My work phone stopped responding to the charger and the battery was on the verge of going dead. I didnt want to go through the hassle of purchasing a new phone so I stopped by We Fix It last Saturday. Im very glad that I did, the tech was super accommodating and she promised it would be repaired within the hour. I returned 20 minutes early and she had the phone ready to go. She replaced the charging port and battery and I couldnt be more pleased with the exceptional service.

Ive been going to this little kiosk in the Warwick Mall by the food court for a very long time. Ive done a price comparison and nobody beats them in the area as far as low price. They also have second hand cell phones you can purchase and accessories.While youre waiting for your phone to be fixed you can get a bite to eat at the food court and watch TV or shop if you like.The employees there are very helpful, kind and courteous

Im very happy with my repair, my phone is new again. I fixed my phone at We Fix It once ago, when it broke down again I went to another store. Yesterday my phone broke down again, and I went back to We Fix it, because I realized that the quality of products and service are the best in the region. I really recommend We Fix It for any repairs, the stores in the region dont have the same quality of products.

If i could give it no stars i would. These guys are disrespectful and not true to their word. Tired to sell an Apple Watch series 3 42mm. They offered me $50. When I tried to negotiate a little he changed his story by saying that they only by for parts, even if items are in perfect working condition. And said he didn’t want to by it anymore. And another thing is they still have the old business’s sign up when their company name is something completely different. Don’t bring your business here.

If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my daughters IPad in for a cracked screen and when I got it back it has major lag and most of the time the touch screen doesn’t work. They also broke the home bottom. We tried calling them and the guy hung up on us. We paid $150 to have him repair it but now it’s going to cost us way more money to get it working correctly. I trusted the reviews on here but trust me DO NOT take your electronics here!Responding to the owner! I assure you this is not fake!

I went to this place to get my iphone se fixed back in february, but was not pleased with the work the first time. After finding my old ipad and wanting to get it fixed i decided to give it another chance and the only problem was the home botton but it’s really a big problem. screen works nice and smooth and a 3 day warranty which is really convenient! and staff are very kind

When I asked about battery replacement,I was delighted to find both screen and battery would take less than 20 minutes , and cost of small fraction of the cost of Apple Store. At this point, my only regret is ever going anywhere else to get my phone fixed. Seriously,if your phone needs serviced,get it done here.

I had a crack in my screen but loved my phone and didn’t want to buy a new one. The gentleman who helped me was nice and very efficient. He was done in 20 minutes and when done the phone looked brand new. No appt needed and open during COVID. Don’t let the space sway you. Although it didn’t have any bells and whistles the service was great and I was able to support a local business!

Aaron diagnosed and fixed a camera problem in my iPhone. We thought it needed a new camera but it didn’t and Aaron fixed it for only $20. Apple charges $269 for any “other repair” and I think this would be one, so we saved a ton of money. Aaron was super friendly and took care of this while I waited. Our new phone repair store!

Highly recommend considering We Fix it... brought my IPhone in for a camera issue, having first brought it to my phone carrier who basically said it was time to trash it and upgrade, thankfully didnt... Stopped in at We Fix It in Warwick and within 10 mins problem solved.. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Very professional and nice people. Aaron gave me a quote and checked to make sure he had the part in stock. He then estimated ~ 1 day to do the job, but called me 1-1/2 hours later to say it was done! My ipad looks like new. I think they only do a few jobs but do them well and at a fair price. I was freaking out because my iPhone 4 just stopped responding to everything even being put on the charger. I assumed the problem was the battery but could not be sure. I had the screen replaced at another place because I didnt know about BuyCellFix. The repair was successful but I was so low on $$ this time I just could not afford their prices. I found this place out if the blue, visited the site and quickly realized their prices were WAY better, even on the screen repair I had already paid for. I went and the woman behind the counter quickly replaced my battery and got my phone back in business. She even let me know I could have a used one for even cheaper! My grandsons IPhone 6S+,the glass was completely smashed. They repaired it for $89. It still didnt work. I took it to the Apple Store at Providence Place Mall.They couldnt do anything and told me the new screen wasnt the right screen. I went back to Buy cell fix and it was repaired in 20 minutes. I brought my Sons iPhone 6s to BuyCellFix Warwick because it wasn’t charging. Was prepared to have a high dollar repair. The technician fixed it in 5 minutes. It ended up being something simple. No charge. This will be my go to Apple electronics repair stop. Save the hassle of the Apple store.

Service was professional, fast and good. Fixed my iPhone in about 10 minutes after the last place I took it to messed it up. They even threw in a screen protector for cheap because, even though mine was undamaged, it was unusable. Will go back anytime I need to sell or fix my phone again. Highly recommended.

I called 1 hour before they were closing up for they day and they had no problem getting me in to fix my broken screen(I do live right in Warwick). When I got there, the gentleman working the counter was very nice, said it would take 15-20 mins. He couldnt have been gone much over 10 mins. The new screen looks great and the phone is as good as new.

I came to buycellfix a few times for several different reasons! Broken screen and to have them buy 2 of my devices and i have to say i would defiantly return! not only did they pay me the highest for my phones but they fix screens and do great job for a good price!! i highly recommend them!

At first the service was great and fast. A week into having my screen fixed, my phone started having multiple problems and it cracked after i dropped it on a rug IN a case. Wasnt worth 100$

Drove there without calling because the mailbox was full and the phone was busy. I arrived at the Atwood address to find out that this branch no longer exists. Little investigation they moved to Warwick. Drove to Warwick to find out they dont fix iPhone 6s pluss. Oh sorry we havent fixed are Google add for some reason my boss wants to leave it like that. Your boss is a douche I thought to myself. Go to the store on mineral spring in North Providence little pricey but theyre way more competent.
