gutter cleaning was one of the best Ive had with a contractor of any type. Heres why:1. Maegen was incredibly responsive. Any questions or concerns I had were answered very quickly.2. The price was absolutely right!3. They have a formal job system that notifies of their booking with the name of the person coming out, when theyll be coming out, and what services will be performed.4. The invoice sent after the job was completed was very detailed, and included photos of the work completed. The invoice also makes it easy for you to pay online if youd like.These aspects of the company absolutely separate them from the rest, and Ill continue business with them anytime I need it, and will be recommending them to anyone looking for these services.

This is my second experience with A & A Window Cleaning and I have been very impressed with the attention to detail, very pleasant staff, both in the office and the window cleaners. The latter are neat, careful, and very thorough. That includes not just washing the windows inside and out, but cleaning the screens and the window tracks and sills. I recommend the firm without reservation.

Please save yourself time and utilize another service.Cleaners came ill prepared with the wrong size ladder to handle 3 floor house. Then they marked the job complete with out preforming anything. Luckily i was home and witnessed the whole thing. Had to call up the company and had to fight and convince them that their team did not preform the job.Second crew came out. Had not clue what was going on and asked me a million questions. No communication from the office. after i spent time telling them what happened. they still did not preform the job 100%horrible. Had to hire a second company to clean.
