I called for a quote (last minute right before they closed) Roger was nice he took the time to talk to me although he was about to be off for the day. He came out the VERY NEXT day to provide a very reasonable quote. When his team came out they were very quick and efficient! If you need a tree trimmed our cut down, I highly recommend this business.

Very efficient, cut dead branches off a very large tree. And done in an hour. Removed all the large fallen branches and cleaned up quickly.

THEY SET AN APPOINTMENT THIS MONTH. I FLEW FROM ANOTHER STATE JUST TO CONFIRM THEY ARE HERE. ON THE APPOINTED DATE HE CALLED ME AND CANCELED. DIDNT EVEN FOLLOW UP. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE PROFESSIONAL THEY ARE NOT THE ONE TO USE!!!!!!

By far the best tree removal company I have used. I manage a condo and needed a reliable company to cut down/trim over 50 trees. They got it done very quickly and cleaned up really well. We received compliments from several of the homeowners on how professional and fast the crew was.

I hired Elite to come out and to remove a tree which we determined was unsafe for my family and house. Great company to deal business with. The owner was always quick to answer my calls and always called back if he had too. Gave me a great estimate. His crew showed up a half hour early and were quick to get started. His crew was awesome very friendly, polite and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. Awesome experience thank you for removing the tree.

Roger went over and above in removing several trees that were leaning over our neighbors yard, as well as a large, dead ash tree that have become a safety issue. Great to work with, great price and top notch work. Would recommend him any time!!

Loved the service I got from Elite. They came out the next business day, cut a tree down for me and trimmed another. They also went above and beyond and ground a stump down for me and carried away some broken tree limbs from a different tree. Thanks again!

Called and asked for a quote. The next day they came out and gave me a competative and reasonable quote. Agreed to have them do it and they came out the following morning and removed 3 stumps. In and out in half an hour.

Elite Tree Service just finished minutes ago at my Warren home. I am above satisfied with their services. We had Roger out on Sunday to give a quote and Tuesday morning within 20 minutes(20 MINUTES!!!)his team of professional and polite men cut down and discarded 4 trees and several large over hanging branches. I was so impressed with how courteous the individuals were as well as how efficient. Each subcrew went off to their own tree task and worked together to get the job completed, from start to finish. They finished with raking and blowing leftovers off of my property. and they gladly left us some firewood per our request. I highly recommend, thanks guys!!

I personally HAVE NOT used this service; however, Im witness to an event that Id never have imagined would happen in 2020.Members of this company illegally accessed a property to service an adjacent property. Part of the work required to remove a tree needed to take place from the yard next door.The workers DID NOT attempt contacting the owner of the home next door to ask permission to access their yard. Instead, they picked the lock of the secured fence, opened it, and toted all of their equipment to the back of the house to begin trimming the tree in the neighboring yard. What they didnt know was the homeowner was in the house the entire time. Shed been working from home due to COVID-19. It was not until she heard noises from the back yard that she became aware of people being on her property.When she realized what was taking place, she went into the backyard and immediately confronted them; at which time they confessed they didnt think anyone was home. She advised if they believed no one was home they should have never entered her yard, and asked them to leave. She gave them 30 minutes to collect their belongings, clean up the mess theyd made, move her furniture to its original location, and then exit. Shed had a work related meeting that she was facilitating which was set to begin soon, and assumed the workers would be gone when she was done. They ignored the request and went along with their work; she could hear them cutting limbs from her home office.When her meeting ended, she confronted them again, and said shed call the police. Not only were they uninvited and trespassing, but theyd accessed her property illegally and shed already asked them to leave. It was at this point they began to take her seriously, and begged that she allow them to stay offering free labor re: trimming a tree in her own yard. With that, she left them, went inside, and phoned her citys nonemergency number to report the incident.Within minutes, the police had contacted the company and spoken with the owner who was shocked and dismayed by their employees conduct. They were very apologetic.Before long the workers began packing their belongings, but tried to leave without cleaning the yard where they worked, and moving the furniture back to its original location.After reading so many positive comments regarding the quality of their work, its unfortunate a few inappropriate knuckleheads could negatively impact a companys relatively pristine reputation. I dont want anyone to lose their job behind this, everyone makes mistakes. I do however want the owner, if you read this, to reprimand the folks responsible for todays incident. Before they access anyone’s property, they need to have the full consent of the property owner, if not the occupant. It is NEVER okay to enter an owned and occupied residence without permission.This incident took place 10/14/20 Hazel Park, MI.Concerned Citizen

Had a tree cut down by them today!!! Impressive company. They were here and done in 40 minutes!!! Everything cleaned up beautifully. They were professional and courteous. Now I have them coming back Monday to majorly trim another tree. Highly recommend!!! Today they came back and trimmed the heck out of our huge maple tree. Looks fabulous!!! Cant say enough good things about this company!!!

