All I wanted was someone to make a simple phone call to update information on an account that was partially managed by Micro Doctor.I received no response for almost a month. I then emailed the President of Micro Doctor, Mark Richmond, directly and his response was I will check into this for you tomorrow. Well another whole month and a half has gone by with no response. Guess they cant make a phone call.Dont bother responding to this to try and resolve my issue. Ive already moved on and changed to a completely different software solution. Enjoy your 1 star.