They worked so fast, did a pretty good clean up after my tree was down and gave me a very reasonable rate.

Very prompt, fast, fair price. Crew was courteous, professional, and the area clean up was left in better shape after the job was done than before they arrived. I had another highly rated tree service decline because some limbs/branches were touching the high voltage wires; Elite took on the task without blinking an eye. If I could rate this company 0, I most definitely would. I was quoted by a team member in Feb 2017 and shortly after I decided I would move forward with their service. Upon arrival, they stated another tree in my yard was at risk (conveniently nothing about this tree when the estimate was done was mentioned). I decided to pay for that to be removed as well.They completed both trees and then said they would come back to do the stump removal when the ground was dryer in order to save my lawn. I waited, no removal. So I called that summer and they said theyd come out asap and confirmed my address. Never showed. I called again and they stated the same thing. I called twice more and talked to the man and he said he would come out next week because theyve been very busy. I paid $250 for a stump removal that still hasnt been completed 11 months later!At the time, I appreciated the fact that they didnt want to mess up my yard but at this point, we have been through all 4 seasons and still I have an unsightly stump.Whatever you do, DONT USE ELITE TREE SERVICE.

Single tree removal for an 89 year old in Warren Michigan close to his business. Failed to complete clean up as promised. Spoke with the company several times on behalf of the senior citizen. They have been paid in full and job was not finished. The homeowner is to elderly to complete the job. Cannot recommend Elite Tree Service. Make sure your job is totally completed to your satisfaction before paying.

I recently had multiple trees trimmed and shrubs removed on my property. I worked with Roger and he was professional, honest and affordable. His crew was on time, accurate and did a good job cleaning everything up! Based on my experience I would definitely recommend Elite Tree Services.

Did a good job cutting my trees, were prompt and very affordable. Came in $400 less than another estimate we received and even took some other branches we had already cut free of charge. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because they didnt do the best job cleaning up. There were many branches I had to retrieve from my neighbors yard, debris to sweep on the driveway and a few water bottles laying around. Overall good experience and I would recommend them.

They gave us an estimate on removing 2 large maples, grinding the stumps, and surface roots that we felt was very reasonable. The Elite Tree team work so fast, theyre friendly, they did a great job, and cleaned up well. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again and will refer them to anyone I know who needs tree service.

We agreed on 1 tree being cut down, but then our other tree only had branches on 1 side so I asked if they could remove that tree also and they said yes. Used Service in April. The price was great. They came as promised. Referred to sister in November... She was happy with job they did, and how fast. My only one concern was they needed to access one tree from neighbors lawn and they did not ask for permission (they did however lay down boards to protect their lawn).

Attempted to make appointment almost a month in advice said had to schedule because bigger job so ok. New day came by and again reschedule was needed. So if you have a minor job and like wasting days, time, and being rescheduled this is the team for you. By the way each time I had to reach out to them they would never call me.

We had 3 quotes from different tree removal companies. Elite tree services beat the other 2 and won the job. They arrived at the scheduled time and removed 6 trees from our back and front yard. They worked fast and cleanly. Im very impressed therefore, I do recommend this company!!

I called and left a message for this company to come out and give me an estimate. I saw they had good reviews. I was contacted back by someone and I gave him my address in Detroit to my home. The man took the address and stated he would call me back in a few days. I never heard back from him in 2 weeks and I called to find out what happen to then be told they dont service my area. Im not sure why I wasnt told that up front, however I feel like that man I spoke to was prejudice!

I had a tree that had partially fallen due to storm damage. I called over the weekend asking for information and for an estimate. Roger came out that day and gave me an extremely reasonable price and said that he could have someone out on Monday. Within an hour, he had staff on site taking care of the tree. Not only is their service quick, but everyone was extremely polite and efficient.
